I want to thank each and everyone who has downloaded and especially left a comment or thanked me. I've gotten 10,000+ downloads. Considering I only am able to make lots and pets......I'm quite proud of myself if I do say so myself. Other projects I've been working on include some curtain re-colours (a first for me!) - which I think have turned out really pretty (they do look much better in-game than in my 'dodgy'

Since retiring in April I've been quite busy, after wanting to slow down for health reasons. I've been traveling and enjoying my daughter while she is home, while her husband is in Iraq. My grandson is coming to stay for a week in August and am very excited, can't wait. I miss TSR, the FA's and fans. I pop in occasionally to see whats new. Hope everyone is having a great summer. Do you play the TSR Challenges? Personally, I love them and if you haven't tried them out yet, I highly recommend them. Anyway, last year Wolfsim68 made a really fun challenge involving a run-down house that players needed to renovate. It was great fun and I really loved how my house cleaned up. As it turned out, many fellow players also enjoyed the screenshots I shared so I've decided to provide it for everyone to download and play. :)This 'downloadable' version has been reduced to just Seasons Country match CC available here on TSR - thanks to SimAddict99, Mutske and MsBarrows for these lovely extensions. If you want SimAddict99's sofa recolours you'll also need to download her recolour files separately, as linked to on the lot download profile - unfortunately, recolours are still not packaging with lots.
Also, I'm once again apologising for a long absence. I've been struggling with having to reformat my computer over the course of the last month and needless to say, it didn't go so well and required more than one reformat to get everything straightened around. Fingers crossed, that's behind me now and hopefully as I get the last few programmes re-installed, I'll get back to regular updates once again. I really cannot express just how much I appreciate everyone holding on and holding out for me here.

Uber Busy at work
I've been working a heck of a lot of hours at work, so although I have some meshes ready, I'm not sure how long until I can get the textures dones and the screenshots done. I was planning on doing it this weekend, but I'm mentally exhausted and spent the weekend a complete lump!New Recolor Set Soon

What's Coming Next!
Hi all,Well I think i am all Tigra'd out....and i bet you are too. Working on the Esprit Double Wide Curtains at the moment, so hopefully will get them uploaded in the next day or so.
The Esprit Venetian Blinds will be released on the 16th July and fit most of the maxis windows.
The Esprit Bedroom is still sitting in my "To be published folder" I am really happy with the bed, but this is was one of my first meshes and have learned alot since then. I could really do better now. So i think i might bring it back into milkshape and clean it up. The bedside tables are fine and i have also meshed a Valence as well that can be added to the bed in the game.
I have a few other projects that really need finishing. A bathroom set still in progress. I also have a whole set of small tile walls and floors, that i should really release as they are ready.
But as the TSR moto says it's quality not quanity that matters and with me being a little bit of a perfectionist i want to get it right.
Hope you are all enjoy my creations. I have learned a great deal lately. Thanks go to Shakeshaft for her recent advise on mapping more efficently to reduce filesize.

Don't you just love summer! I've been enjoying the wonderful warm weather and sunny days of summer.I plan to release the Vintage Charm Pink bedroom collection soon. *crosses fingers* I also recently finished a minor project I started a year ago. I know...I really need better time management skills, lol!

Just thought I would post my policy on my creations and get it out the way!As I am a member of TSRAA you are free to upload any of my creations within you lots to TSR. However you are not allowed to upload any of my creations within your lots to any other websites. As per the rules of TSRAA.
You can recolour any of my creations as long as you include the link to the Meshfile, appropiate credit and only upload to TSR.
You must NOT;
Post any of my creations or recolours on any other website.
Clone or Alter any of my Meshes, Walls and Floors and pass them off as you own.

Bad mesh linkage
I've just found out that all my meshes had a bad linkage to recolors..Sorry about that, it's fixed now. I just wonder why no one has complained (??).Sorry

I took a few weeks off from TS2, but I'm back and building again.The Coca Beach Hotel was just uploaded and should be available in a few days. I have a few houses in the works, and also hope to get back to my Down on Main Street series before the end of the summer.

- and hopefully you'll be pleased to know that I've been working on them pretty much all day, and have come up with the following results:
I did say there were quite a few in the set! 
I have had a go at making my own frames, but they always look totally dreadful 
, so I've resorted to using a light wood one which is tried and tested, so I know it's ok 
. I think it goes quite well with the colouring of the bears!
So, what do you think?

Simford City is growing!
I am glad to tell you that I have several community lots under construction: The legendary Gala Club, downtown lot Simford Square and The Sim Tower. I have many more ideas but at the moment these three are on their way to be ready. There are some tests that my sims will have to do and some other things to check, but as soon as possible I will submit these three lots. And I hope you'll like them! Happy simming, Tiina

Expansion Packs Compatibility
I know that there is a lot of people who doesn't have EPs at all, so I try to make houses with less EPs.But nice-looking houses requires a bit feature, so I have to use EPs sometimes.But with the program called Sims2Pack Clean Installer, you do not have to own an EP.You will see my house on your game but not the objects of that EP.

Since you only seem to stop by when I post pictures for possible paintings, I thought I'd post a few more to see what you thought - and maybe get a few comments (Hint, Hint!!!!). My 'Fairy/Fantasy' spate is over, for the time being - I do have a few possible pictures that would fit into that category, but I'm not going to do anything with them at the moment
, although I may sometime in the future!

These are just 4 - there are quite a few others to make up a set - the only problem being, I think they would look best with a white frame, but I don't have a white frame available that would fit them, or they would fit!

In my quest to become Default Replacement Girl (Strike superhero pose here) I'm learning all kinds of new things. My latest thing is I have learned how to do an Ideal Plantsim replacement and a default pollination technician replacement. Yay for less ugly sporebabies and half alien babies!But if I'm going to upload one or more of these bad boys, I'd like to know what the folks want! I know what *I* want, but I'd like to see if there's a trend here, and work with that. So with that in mind, I've created a poll. You'll note that one of the answers to each of the more detailed questions is "Um, I'll PM you". If you have a thought or want that isn't remotely close to what's listed, please do PM me and I'll take it under advisement. Not Sure What I'm Doing Wrong
I uploaded Chapter 2 of Behind Closed Doors a few days ago only to see it get rejected. So, I went in and edited the parts that I felt were getting it rejected. I reuploaded it yesterday and then today I come on to find it says rejected again. We'll give this one more try and then if it doesn't work I guess I'll be starting entirely from scratch. This is my fourth set of re-colours of the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack meshes. This set comprises four stylish summer dresses (two with a retro feel), the cute tennis skirt from the first set, this time paired with the slinky black top from the second set and with slightly different shoes and bracelet, and a pair of simple white jeans worn with a pretty lilac and white polkadot halter top.
As before, all items are available for adult and young adult females and require the H&M Fashion Stuff Pack.

My First Mesh
I'm in the process of uploading my very first meshset. It isn't much, just three simple items...but it's a mesh and it works in game! I'm super excited...I have two other sets in the making, but am working out a few kinks with the help of Dgandy and BlackGarden...hopefully, I can upload those shortly, too!And There's More!
Hey! I've been through my carpet crazy phase, and now I seem to be going through a paintings phase (thanks to the fairy lovers
), so I've pretty much spent the last two days creating, packaging, previewing and testing paintings - something I'd been meaning to get around to for a long time, but never quite got there!
I enjoy the creating part of it all, I just find doing all the packaging, previews and testing rather boring and tedious - think my poor old computer feels the same, having crashed out on me three times whilst doing it all 
.
Still, I've now got six sets of paintings in hand, plus a few new walls/floors sets, and I had a go at something completely different - curtains! (Now that's got you all excited hasn't it?! - yeah, right!). Ok, it's not that special, but it's something new for me and I'm really quite proud that they've turned out still looking like curtains! 
- the first time I tried, well, I don't want to go there - let's just say complete disaster was an understatement! 
Anyway, if you're still with me(!), I just thought I'd let you know that I uploaded a new set of paintings tonight - no, not the 'Fantasy' ones! (you'll have to wait til tomorrow for them! 
- patience is a virtue, you know! - aaah, the power!!!). This time you get a collection of ....... Horses! Ok, so they haven't got a horn and they can't fly, but they are kind of sweet in their own way, and there seems to be a few people here who appear to like horses from what I've seen on my travels, so I thought I'd give it a go! 
So, any comments, suggestions, or even requests are welcome!
