Look! A flying Lemon!
Just making a note to say that I won't be uploading anything for a while.My family and I are moving to the United States. We're leaving on the 29th of June, which is pretty close. So after the "Swum" set and the D&G set, there won't be any new sets, until we settle there and I get a computer.

So it would seem that (gardener be darned) most prefer flowers, although trees and bushes were still pretty close. I must say that I am surprised at the low numbers for ground paints though. That is an interesting result which I may have to look into in more depth later.
Also, it seems that CC plants are accepted much more readily than other objects or items. That, too, is surprising! I am actually a HUGE plant fan, and in my personal game I think I have just about every plant ever made...anywhere. LOL! But, I'm also a lazy player so they have to be low-no maintenance ones. ;) Hmmm...it is an interesting result, and I will bear this in mind in future building projects.

I will be uploading the Manor House Washroom Pt I set tonight. The only reason I didn't upload it sooner is because I wanted to finish another project before releasing the set.For those who don't know, I also write albums and I had been working on one particular album and wanted to see it through before focusing my energies on the release of the first MH sets

Base Game
I was playing around in the base game today and it made me really miss all of the stuff that I have in my other game. You don't realize how much you like the stuff that comes with the expansion and stuff packs until their missing. I got my tutorial for making custom story covers finished and submitted. Hopefully it will be published soon. I also have one base game house almost finished. I have included a picture of it below.
An update!
Happy Summer, everyone!I'm having some computer problems currently, which is why you haven't seen any new items from me in a while. I'm also having my future mother-in-law move up here from Los Angeles, which is a cross-country move and taking up lots of my time. Hopefully I'll be back in action soon. But, hey, don't I always say that?

It's Summertime!!
With Summertime hitting my house and my kids constantly running around in bathing suits and getting new ones..I get inspired to create bathing suits. I find so many cute and colorful textures and I just have to make suits! I hope you all like them..and wait there will be more on the way.Let�s go Swimming!!!!

No Internet Problems!
Having posted my previous message this morning from work (since I have been unable to connect to the internet from home, or come here for four days), I came home, turned on the computer this evening and hey presto, I'm back online! - No explanation, I didn't do anything differently, it just worked (albeit rather slowly) - not that I'm complaining - it's great to be back
- it's amazing how much I missed this place and my daily visits (is that sad?!)
Anyway, I thought I'd make the most of it, just in case it decides to go awol again, and have been uploading some of my new carpets sets. I've been a little different this time, and rather than doing a variety of colours in a set, I've kept to a single base colour and created various shades, ranging from light to dark, to make up each collection. So far I have uploaded three sets - Yellows, Greens and Greys - and have the Pinks and Blues to go. I have been considering doing Browns and Purples sets, but (a) haven't had the time, and (b) from the number of downloads in some of my other sets, they don't seem to be the 'in' colours - tell me if I'm wrong!
Would you like these collections in various shades of Brown and/or Purple? - Talk to me please!

Focused on kids/first Milkshape
This week I'm going to work on some kids stuff. Guess why! Well of course, now it's the time for kids! The end of school year is here!Yupiee
AND. I've made my first mesh in Milkshape. It's a re-make of my previous Kids' nightie mesh, but this one (because it's not made in Blender) has a working fat-morph and I'm particularly proud of it. It has a slightly different shape, because I thought the older mesh looked too skinny.
Nothing extraordinary, but it can be handy I think.

Old Boston Lot 3
This is a sweet one! Two things to note .... There were 2 things I could not get packaged with the lot .... 1) You will have to download the Seaview Wall Mounted Lounge Set at Holy Simoly, link is provided on download page .... 2) I could not get the rugs shown in the preview shots to package. The mesh is by Nengi65 at The Sims Crossing, he also has some great recolors ... and the one recolor shown upstairs in the bedroom is mine, just find my Cottage Rag Rugs here at TSR The link to the rug mesh is on that page as well. I hope your Sims will enjoy this house!!!Freaks for Not Being Free?
Hey All-Someone who downloaded or attempted to download one of my creations commented on the item - asking why meshes were not free - then proceeded to say "freaks".
I didn't think that was a polite thing to say - especially when I am NOT the one who decides what is free and what is not at TSR.
At my personal website (currently under construction to redesign the site) I ONLY use meshes that creators have given permission to freely use. I ALSO INCLUDE EVERY mesh WITH THE CREATION for everybody's convenience.
I say that if people choose to use TSR, they KNOW that some creations are NOT free and if they don't like it, they shouldn't use TSR.
I wrote back a comment to the person saying this:
"Hello - I have no doing with what TSR decides is free or not. I didn't appreciate your comment - it wasn't very nice. Everything of mine can be downloaded WITH the free meshes at MY site. (Note it is down for maintenance right now) At my site I ONLY use meshes that creators give free permission to use and I INCLUDE it with the download. I hope you have a nice day - and perhaps think twice in the future before using the word freak to describe somebody who tries to bring nice creations to everybody."
I create because I love to and even more so because I love to share - please do not attack me for decisions that are made that are NOT my own.

Forever In My Heart
I know some of you read about the medical issues with my mom and niece both having cancer. This pass Saturday my niece, Hannah, passed away after a four and a half month struggle with Leukemia. I won't be able to fly home for the wake and funeral so I wanted to do a little memorial picture so everyone can see what a beautiful young lady she was.
Summer!!
Summer is here and I'll probably be doing more than ever. Why, you might ask? I have a job at a private university and as we all know, university is extremely low-key in the summer. I'm a computer tech, so I get to play on mine ALL the time. hehehe Upcoming are several sets of summer fun items including a couple of houseboats (one shanty already released), some furniture and a "sailer" clothing set for females - elder, adult, young adult, teen & child.New rugs on the way
My dear S.O. fixed my power supply problem so I'm back online! Just uploaded 20 new rug recolors ranging from antique hooked rugs to contemporary geometrics. I have another dozen or so to upload, so we all will have our rug fix!It's been awhile since I actually played the game. I have a challenge in mind for the build a lot forum, so maybe I'll issue it and then just go build and play for awhile :)

Internet Problems!
Just to let you all know that at the moment my home internet connection is not working so I will not be able to upload any of my creations until I can get it sorted out.I've no idea what is wrong as one day it was working fine, and the next I couldn't access anything :( - I didn't realise I'd miss it so much either!
Anyway, just thought I'd keep everyone updated, and hopefully I can get it working again soon!

The Kareef (monsoon) has finally come, after weeks of waiting and overcast days.I opened my bedroom curtains this morning to see fine drizzly rain and everything soaked, it's a bit like being back in the UK but without all the green. I wonder how long it'll be before everything is green?
I'll post some pictures when the vegetation has grown, can't wait to see the difference in the landscape.
Excited and Sad
I'm so excited! I had been thinking about getting a new computer before the upcoming school year and my dad found one that is better than expected and cheaper than expected. We're going on Tuesday to buy it. This will mean a faster game and I'll be able to get the expansion and stuff packs that I'm lacking!I'm sad though because I'll be away from my computer for a week. My sister and I are dog sitting for some friends and I can't exactly pack up my desktop and go. But I will have her laptop and the base game of Sims 2 so keep an eye out for some base game houses, new clothing, and an all new tutorial from me!
For now, I'm off to bed. Thanks to everyone who has given me feedback on my story. I'm excited to see it going over so well! :-)
Latest Project - Breckenridge Manor
With the popularity of my Pettibone home, I thought I would give a more traditional brick house a try. I am really glad I did! This home is, I think, one of the best I have done so far. :D (Yeah, I'm modest too.) Some facts: -It is base game only - Yup! No EPs needed! -It is Maxis only - No custom content of any kind. -It is going to be expensive...so what else is new? -It is on a Medium sized lot - 4x3 -The garage is EP ready, but will be a good place to put reward objects as well. -2 floors Right now, the exterior is pretty much completed except for lighting, but I still need to finish the rest of the interior decor. It should be available sometime within the next week or so. Here are some sneak peeks. I do hope you like them!
Upcoming projects
I'm working on several different projects.. a couple of houses (alright, 4 or 5) one is a starter house, another is VERY elaborate, which is my personal preference. A few other houses are half finished, they just didn't keep my interest as I was building them! However, I do need to keep in mind that those are the ones that seem to be the most downloaded here on TSR! When I get bored, I start a new house and go back to the unfinished ones when the spirit moves me to do so. It's the artist in me that says move on, come back later..I'm also working on two full room recolors (Nautical and the other is Retro), neither of which thrill me or I'd have finished them by now. Also have a couple of painting groups to release soon and a wallpaper set of magnificently gorgeous, bright nebula/star/outerspace, real, God-inspired WOWZA walls (in my humble opinion)! I say 'God-inspired' because they are actual pictures of outerspace, like my Orion Nebula walls. Anyway, I'm around and I'm working on many things..

Broken/Missing Files
As it's been posted in the site news, there is a server problem and a lot of files have gone missing from the server. It is NOT something that I can repair, fix, or have control of in any way. I am perfectly aware that several of my sets aren't working, but please, you do not have to report the items, leave comments, or PM me asking me why its not working and when I will fix it. There is nothing I can do about it, just periodically try to redownload the item(s) in question and hopefully it will work eventually.

Arrgggghhh!!!
Just finished a whole batch of new rug recolors (blues, pinks, hooked rugs, antique flora and fauna). I was getting ready to upload them, but my battery light (I work on a laptop). Kept coming on. The cord that plugs into the back of the computer has gone kaput...wire must've frayed right at the plug (where it bends all the time). So until I get a new power supply or my SO fixes it, the uploads will have to wait. Wahhhh!Running out of juice, so will see you soon.
Old Boston Lot 2
Tested, packaged and ready to go. I am trying to add other creator's items to decorate the homes. I have found so many interesting items I can't resist putting one or 2 in my lots. For CC on these lots you can always check the 'Installation Instructions' for full credits with URL's. I really do try to give credit where credit is due as a thank you to these wonderfull artists! Old Boston Lot 3 is almost ready ... still in the testing stage but I should be submitting it maybe, tomorrow. I sure love that lot!!!over 25 thousand thanks!

Greetings all I have 3 new painting recolour sets uploaded and pending approval. Each is a set of 5 maxis base game recolours and features a particular animal. So Far we have - Llama Rama - Different Llama pictures, including the rare Cheerleader Llama!!
Belfrey Bats - I love bats!! They are so cute and misunderstood, some of the sub-species are now really endangered too.
Tiger Bright - Very close to my heart indeed. I was born in the Chineese year of the Tiger so I have always loved and appreciated these big kittys.
Look out for other animal sets coming soon. Or if you are looking for fur, feathered or scaley friends that I haven't released yet, drop me a line, I don't bite! ;o)
Chapter 1 of Behind Closed Doors Available
Chapter 1 is available and I excited that I am already getting feedback on it. I hope that everyone is enjoying reading this series as much as I am enjoying writing it. Now that the movie has finally been released, this is a good time to get these faces done. Hi everyone!As some of you might have noticed, I have been uploading new sets A LOT recently! I was inspired, but also relieved that my university semester had ended so I could create a little more. I believe that I would update more often if it wasn't for school, but you know how it is; they say real life is more important than sims!(how can they think that? :P)
I will be away from June 25 to July 5, so even though I will have access to the internet, I won't be able to upload new stuff for that short period of time. I'll try to upload a few sets before, but I'm not sure how much time I will have to prepare the previews so, no promises ;)
Also, I wanted to thank everyone who downloaded, thanked and commented my creations. I feel very honored by such nice words and I am really trying (though miserably failing it seems!) to get back to everyone who did left me a comment. So I thank you here, and hopefully I will be able to go around and thank everyone personnally in the coming days... weeks... months?

Chapter 1 is almost complete
I have taken the screenshots for Chapter 1. Tomorrow, I will put them in order and write the story. Then, it will be ready for uploading! Each chapter will probably only focus on a few families until I get them intertwined well.
