NaNoWriMo Winner! So what now?
Whew! What an exhausting November! But yes, I did hit my 50K so I guess it can be done. You just need to have the discipline for it�which of course, I�m promptly throwing out now that NaNo is over for me. LOL.

All work and no play...
...makes me want to jump out of a window!I'm still overburdened with school work and zero time for anything else.
In 2 weeks time, I'll be done for the semester and will have loads more time to spend simming.
Until then, I'm not in a position to spend my time on anything not school or work related =/

I've always been curious if anybody reads these blogs...hmmmmAnyways, I just feel like rambling...I'm suffering abit of a builders block. I'm working on that 'Villa Serena' and It's just not working! I think its time to just relax tonight!
It looks like the snow we got here up in the far north is actually going to stay. Not like last year where we didn't get snow till mid January.
I use this time of year to get caught up on all my movie watching. I just watched 300 last night and it was amazing.
I also found myself actually playing the Sims lately...I almost forgot how fun it was.

Long time no see
Hi there! I'm truly sorry to not being able to give you more teen clothes at the time!The thing is that I've obviously destroyed my game. And I am really sad and almost depressed because I've lost all my favorite sims and houses and everything!
So, I am in no mood to make any teen clothes right now, cos I used to make them for my own teen simmies...but now they're gone.
I've tried to fix the problem in many differnt ways about a month now. And today is the day I really give up.
I have to start everything from scratch, and I don't even know If I have the time and the wish anymore.
I'll be back making teen stuff when I get a little sim-happier again.
Thank you for your lovely comments and everything. Maybe I should read them through again, because they do inspire me so much. And maybe I'll reinstall my game sooner than I think and give it a new try.

Picture Types
Though I haven't recieved any comments about this, I feel as though I ought to explain the types of pictures that I seem to vary to use.1. Printscreen: I use these pictures for lots without a lot of details and specifics. It also allows the viewer to see the lot completely in-game detail.
2. 2x2 or 3x3 connections: I use this for very detailed and specific lots. I try and showcase all the little interesting parts with this.
3. Base Pic surrounded etc...: I have recently started using this for some smaller lots. These lots have details, but are not overly shadowed by them.
4. Pictures with Texture Background: A nice idea at the time to vary the location of the picture. Not so favorable with dl's, so I may not do it again.
What does this sum up? Well it says that I really need a good picture-editing program because Paint can only get you so far! Hehe.

Whats coming up...
I have been working on some great projects lately...A modern villa, a Russian inspired chateau, and another Martha's Vineyard inspired country estate. Here's what to look for in the next few months: I'm going to build one last house for my 'Grand Estate Collection' and close that. Start my new 'Custom Classics' collection (First house is available November 6). This series is inspired by some of the French-European in-fill homes in the Chicago area. I have some more great Mediterranean style homes coming also. Starting in January I will be releaseing these great ocean homes with the ocean feature from the Bon Voyage EP. I had a request for me to build 'Villa Serena' (the estate in my avatar) Here is a pic of what I have done so far...Look for it for your Sims early December...
Requests...
Don't see that perfect house for your Sims! Do you have a plan from a plan site in mind or just pictures or ideas of a particular house or style, then send me a PM with the details and link/pics. And I'll see what can be done to build it for you...Lot request may take up to 3 weeks (depending on complexity of house and time restraints on my part)I also design my own houses - So ask to see what I can come up with. I can show you rough "Sim Plans" before I start construction.
Guidelines for requests:
** MUST HAVE UNIVERSITY, NIGHTLIFE, OPEN FOR BUSINESS, PETS & SEASONS **
- Request houses are built unfurnished (except kitchen & bathrooms)
- There will be minor changes to plans, due to limited Sim construction (If using a plan from other source)
- Houses may not be exactly as pics/plan
- As the builder (owner), I may submit it to the site (TSR)
Must state when requesting:
- Landscaped
- Color scheme (inside and out) As least a general idea. I can work with you on different techniques.
- Lot size
- Number of bedrooms/baths (plans can be modified if you need more/less)
Extras to keep in mind:
Pool, hot tub, patios, pool house, games room, exercise room, full basement/foundation, side garage, etc. (lot permitting)
Grandmas Cozy Living

I thought it odd to add only two pirate items (portraits), so I did some recolors of Phelana's (Meshkiste) Treasure Chest. I have used that chest in my game for a long time .... and thought it just might be a nice complement to my Pirate Portraits. Phelana did a wonderful mesh for this chest (as well as her other pirate items) .... and the recolors I think work well, not just for pirate-themed rooms ... but just in general rooms or old fashioned rooms. And you know there aren't that many toy boxes available here at TSR .... but do check out evi's though ... absolutely darling!!!! Pix ....
Not Much New
There is a server upgrade going on this week, so I may not have much for you until next week when everything gets straightened out. I'll attempt to get things published, but it all depends upon how the system is responding. Back to our usual program next week!Tammy
Pretty camisole sets for teen girls in five colourful fun fabrics plus one version in black. The neckline and straps are trimmed with contrast white lace and there are two lengths of contrast white piping at the front to give a flattering shape.

I am about to upgrade to a new computer (which is way overdue) so it may be a while before I'm back in business again. I have a few ideas for festive creations, so hopefully I'll be back in time to create and submit these before the holidays are upon us.

Flapper Gear
After a good rest and some appreciative comments (cheers, folks :) ) I am resuming my 1920s range. More flapper gear (dresses, nightwear) and some menswear will be materialising in the pipeline shortly. As always, I am open to requests, as long as I can find a suitable mesh for them.

My new Collection "Amanda" is scheduled for release on November 23rd for the Adult Bikini's, 28th for the Teen Everyday and December 4th for the Teen Bikini's.I am currently working on a new Bridal Collection. So far the set will consist of a Bridal gown, bridesmaids and flowergirls. I may create a matching Lingerie set as well as a Nightgown. I'm thinking about maybe doing a Teen Junior bridesmaid dress, but it's still on the drawing board for now.

Yes I am still alive...lol! Sorry there hasn't been many updates lately, I was very with my new aquarium last week and then when I was going to start making my next set I got a stupid cold so I didn't really feel like doing anything for a few days. Anyway the good news is I'm currently working on a new nursery set, it's a Blue's Clues theme. Clothings
Although I get aggrevated when I cannot get it the way I want to, I quite enjoy recoloring clothings. I do most of the textures from scratch, which makes it more fun, but hard. More coming on the way. I just want to work on them more, to make them better. Since I am new to recoloring clothings, I would appreciate any comment; positive or negative.New Doo

Well, I've finished all the bathroom objects I intended to recolor using shannanigan's retro color. They are uploaded and just waiting to be approved.Civic Walkin Doors & Windows UPDATED and on a Free Rotation
I've updated my Civic Walkin Doors & Windows sets . All files are now slaved to the 1-tile window in the mesh set. All files are affected. It's advisable to delete the old files from your downloads folder and re-download the new files.The textures have been greatly improved also.
All files in the Superset will be free to download between November 20th and December 18th.
Just Color Series Three
I have finally gotten around to uploading the last sets of appliance recolors that have been sitting on my computer for weeks. I am now wrapping up the Just Color Series Two sets and have already started on Just Color Series Three sets. Here's a preview:
Landscaping with Terrains ....
This task has got to be one of the most difficult when building lots. Many times I find it takes me longer to do the landscaping than actually building the house. I usually do not use a 'planned' landscape ... it just happens. I start with the large spray tool with one terrain ... then start scaling down the spray tool size using other terrains until I come up with a somewhat 3D effect. I also tend to use the raised-bump tool to accent that 3D effect.Truly it just is luck most of the time in being successful and having an interesting landscape. And choosing the plants to add is not easy either .... there are so many wonderful plants available it is hard to decide what to pick. I use 2 other creators terrains in my lots as well ... margierytka (WOW, great terrains), and Betontod who are both over at MTS2.
Good luck to all of you who are going to use some of these terrains ... just remember to tweak, tweak, and tweak as you go. It'll all happen as it should!

It's Thanksgiving Week ya'll! And lucky me, I have this whole week off of school.But you can trust that I won't be resting on my laurels... I have a big project ahead of me.
We all know that the VS runway show was this week right? Naturally anybody and everybody will be wanting to skin those outfits, and I'm included!
I, however, am planning to all-out with this project (hence the need for the entire week). I have three or four outfits from the show that I really want to skin and I plan on skinning the whole outfit (that includes shoes, wings, hats, stockings, etc.). There will be two versions for each oufit. A "runway" version - which will include the whole kit and caboodle - and a "ready-to-wear" version - which will be just the lingerie and more what a sim would wear at home.
So yup, just a little heads up on what'll be coming up in my uploading queue.

Modernish Kitchen and Next Set
Hey all!I have finally submitted the Modernish Kitchen Set! I am very happy with how it came out, and when it is published, I hope you will all enjoy it!
Now that that set is done, I will be submitting a new lot very soon (I just have to work on the preview images) and I will be finishing up the Simplistic End Table Set. The new end table set will feature a new end table mesh with two slots, meaning you can place two objects on it, and plenty of recolors!
After that, I will begin work on my next two mesh sets, a third Maxis Match Set, and the High Life Entrance Set.
