More shelves added
Based on your comments I created 2 more hidden shelves that will fit the smaller and the tall fridge: shelves 19.6 and 22.2 accordingly. They will be published tomorrow, Oct 14th, but they are already included in the set zip file. Collection files are also updated. Enjoy :)Reporting my creations
Whoever reported my peggysims hair colors #6 as a "missing file", could you please pm me and explain to me what it is that's wrong instead of just having my hair colors marked as suspected. I've had at least 800 downloads as of today for this creation and so far no one else has said anything about a missing file. Also I've removed the files I created from my saved sims folder in my game and download these hair colors just to see if they will work after being downloaded. They work fine in my bodyshop. Just send me a pm and I'll see what the problem is.Thank you.
A Sneak Peek!
Here's a sneak peek at my upcoming set, Roselynde Victorian Kitchen. The set is a recolor of some of my Victorian Inspired Kitchen meshes. The set includes 1 new mesh, a Victorian Inspired Dishwasher. The chandelier is part of another upcoming set Vintage Charm Bedroom. Pictures of that set are on view in previous blog entries and in my TSR forum, Cashcraft's Victorian Tea Room.
New Stuff!
Hey Guys,Well for a minute there i thought i was going to have to put anymore creating on hold for the time being. I had a bit of trouble with my computer this week. It was lagging VERY badly and was taking for ever to open anything. But i did a bit of a clean up and it seems to be working fine now. *Fingers Crossed*
So this weekend is one of my only free ones for the next month so i am going to get stuck into creating. I have found some new inspiration so i am planning on making a whole bunch of stuff for Teens and Adults, plus some more hair tones.
I have finally reached 300,000 downloads. I was so happy when i saw it. Thanks to everyone who has been downloading my stuff and for all the lovely comments i have been getting. I truly appreciate it and promise to get back to everyone.
Have a great weekend!

Uniforms
I've brought out a few uniforms in my time here, from Regency to Second World War designs, but only in generic versions. If anyone who would like me to add specific ranks, divisions, etc, please let me know. Those are quick alterations. Actually, they would provide a nice little exercise for someone who would like to start making their own customs skins... but I'll be happy to do it myself, if you prefer to steer clear of Bodyshop. :)My Busy Life
I've been so busy I haven't even time to get on TSR regularly! My brother is home from the Marines for a month before being stationed in ... JAPAN! I'm so envious. But yeah, so I've been busy with the family which I totally don't mind because I won't see him for 2 years.I'm still helping my friend brand her business while making time for my online classes. I did however purchase Adobe Creative Suite 3! I can not wait to try photoshop to make recolors. I'm so excited. I have to see if the new SimPE for BV has come out. Does anyone know?
New Banner
I suddenly decided it was time for a change and decided to make a new mini site banner and user picture. Let me know what you think of it! :)Rolling off the presses
Well, the appliance recolors are finally done and will be coming out in several sets over the next few weeks. There will be Designer Series Two and a set of Bright colors as well. I'm also working on a kitchen for the Just Color Series Two. And I FINALLY got around to buying Seasons, so who knows what I'll be doing once I'm done playing around with that!I want to thank everyone for their kind comments on my creations and in my guestbook. I'm glad you like my stuff, you're the reason I keep doing it! Thanks!!!
I passed 2 of the hardest classes of my faculty.
Finally I passed 2 class that I have took several times. They are Administrative Law & Comparative Politics.I only need to pass about 8 more classes then I can graduate at last.
I almost screem & dance at university when I know that I pass.

The End of an Era...
It's been long in coming but I am pleased to finally announce that the garden flag series is complete! And to celebrate this monumentus occasion, I have rolled all the sets into a giant superset.
The superset will launch tomorrow, Fri., Oct. 12'07 - not that I expect any of you will have overlooked even a single one of these sets! :P
Now, having said that, I want to assure all of you flag-aholics out there that despite this closing announcement, there will undoubtedly be more flags released in the future. I expect I will likely create one or two booster packs of new flag designs a year, starting sometime in 2008. You should also be pleased to know, I have another one or two projects planned that will cross over and incorporate many of these flag designs that you love so much but more info on those down the road. ;)
Roman Baths - Gothic Fence Required Item
Thankyou to all those who have downloaded my Roman Baths lot, however, I made a bit of a hash, and forgot to tell you that you also need the MedievalGothic Fence by MarinaSims2I have also been asked about the "pool trim" i used. It is not called a pool trim, the actual file name is DecorativeRoofBorders by macarossi over at MTS2. They are used just like fences and i absolutely adore them. you must go the MTS2 to get them as they are not inculded in the download.
Sintesi Series
After so much time, I've finished the Sintesi study that I had promised long ago. With the help and advice of some amazing beta-testers, it has become a really nice set. The desks, the low bookcase and the end-tables can be combined to create different configurations for a home study or an office. The wall lamp isn't the best choice for an office, but it was the only one I hadn't made in the bedroom and living room. The recolours will be the same as the other two rooms, and all the pieces may be used together, for example if you want to make a children bedroom with desks and bookcases.
The mesh set will be released next week, and the recolours will follow soon.
Teen flapper gear
As I have been hopelessly neglecting all non-adult age ranges, I will start on some 1920s clothing for teens and see how it goes from there. I prefer to make original designs, but I don't mind converting any of my adult designs for teens, if anyone has any particular preferences. :) Not that there seems to be much demand for historical clothing these days. :( I'm quite happy to attempt something completely different, so please don't be shy about asking. And I'm Back!
I nearly lost all of my recent sets, but I managed to recover them using a program called R-Studio. So now I'm back to work, sporting more RAM than I had before the old RAM died, and a new processor (plus a new power supply). :) Here's a (bad) preview of the set that I'm working on now. I hope to be uploading tomorrow, so it can publish by the weekend.
I've become a bit obsessed with the Pablo collection. After the bedroom is up, I'll be working on a bathroom, a kitchen, and possibly a nursery.
Oh, and one more thing ... I (hopefully) fixed the objects from the living that were having problems.
2 New Lots Coming
Hi all! :) I'll have 2 new lots coming soon, publ. 10-13. A great new beach lot and the other a beautiful cabin home. Both are family friendly; I really like them both and hope you do to! :)Flower Bunches Preview
The mesh for this set was requested by froilan. The flowers are available in five colours: pink (mesh), orange, red, purple and blue. It's available to download from the 13th October.

I'm a bit busy, aren't I? I'm also a member of great student membership of AEGEE Katowice which organizes two big projects right now: An Absurd Festival and Local Training Course. Apart from that I've just started to broadcast at the student radio in Katowice Ligota called "Egida". I also continue learning Italian, Japanese and give some lessons of French to my best friend. But what I like the most is sit down and create lovely things for Sims and share it here on TSR - so I may upload quite rarely because the lack of time... Forgive. Hannah
Diana Windows - part 2
I'm working on a second set of Diana Windows which will include my favorite curved windows. Though I actually haven't decided if I like them or hate them, lol, they take too much work! But they are ready now. The set will also include 2-tile round and regular windows and also 1-tile doors. Watch my calendar for the release date.
TC61 - Draft of a Sunair Hexagon Bathroom
Texture challange 61 looked a bit Asian to me. I got the courage to try my first Sunair recolour, here is a draft version. First thing to be overworked will be the wall.
WW2 US Army stuff
By special request, I shall soon be putting out some WW2 US military clothing. A two-piece uniform for officers (top and bottom halves) has been approved, and I am presently working on a uniform for enlisted men (which I plan to make as a one-piece). I am happy to take any other requests in this range, only please don't ask for hats or caps... I cannot mesh to save my life.Wheelie Bins!
I thought I'd have a go at making something a little different this time. I've never seen a Wheelie Bin download for Sims so I thought I'd have a go at making one. I'm sure there's someone out there who wants one...lol! The mesh comes in grey and it's also available in six other colours. It's decorative only but will give your enviroment a boost of 10! Available to download from the 12th October!
Sorry!!
Music Room Walls only available in set, not as single downloads. My apologies to anyone trying to download the Music room walls, at first I thought that in all my excitement at becoming an SA I somehow managed to mess up the upload of the set file for these walls. The set will now be available from tomorrow 3rd October. My sincerest apologies to anyone who has tried to download the walls today.
Update: ok the set file is now downloadable......phew, but single wall downloads have gone on vacation!!!
Update:
Well looks like it possibly wasn't me, someone else has had the same problem.......!! The set file for these walls is fine and can be downloaded, only single downloads of each wall is still not available.!

It's Been A While.
Hey Guys,Well it's been a while since i last posted in here. God i have been so busy working it's not even funny. I have been trying to cram as much creating into my weekends. So my Uploads are a bit few and far between. I have some new things coming out today and during the next couple of days. I had wanted to create some more swimsuits both for Female Adults and Teens. I'm happy with the way they turned out.
Next up i'm going to work on some hair recolours i think. I'm going to give it a start today before work and then over the weekend. It's a long weekend here in Adelaide so i have an extra day this weekend!
I have been thinking that lately i want a break from creating. I was thinking of installing The Sims 1 again and playing that for a while. But i haven't made up my mind yet. So for now you will still see stuff from me - until i make up my mind that is.
Well tis all from me, have a great day!

Mirano 1 & 2
Ive been working on 2 new sets, actualy I already made them a while ago but never brought them in my game. I was inspired by 2 of my most favourith creators mirake and Murano. This resulted in Mirano 1 & 2 based on mirakes recolors of Muranos Jefferson Sofa. The basics of Mirano 1 can also be combinated with the walls from Mirano 2 because I used the same texture and colors. You can use them either in a modern or a more classic interior. Here are the links: http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/mirake/downloads/sims2/sets/objects/583349/ http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Murano/downloads/sims2/objects/furnishing/seating/sofasloveseats/581747/ The pictures are showing 2 floor walls. I hope you like them! ;)
Phew! 3 down, 3 to go!
I've finally completed the kitchen set of the Manor House Collection. This set was a tough one. There are lots of pieces and several of them with animations to complete.
Thankfully, I'm half-way done with the entire collection. I still have the Library, Parlor and Architectural sets remaining.
I don't know when the entire collection will be complete and ready for downloading, especially considering the Architectural set has approximately 100 million pieces in it. Hopefully, I'll be done before my final exams =]
MOONLIGHT-It Didn't suck..
But neither was it great. I am speaking of the new vampire/detective/fantasy TV series (CBS in the US CTV in Canada)It was predictable, and the female lead I found wooden, but let's talk about Alex O'Loughlin! He's an Australian TV actor who presence fills the screen, another tortured soul, who gets his blood in a six-pack plasma from his fellow friend and vampire who happens to work at a morgue. (He refuses to bite people) This series was created by the same people that brought you "Beauty and the Beast" all those years ago, and I can see the similarities already. (Girl gets in trouble, protector (beast/vampire) swoops in to save the day)
I have my doubts it will last, but O'Loughlin captures the essence of a conflicted, modern day vampire. And it doesn't hurt that he is quite handsome, (and tall) I sound so shallow!!
LOL!
It might be worth a look, but make it quick, Moonlight I feel, is not long for this world~
Oct 5th episode was a touch darker, apparently written by the guy who wrote episodes for "Angel". (which I have never seen) A little twist, the female lead 'Beth' the reporter rescued the Vampire, yummy Mick St. John, maybe they will alternate weeks...next week he will rescue her! (Please, no!) Female lead is still wooden and emotionless. I loved the last few minutes when she caught him sucking back on some plasma, 'Don't look at me!" he pleaded. Some potential there I feel will never be tapped...too bad.
What is this about 'silver being poison?' New one on me! LOL!
Have a great week!~~
PS: doing a happy dance, my beloved Boston Red Sox (baseball) have clinched the AL east, first time since 1995! Off to the playoffs! Wheee!!! Double WHEEE! The took the Angels in three straight games...off to meet the Cleveland Indians!!!
Lack of Updates
Sorry about the lack of updates lately. I've been pretty busy with real life stuff, and when I have time to create, I'm getting a few creator's blocks. Right now, I'm in the middle of a hotel (or 2, or 3) and I am having a bit of trouble getting them to turn out how I want them to. So, with my inner perfectionist stopping me, I've been delayed on those uploads. However, I do have some more community lots to be uploaded, as well as a few farm styled lots for you all. Both community and residential, the uploads ought to be submitted sometime this week.
Aside from this, I've got some new HC stuff, especially terrains. Look for those soon because the ltos will take me much longer to complete.
I'm really sorry for the lack of new creations!
Collection Folder added for Vintage Victorian Bedroom
Hi yall, LOL, I've spent waaaaaaay too many hours watching one of my favorite chefs on the Food Network channel. Anyway, I have just published the collection folder for my Vintage Victorian Bedroom set. The collection folder is now part of the set download, currently it can not be downloaded separately from the set. Thanks for being patient.Skin tones and normal maps
*blurg*
I just wasted a good week of my life trying to cobble up a genetic skin tone that had normal mapping (bump-mapping) and I have to tell you, the changes to the fast render engine in The Sims 2 has altered radically since the initial release.
I am not sure why but Body Shop crashes at the point where it starts to generate the preview of a new skin tone project with normal maps. The in-game CAS hates them a lot too.
Semloh managed to make a skin tone with normal mapping in 2005 that doesn't crash the game, so I am not sure what changed in the over-all structure of the package file, nothing I can readily see.
Another big bust is adding new sub-groups to clothing files. At this point, the envelope on developing new meshes that are more complex is looking bleak. I think if I am to make any progress here, I will end up having to make dummy files and use the repository method to pull textures. *double blah*
I am starting to think that the old ways are the best ways, just make what I know and be happy... but like all of the people who download custom content for The Sims 2, I find the same impulse. I start to do something in game and come to a halt. I need something that isn't in the game. And at this point, if it isn't in my game, that means I have to make it.
It's getting to be rather annoying that the graves I want to make for the Halloween set I am making will have to be clones of a hot tub... I don't especially want to make a huge file with all the over-head of a hot tub just so I can have an ornamental grave dug in the backgarden.
It's the sad truth that somewhere out there on one of 200+ web sites someone may have posted an answer, but I don't have the time to read 200+ web sites every day to find out. I am getting to the point I have to become rich simply so I can buy EA and make those guys make this stuff for me *wry laughter*
Then, again, with the negative responce I am seeing over Bon Voyage, I am seriously begining to wonder if even they would know how to make the things I want.
6 Million Downloads
Yeah!! WOW!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!The Six Million Downloads mark. I am so happy I could cry, actually, I did.
It warms my heart that so many of you are enjoying my recolors. I just LOVE you all so much for your (old & new to my creations) continued support, comments, downloads, & thanks.
I LOVE reading the comments and thanks from you guys. They make my day.
HAVE A GREAT DAY, I AM!!!!
KEEP ON SIMMIN'!!! & ENJOY!!!
I am employed!
I don't know if anyone actually reads this, but if you read about my job interview you might be interested to hear that they gave me the job at the end of the interview! It was really odd, one moment I was in a job interview, the next they were asking me which uniform items I wanted (trousers or skirt? wide leg or straight? t-shirt or blouse?) and wanted to know if I could attend training this Thursday, Friday and Saturday and start on Monday!I'm absolutely over the moon!
I'll have 3 days off a week, during which time I will make creating luvverly items for you to download here my full time job!
(Thanks to everyone who wished me luck at my interview!)
Urk
Whoops, haven't added anything here for ages so I thought I best have a quick update and let anyone whose interested know what I've been up to.Life's been a bit hectic just lately so I've not has as much time for the Simmies as normal. But, I have a load of houses stacked away just waiting for me to get round to uploading them, which should be soon.
Some of the lots I've been working on are little starter homes to give people some variety when just creating a Sim family and they'll be the ones I get uploaded first.
I've also done a set of three houses. Well technically it's the same house - a redo of the Maxis Bon Voyage Vacation Home - but in a decorated only, a part furnished and a fully furnished option so you can choose which one you'd like depending on the price.
Vintage Swimsuit & requests.
A vintage wool swimsuit for 1920s sims has just been completed and is in the pipeline as I type... By the way, if you like any of these designs but would prefer them in others colours / patterns etc, please don't hesitate to ask and I shall see what can be done.Historical intimates...
Next in the pipeline: suitable underwear to match the new flapper dresses I am releasing / might have released by the time you read this. 1920s Swimwear to follow in due course...Modern Bedroom Set
I've just finished uploading my Modern Bedroom Set, it will be available to download from the 10th October. It contains 3 new meshes: bed, dresser and armoire. Here's a preview...
A job interview
Sorry I haven't been updating much, I unexpectedly got given a job interview for tomorrow! I've been looking for work for a while, and I desperately need a job, but the job hunt has been fruitless for a while so I wasn't expecting to get an interview all of a sudden!Anyway, be assured, whether I get the job or not, once I get past the stress of the interview, I'll be back to updates as normal!
I've nearly finished my long male hair with a bandana... I'm just trying to think of a pattern to put on the bandana, so that at least should be published tomorrow or Tuesday to keep things going in between!
New Poll
I got the feeling everyone was ready for a new poll and this one concerns comments. Feel free to comment on here and let me know anything else you want to say about them. The last poll had 212 participants.
The overwhelming result was that you want shiny new things in neutral colors.
Bright, new, modern, shiny heading things up at 36%
Classic looks had 24%
Country or homey look was 14%
Neutral Colors were a huge 41%
Bold colors and Pastels tied for 2nd place at 16%
I'll see what I can do to work with this. You may have noticed more neutral colors already. Will try to fit the rest in as I have time.
Thanks for helping me give you more of what you want!
I wish someone would help me!
I am STILL having a lot of problems creating recolors of new object meshes! Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Ok, I open SimPE. I click Open, find the file I want to recolor (not the mesh, but a recolor in game), and do it like a regular recolor-exporting the png file, recoloring it, and then importing it. I update all sizes, or whatever it says to update, and then I click "commit" and then I click "save as" and then save it in my own name and put it in the downloads folder, just like I do regular recolors.
It never shows up in my game!!!! What am I doing wrong here??? Am I supposed to just save over the recolor I recolored, instead of saving it as a new name? Why would I do that, if I still want that original recolor in my game? GRRRRRRRRR!!!
