New Mesh
I'm working on my first mesh in almost a year! I had to refresh on the very basic stuff. lol Anyway, here's a peak. I love love love it! Or at least I love the idea of it. Now if I can make it work, I'll be ecstatic! I have to fix an ankle and a weird shadow. I hope you like!
Whole lotta firsts!
This week I stepped out of my comfort zone... I did these things for the first time: 1. recolored hair 2. recolored clothing 3. color binned the hair (I was scared of SimPe, mind you!!) Not too sure if I'll do that as much, wallpapers are SO much easier for me!! LOL For those interested, here's a preview of my set. I submitted it tonight, and hope to see it out soon!
Nautical Livingroom-Missing mesh
For those of you who have downloaded my Nautical Livingroom recolor and found that the mesh is missing for the oval painting, you will have to download the Oval Painting Mesh from Spaik and follow her instructions as to what is required for the Mesh to work. All other Meshes are from Pimp My Sims. You must have these for the recolor to workPet Shop Prints
Two more up-coming sets and they're super cute - cats and dogs! There are six of each and feature bright, lively colours. The cat prints also include an extra accent - a flower, bee or butterfly. They're perfect (or purrfect :P ) for pet shops but could also be fun additions to children's bedrooms.Cat prints will release tomorrow, Tues., Mar. 18'08.
Dog prints will release in two days, Wed., Mar. 19'08.

I was recently asked if I would make a version of my Bohemian Teen tops for adults and young adults. That set comprised three different styles of top so I decided to make three sets based on these different styles and to expand the colour choices. So here is the first set: eight pretty short sleeved V-neck T-shirts in fresh spring colours with contrast lace panels based on an original Maxis design.
The tops use a standard Maxis mesh and are base game compatible.
What a drag!!
Is anyone else having a difficult time getting stuff posted?! I have 2 lots that I uploaded on the 8th. They are still pending! I posted them at the same time as my last two lots. I know I am not a master creator or anything.. but when I submit something it would be nice if it got posted. Does anyone know why it is taking so long?Spuh-ring Break!
I am on spring break this week! From the 16th to the 23rd I have NO school =]Sadly, (for me) I will not be out partying or getting drunk since I'll be in London for two weeks this May, and I can't afford two vacations in two months.
Fortunately for you, I have a whole week to work on the Manor house sets. The second part of the architectural set is nearly done.
There's ONE piece left. Unfortunately, it also happens to be massive. Plus, I hate the original design I came up with, so I'll be redoing it.
Of course, my meshing skills are awesome, so I can finish the redesign within a day =P
After that, I'll start rolling out the MH sets, starting with the Garden set!

I retired from making stuff for TSR a long time ago and don't log in to TSR that often anymore. But I still get requests from user who want permission to recolor my meshes.Since I rarely read those requests in time, here is a message to all TSR users and Sim's lovers:

Creating again
Hi all! I'm beginning to create again, after a bit of a break. But, I've made a decision. Some of my work will be submitted to TSR, but mostly only recolors of subscriber-only meshes. ALL of my work, except TSR-subscriber-only meshes will be at www.naturalsims.com.Frankly, that's where my focus is now. I'm a valued staff member/artist there, I have control over my submissions, and when they appear, and I get to work/play with a great bunch of women. The amount of space I have there is way more than a minisite here. And, I don't have to take individual screenshots, just a set picture. That leaves me more time to create.
I'll miss all of you, but come see me over there. And I'll be around some here, too, just not as much.

Chocolatier Prints
I'm still working on picking up the slack. I've been sick a lot lately (pretty much solid since the end of January, truth be told) but I think I'm slowly recovering now. Naturally, my game has decided to start blowing up, however, so I'm also working on sorting that out. Luckily I have this entire week off from work for the Easter break so I'm hoping to fit more creation time in and start rolling out all those backpiled ideas I still have kicking around. Wish me luck! :)So, here's the next addition in the business-themed prints series: yummy chocolatier prints! I don't know about you, but I get chocolate cravings just looking at these delicatable treats and hopefully for your business-owning Sims, so will their customers! The set is up for publication tomorrow morning (Mon., Mar. 17'08), since I've been so tardy at getting it out earlier.

Like I promised, here's a little previeuw on the beachwear collection for teen boys. I really enjoyed creating them and my Teens looked great when I was playing the game. I would be very glad if you and your teen boys like them to. BTW: Because of FreeTime the trunks wil be found at Swimwear & Atletic. Please let me know if you are interested on another "only the Basic Game" versions of beachwear.

I haven't done anything with the sims for a while. Practically the moment things became more stable at work, my boss put in her notice and my new boss is pretty insane. I've ignored the sims to veg out and watch movies in my down time. Anyway, I decided to do a couple of outfits for some meshes that never made it on to TSR. I've uploaded the meshes to make it easier for everyone to download them.I've been away for so long, I'm really not surprised to see that not only am I not a "Select Artist" but I'm not even listed in the retired artist. Like I said, I'm not surprised, but a little disappointed and a twinge of hurt. Oh well, it's not like I have a lot of time to dedicate to the cause. I hope to find more time to create than I did before, but since I really don't know if it will work out for me, I can't make any commitments. Cheers everyone and thanks for the past support. For those of you that know me...If my "about me" suddenly looks strange..LaurieR has been threatening to change my "about me" section. She knows my passwords. And ya'll say I am the naughty one?! All I have done is been the cause of one or 2 sims being aliennapped. Oh, okay..and finding songs that annoy my friends might constitute as being a bit..naughty. So, if my page starts looking weird...you know will know why. I would change the password..but then I am afraid I wont remember it, since I have used this one forever!!I DID IT!!!
YEAH!! I finally got to the 20000 KUDOS!! Thank you to everyone that helped me get it, Laurie, Hiedi, Cinders, Shirley, Jane, Eleana, Miniminpin...and everyone else! I am so excited!! Now that I got it, my only question is...what the heck do I do with it??!!!Main Street Construction
Just a quick update ... I think I'm done building Coca Beach homes for now. But I will be going back to Coca Beach at some point to build community lots, hotels, and more homes. My interest has turned back to my base neighborhood, Trenton. I am currently working on a series of Main Street shops. For those Sims in the UK, these shops will do nicely for a High Street, too. Below is a preview of the first set of shops, which includes a grocery/convenience store, a clothing shop, an outdoor cafe, and a pub.
I will probably spend the remainder of March building several of these before uploading.

Tiki Match
First an apology, seems I rushed my uploading, late at night, of this last set again :(I accidentally uploaded my "work in progress file" for the end table, rather than the finished one. So, if your Adirondack end table seems to have gone astray, that's my fault :(. Please re-download the end table, as I've updated it with the final file (with the new GUID).
Second, I've received quite a few more requests for Tiki match items.
I am still working on several more that will be ready for publishing soon.
At present my list includes the following, although not limited to: Tiki sofa & Ottoman, DW, Fridge, Trash compactor, 1x1 dining table and possibly a stove.
Due to requests, I'm also working on a recolor set for the crib and bedding to match my cushion recolor.
I am also contemplating a Tiki match bathroom, but have not finalized any designs yet. my plans are for a mirror, tub, toilet, and shower (no sink as any sink and Tiki counter should cover that).
Fell free to PM me with any additional items on your Tiki wish list that I may not have thought of. I can't make promises, but generally consider all.

New Clothing Coming Up?!
"Did I really read that title right? Daman, publishing clothing? Never. It's true? You don't say."Hehe.
Just my own dialogue for what will be submitted later this weekend. The projects picture is a bit of a teaser, because that's not a real preview, but it does in fact look like a creation in the beta stage.
So what are these articles of clothing?
Well they are for adult males. I was inspired by the overwhelming lack of CC for males. Also, they are polo shirts, Maxis polos converted with Crammyboy's mesh for adults. I just made them the recolors that teens normally have.
So, like much of my CAS content, (beards, moustache, clothing) I hand-drew nothing, but I recolors items without recolors, and I've made the game more realistic (sideburn stubble). Yes, it is never very new, it just adds to the game.

Hi everyone! Sorry that I haven't been updating a lot recently I've been very busy and have been training to do Race for Life in May. I've had a few problems with the sofa in this set so I have had to change the original mesh slightly. The Alpine Windows are out! I'll now leave a suitable pause in case you wanted to applaude or anything......
Now, PLEASE NOTE that you need to use a special building technique (otherwise known as 'cheat') to place them directly under roof gables as pictured on the set preview picture.
And the reason why I'm mentioning this here (as well as littering the window set with various mentions) is that the accompanying tutorial felt a little bit shy this morning and chose to remain invisible to the masses, and so some downloaders might be thinking those windows automatically place beneath a gable when they need a bit of a helping hand (as we now know: (otherwise known as 'cheat'). The 'cheat' is actually very easy, but if you've never dared use a building cheat before, then this tutorial shows you exactly what you need to do.
The tutorial IS most simple, and I thank Illiana for both mentioning the method AND allowing me to write the tutorial so you can know about it too. And if you like mountain abodes, Swiss homes, log cabins and such, then you're going to adore Illiana's finished home - soon to be uploaded here at TSR. What's so incredible (to me, at least) is that Illiana's home is pretty much all Maxis content - except for the occasional window or two! ;-) Maxis content (how on EARTH do people manage that with such good results???)
However, DO NOTE that you need the Nightlife or later expansion pack for this building cheat; the cheat doesn't exist in the base game, nor in University. If you have any later expansion pack though, then you're in luck! All is not lost if you don't have any expansion packs though, because the windows themselves work in any version of the game and you can do lots of different things with them - you just won't be able to place them
under roof gables.

I've actually learned how(thanks to some great tutorials here on TSR)but haven't had the time to figure out how to package my creations to submit them! Sometimes I'm brain dead! Eventually I'll get it all figured out. In the meantime, I will submit some of my new creations in my new houses! I hope you will enjoy them!
Starter houses
Hi, I'm back again ! Now, you see, with a few houses under 20000�. I often create them using base game items to make them possible to use for you all. Sometimes I use amazing windows and doors created by TSR artists, especially Windkeeper. I often use some my recolors and walls and floors, you'll find them inside the Sims2Pack. I'm sorry, but one thing I don�t know very well - what EP are EA walls and floors coming with, for this reason maybe some of them you'll see walls and floors undecorated , in that case use the ones you have in your game. Let your Simmies are happy in these houses. And you ? Enjoy the game !This is too much! THANK YOU! (600,000 downloads)

Fixed the Problem for Now
I thought I would give those of you who read my blog and who enjoy my lots an update. I have uninstalled Bon Voyage for the time being as I could not find a remedy for my crashing problems. Since uninstalling it, I haven't had ANY problems with playing or creating lots, so all of my forthcoming lots will only include EP's up to Seasons. So until there is a "fix" for the crashing from either Nvidia or EA, I will not be uploading vacation lots in the future. Hopefully, though, there will be some kind of remedy for this as I did enjoy playing Bon Voyage and sending my simmies on vacation. I have two new lots waiting to be published; one is pending and the other is uploaded but not submitted. Here is a sneak peak at them:

Bonjour!Finally I am getting something ready!
I have built and tested two houses of my new Rue d'Arles Collection. One starter house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (Terracotta House #1, small lot, price 19.900�) and a two bedroom house with a pool & a new Maxoid Monkey's car included (Terracotta House #2, small lot, price about 45.000�). Those are ready to be submitted quite soon.
I have also tested the Bistro d'Arles, but found several mistakes in it and will fix the lot as soon as possible. The Bistro is a mixture of a French outdoor caf� and an English pub. There's also a small food store included.
Rue d'Arles is a collection of lots built in a provencal / Southern French style. In real life spent a lot of time there 5 - 10 years ago: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Arles, Camargue and I like the houses that seem to have grown from the landscape. It just can't be denied that there's a certain charm in that area. The warmth and the rythm of life is something quite different than here in the north where especially in the winter time you definitively need to get back in as soon as you've "tasted" the air outside... rain, dark hanging clouds, daylight that lasts only 4 hours... I have to say, though, that Le Mistral was quite a cold surprise and the provencal winter can be quite tough, too. But actually all this has nothing to do with the new lots! I'll submit a couple of screenshots so that you can see (if anyone is interested...!?!) what the new look is like!
There will be more houses and more community lots in this collection. I have several ideas, but once again my work is seriously damaging my sims2-creating-time...!! No, actually one should not say that because having a job is something to be happy about, don't you think??!!
Thank you Cyclonesue again for the very beautiful wallcolors and my everlasting favourite the invisible driveway. And thanks to Maxoid Monkey as well, I like the new car a lot!!!

Taking my time
I faced some problems with my computer and I had to have it formatted by my son and had also of course to reinstall EVERYTHING!!! Thats why I haven't produced anything for some time! I hope I'll be uploading some new creations asap!Taking a break
I've been under a lot of stress here at home with homeschooling the kids and everything that I've let myself get run down. I will be taking about a week off to try to get my health back to normal levels. Most of you know I have Lupus, and I'm currently in the middle of a pretty nasty little flare. I'm exhausted, cranky, my joints and muscles are killing me, etc. I don't currently enjoy doing much of anything at the moment, and I'm hoping that a few days of rest will get me back on track.If I don't respond to your messages right away, it's not personal. I promise.
