Wow.. what a week! I have many ideas simering in my head, I have done several lots that I plan to upload to the Simaholics free site that I contribute to, Totally CC free, and only requiring Ep's upto Nightlife - courtesy of Numenor's Basegame Starter App. Onto the main topic ad the title suggests Zakk. He is our soon to be new addition to out family. Zakk was rescued by a friend of ours who saw the little mite being kicked around the back yard of the so called owners house. choice words were exchanged and our friend tok the puppy away. The thought of this poor mite not having a home really got to us, and we are going to pick him up tomorrow... He is a Rottweiler male, we think he is somewhere between 8-12 weeks old... Looking at him, How on earth could you resist this little chap?

This week on my To Do list, I am working on some faces. There are a few requests in there from the TSR Skinning Forum -- actress Kristin Cavallari, actress Hayden Panettiere from the tv show Heroes, actor Jensen Ackles from the tv show Supernatural, and Jeff Probst, host of the reality show Survivor. Previews will be posted as I complete the faces.
More Toddler items
It has been a while since my last entry. Perhaps yoy have seen the adirondack toddler chair. Why shouldn�t the toddler be able to sit in the sun for a while.
My latest item is a playable boat that the toddler is able to sit in and play. It was a hard job to get all animations and slots to get the impression of the toddler getting in.

OMG!
Have you guys seen the new Submission System? It's awesome! Especially if your like me and mostly upload sets. This version allows you to upload up zip and makes individual items from the zip. No more uploading one file at a time. I love it! Now if only it wouldn't add the batch name to each item it would be perfect. I've already got the files named just how I want them so then I have to go edit them all. Kinda a pain in the butt but minor compared to before =) I got so excited I uploaded 3 sets: Mission Bar Stools in Colour Pack I & II and the Pastel Pack. And who knows? Maybe there will be more....=)Hey Long Time!
I know, it's been a long time.I've been having some major computer issue which now seem to be solved. I did a major upgrade but my new motherboard was DOA and I had to wait to for the new one to come in. Then I was an idiot and couldn't figure out to run a SATA and a ATA hard drive at the same time. Got that figured out now and everything seems to be running smoothly. I just need to move all my files back to my hard drive and then I can upload once more.
I'm sorry I haven't answered your comments or PMs in a while but I'm gonna get on that very soon too.

Vacation!
Seeing as how my husband and I haven't had a vacation in over 3 years, I say, "Waahoo, about time!" It's not a fancy vacation by any means, but I am so looking forward to some time away from my everyday life. (Mind you, my everyday life is pretty cherry.) We will be going camping for a week in northern lower Michigan. I am really excited! In the interim, there will be creations published, so that all of the Studio K addicts will still be able to get their fix.As always, have an AMAZING day!
Upcoming Sets
My next two sets will be sequel sets to my Loft Entrance Set I created a loooong time ago. The Loft Entrance Set 2 will contain three new meshes, and the Loft Entrance Set 3 will contain recolors of each of these meshes.Also, I will begin work soon on the Groovy Stuff Set 2.

Comin' Home and Clean Up!
'Allo!Well, I am currently posting this blog in Alabama, so I'm about 3-4 states away from my real home of Iowa. :P I'm getting *loads* of inspiration for both creating and meshing while on vacation and cannot wait to get back and start creatin' again! :D
I'm getting on a plane tomorrow about 11:07 AM and will be back in Iowa around 3:30 PM. So, long day of traveling but I **love** flying so it should be fun. ^_^ From there, it's about a 2-hour drive from the airport to my hometown so then I have to do MORE traveling. (I prefer flying over driving :)
I'd like to thank you ALL for downloading all of my submissions while I've been away. It really means a lot that ya' don't forget about me, even though I'm not really uploading at the moment. But don't worry! I plan on uploading quite a bit when I get home. Although it might take a while since I only have the base game installed at the moment, I'll get the stuff uploaded. And with the new beta submissions system, it should be a breeze!!!~~~

Now, onto the minisite cleanup. Upon arrival at home, I will be cleaning it up! I'll be going through all 200+ submissions and editing them manually. Adding descriptions, editing descriptions, and adding much more stuff that has been added to submissions since I put them on the site in the first place. :P
Well, I'm going to bed since I have to get up around 5:30 AM in the morning, so I'll probably post yet another blog tomorrow when I get completely home to my base computer.

Lots of lots!
I've just used the new beta submissions system to upload a great big pile of lots that I'd built but hadn't got round to doing anything with yet.I'm now going through the list and sorting them out one by one so expect a lot of lots from me very shortly.
There's a real mix from starters through to some larger and more elaborate homes.
Most are fully decorated and furnished and all contain Maxis only content. I've also been using Numenor's Base Game Starter program to make some lots which only require the base game or expansions up to Nightlife.
Children Clothing!!
I made everyday clothing for children!! I think they came up pretty good :) Here they are:
Marigold
Another set of stylish swimwear for adults and young adults, this time a sexy one-piece halter neck swimsuit with contrast textured floral print cups. Comes in six gorgeous colour combinations.
The swimsuits use a standard Maxis mesh and are base game compatible, requiring neither expansion packs nor custom meshes.
Coastal Lots - a tutorial
The next FA theme will be a Maritime one, and so I thought it would be useful for everyone if I could post a short tutorial on creating your own Coastal or Seaside Lots. The point about them, as you can see from my recent entries, is that we can in effect remove the back boundary of the lot and allow the neighborhood sea to flood into the lot. The old poll went well...sort of... There were votes from all over the place. Several US, a couple Poland, one from India, Greece, Hong Kong, Austrailia, Russia, Germany, Denmark, South Africa and Romania! That's so cool, people from all these far away places voting on my poll... :D

To weatherproof the boats just remove the half wall behind the stairs and replace it with a full wall to create a little room with just the stairs inside:
Rain and hail don't seem to get into the boats - snow might. Sims might be affected by temperature changes, though. I haven't had time to check every possibility - let me know what you find!

Blackberry IMPORTANT NOTE
I had a request for more colors for my blackberry sofa and for me as a downloader I love color options so i decided to make some....IMPORTANT NOTE: But in order to make patterns look good I had to reUVmap the sofa in order to have the new recolors display correctly, so you need to redownload the mesh file.
I also updated the old recolors to display correctly if you download the reuvmapped mesh, so if that's the case you need to redownload those too.

Look what I found!
Hello there, boys and girls! Finally, I�ve found some time to make preview images of sets I�ve made some time ago but never had the time to upload. There are all sorts of things I�ll be releasing, from hairstyles to clothing sets, makeup and genetics. Hopefully you�ll like them since a lot of time has been spent on creating them. A LOT of time, trust me...Unfortunately, I will not have that much time making new sets for now, since exams have started, and I�m done with my senior year. I still have a looooooong way to go till graduation. The college system here is a bit different, so I�ll be lucky if I graduate till spring next year. Anyhow, I�ll be spending my summer with my parents again, so I�ll be gone till September. But! Fear not, I�ll submit several sets so you will not even notice I�m gone. Till then - have a great summer!
Party Time Flags
All right, I was too bushed to upload this set last night but it's posted now and ready to launch bright and early tomorrow morning, just in time for Midsummer parties. :)So, you wondered where all the Happy New Years flags went to earlier this year? Well, it turns out that New Years-themed flags are a rather rare creature still (although I'm sure that will change in time) so instead I collected up a bunch of general party-themed flags and decided to release them now in honour of graduation time and summer party frolicking. Hope you enjoy them. ;)

Updated Contact Lenses
I've updated my two contact lens sets to now be multi-layerable. This means that they can now be worn with other full face costume makeups, both Maxis and custom. A new poll is up with multiple questions this time. These are some basic "How do you like to do things?" style of questions so I can work on making this mini site better even faster. Here's the preview of my first TC44 set. It will be published on the 22nd of June. The masks and light shown in the Current project spot are uploaded and ready to submit. I want to do at least one more accessory to try and make the full TC44 set a bit more of a real room this time.

Moving days
So I have bought my own house now :D, and I will be moving shortly, and in the beginning - no internet :( so from 1. of July to about the end of August, it will be quite sillent, but then I will retur, hopefully with a lot of recolors and maybee with some new meshes (with a little help from some of the fantastic people out here) there will be uploaded quite a lot before the 1 of July, rugs, room recollors, paintings, clothing and more :)The face of one woman, 10 looks

Got a bit further with the curtain but my first wood attempt came up too dark. And I forgot to load the overworked chairs, they should have wooden legs, not blue.

The Texture challange 45 was so inspiring, I got the courage to try a Helga86 recol. The chairs and sofas are not bad so far, but the woods need some better ideas.
Just Saying Hello
Just thought I'd say hello to everyone. It's been a while since I wrote and my last entry started with Grrr, which isn't very friendly, so I thought I'd just drop a line and say thank you to all the nice people who download and thanks and send me nifty comments and strange requests. I appreciate you all.I'd also like to thank all my friends in the Texture Challenge forum for putting up with me when I've been all out of sorts and telling me the truth about how to make things better. They are such a lovely bunch of people. If you are or plan to be a creator, that forum is a great place to start.
I would tell you here what I'm up to, but I'm in a state of indecision at the moment. (Those who know me will laugh at that. I'm ALWAYS in that state.) But I'll get a clue shortly and drop you a line and let you know. In the meantime, if there is anything you'd like to see, let me know. I may not be able to work it in right away, but I can usually get to it without too long a wait. (As long as it's within my abilities.) Nice talking to you!
Little Venice - Villa and Home Business
... nearly there. Just got to run a few Sims round the lot to check it's all working; hopefully, RL permitting, it will be on the site by the weekend :-)It looks MUCH less cluttered in game! I'm really pleased with the details in these lots but they're NOT easy to photograph...
Anyway, it's a home business, selling garden furniture, plants and sculptures. There's a restroom and employees' break-room on the houseboat. The house itself is unfurnished apart from bathrooms.
I'm going to release an unfurnished version (ie no home business / empty houseboat) of the lot, too.
Enough grumbling :-)))))

I am on vacation this week. Heading off on a big ol jet airliner this afternoon. See everyone in about a week or so!I'm finally through my exams!
The topic says it all! I'm finally done with them, however I'll still have another little but hard exam, which will for sure need studying, so I might not update while studying then aswell.
