Ball gowns
Well, yes, actually I have a thing for ball gowns at the moment and I can't get tired of skinning wonderful and sexy cocktail or opera dresses...Thanks to Marko for his mesh available on TSR (MESH_MarkosBallGown - ID = 158506), which is my favourite mesh in formal dressing ;-)
RL issues mean no weekend submissions
For anyone who is curious, my submissions will experience a momentary lapse for this weekend due to some family issues that have come into the picture this week. Please keep my family, more specifically my younger brother, in your prayers this weekend as we work to sort everything out. I hope to resume submissions on either Sunday or Monday. I hope everyone has a good weekend.Maya Collections and more flowers...
Just thought I would share a bit about upcoming projects. I have made another "Maya set", this time it's a kitchen and that will be published soon. I just need some final testing so everything works okey :) The next one in that serie will probably be a build mode collection, I have just started on a few things so that will probably take a while to finish...
More flowers will come too, I have made another climbing flower mesh - this time it's my personal favorite: Passion Flower
I just love the look of that one and it smells so lovely! Mesh is done, I would like to do some recolors to go with it but it's a lot of work so I don't know when that will be.
New bedroom
I have created a new clean cut bedroom....and to tell you the truth its just sitting on my computer.... I simply havent had the time to upload it yet.... but I will do so hopefully soon.... A little sneak preview.....
Wow! I'm Overwhelmed
Wow! I'm overwhelmed by the wonderful response to my Vintage Victorian Bedroom set, Part I. So many fantastic comments, I never knew so many people enjoyed Victorian furniture and decorative objects.Over the next few day I hope to respond to most of your comments. Also, I plan to publish Vintage Victorian Bedroom, Part II very soon. Will keep you posted on the date. Thanks!
New Meshes
I have been trying my hand at meshing and to start off with something simple, some modern square prints with 3 recolours, I have also some more coming up too...
Bedrooms
I released my first recolor of Solander's Bedroom 01 set,as you can tell I love Solander's meshes. The bedroom is as glossy as the kitchen, never grew out of liking shiny things. The cabinet4 in this set wont recolor for some reason,am not much good with the techy side of creating so leave that for the more techy types.
So I have left that one out of the set,I'm personally not to bothered as I think there is plenty of items in this set to be more than happy with.
As you may be able to tell, I am have finished with kitchens for a while,I am moving onto a bedroom fad.I dont really ever know where my creative mood it going to take me,only that as I am creating one set, the idea for another comes to mind.
Cocktail Hour
My latest project is a set of satin cocktail dresses, mainly in pastel shades. I've used a mesh I haven't used before, created by Peggy called Peggybodymesh0002 available at: www.peggysims2.net/english/mesh/bodymesh0001.html. I have to confess I saw Rosemat make very good use of this mesh at Pronupsims.net and decided to see what I could do with it. It's a very cute mesh and I've used the fact that it requires three separate bitmaps to create contrasting linings for the dresses. My only regret is that there doesn't seem to be a bumpmap - so no texture :(. The dress was inspired by a Faviana prom dress at eDressMe.com. I'm hoping to get around to making preview pictures for the individual dresses and getting them uploaded over the next few days. The dress comes in ten shades, as follows: aquamarine, powder blue, champagne, rose, chartreuse, lavender, lilac, gold, silver and white.and then there were 4
Bitzy has made not two, but 4 doors and 4 matching windows from some of my paneled walls. Click on featured artists, Bitzybus, to find them in a few days. This has been alot of fun. I hope you like them.
Work in progress - more animated hair
I'm working on two new hair meshes for girls and toddlers. Both converted Maxis hair actually. First one is short haircut that Maxis only made for adult and teens. I modified it for kids and toddlers but managed to keep all the animation, the hair will be slightly bouncing with movement just like Maxis original. The second mesh is hidden hair from OFB. I know its been extracted by others already but my version will be fully animated and again scaled for kids and toddlers. I now think as I type this if I should make it into adult version as well, hmmm... Will see.
Matching Doors and Windows
Hurray! I'm so excited! Bitsybus has been so kind as to make matching doors and windows for my Heritage panels and the Victorian panel walls. Member requests have made this collaberation possible. I take little credit in this achievement, I'm just so happy its happened.
Thanks, everyone!
I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has been leaving me such kind comments on my items. I know this surge is due in large part to the new kudos system we've got going on now... but I appreciate all of your comments and criticisms just the same. :) Please continue to leave me comments and sign my guestbook with anything you might have to say! I'm happy to hear from you and thanks for downloading!!what's New
I just finished writing a new tutoprial on Material Definition Files (should be published later this week) and am now concentrating on this months theme. I am currently working on a Nursery that will accomodated babies as well as toddlers, with some itmes that work for childhood as well. I am also planning on creating several usable toys. Watch for previews of my work in progress over the next few days!Elevated to a new level of fury!
Elevators! Yes, those Maxis ones we were given in 'Open For Business'. They're fine as they go - for everyone who makes smart homes. But not for me, and not for people who like the things I like. So, on behalf of us gutter-dwellers who download the lowest of the low (yes, I'm prattling on about my Urban Renewal series YET AGAIN!), I set about making some suitable elevators...
I had originally planned recolouring the whole thing: the ceiling lighting, the buttons, the floor - these as well as the doors and panels (of course), and that meant cloning a Maxis elevator rather than simply creating recolours.
Alas, cloned elevators don't work. A moment's silence please whilst you all contemplate the total fury THAT caused me. I mean: they look pretty enough, but they're totally unusable by stupid Sims who just stamp and moan outside them. I happily failed my way through several attempts this last weekend, and to show for it, I have the grand total of ZERO working clones.
So, I'm afraid that my purest urbanites amongst you will have to swallow your pride and your tears and try instead to enjoy the new grunge lift doors and wall recolours I've made for your BAAAD lots - and try not to pay too much attention to the unbefitting marble floor, gleaming light and other uncolourable entities. Though I'm sure each time I see them, I shall emit a low growling sound...

Stairs , Fences & Gates...Oh my!
Thanks in large part to cyclonesue at:Click here for her EXCELLENT tutorials on Modular Stairs: :Click here and Fences:Click here, and to the SimPE & CEP team of Numenor, RGiles and Quaxi*, I have now created/recolored and uploaded my first set (of many, I hope) matching stairs, fences and gates. I chose the Wrought Iron set as they are my favorite ones, and I tend to use them the most. I colored mine using the 14 colors I have been using for my Granite Series and then for my Glass Sets. Incidentally the three preview colors I'm showing here; Burgundy, Olive and Navy match my first wallpaper walls & floors sets I put up here on TSR back in January of this year. To see them: Click here Hope everyone enjoys them! Here are a couple previews of first the Burgundy Set, then the Olive Set and finally the Navy Set:

Planned: Elder and Teen Collections
So I plan to create also collections for female teens and elders. I think our elders in the Simworld must get more couture. But there is one problem. I have searched for bodymeshes for elders, but there are really only a few. Only from Neptunsuzy the mesh is cute. If you maybe know cool meshes for elders, please tell me ;) Your suggestions are welcome!Sophia
Edit: I have found some great stuff at MTS. So lets start with the elder fashion ;)
New Kidsbedroom
I'm working on a kidsbedroom. Actually I'm making my sons bedroom LOL. Here you can see how the bed turned out. More to come. Desk, Armoire, Bookcase. All based on the looks of the bed.
Leksvit Bedroom
I was working, a few months ago, on a bedroom set, but had many problems making it. But it is allmost finished. Here some picture from Simpe. Double Bed
Desk
Armoire fully working
Clueless, aren't we?
You really have NO idea what to do with those neon artefact lamps, do you?And I want NO rude remarks! Unless you want to put your ruderies in my guest book - in which case I shall turn a blind eye whilst profiting by even MORE kudos points.
Which will no doubt be a great improvement on the two points I earned today. Don't sit there tittering either.
Artist block, do not disturb! lol!
I suppose every creator hits the wall at some point. My next few sets for May are more like side projects until I find my inspiration. Still some of you may find the use for those as well. Mailbox Recolors (May 7) - something I should've done a long time ago. They match my mailbox covers if you are using them. There is also default replacement version available at MTS2, this one will change the default white mailbox in the game. You can get those here. Fake Mailbox and Trashcan (May 8) - those were a request that I picked up at MTS2, also posted there. Practical Minilights (May 11) - set of tiny lights that easy to hide under objects, can be placed on locked tiles and even on water surface (pond). Includes mini ceiling light and mini fence light. Also some tube shaped lights for the ground in different colors. Baby Diapers (May 17) - made for the upcoming monthly theme. Will replace the game default white diaper used for babies (not toddlers). You can only use one color replacement at a time. Still, its better than dirty white default diaper, lol!Doll bed 2
Oups! I was in a bit in a hurry when I reupploaded the bed. It appeared under mirror insted of decorative misc. I have reupploaded it again toghether with the RagDoll chair and Rag doll shelf. All with less polygons and proper description!Hi
Hi and welcome to my personal page.....i hope you enjoy my creations. Im known more for my clothing than anything else but i have recently started to recolour furniture.....so its the start of something new and exciting for me. Anyway thanx for checking out my page and i hope you like what you see;) Kindest Regards. Chris XxX
Yikes!
Now that I'm able to submit items, I've got a whole flood of things coming your way! In the next 3 days, you guys will have at least 50 new recolors of mine to choose from and a whole lot more should follow in the next couple of days after that, depending on how many more I am able to get submitted right away. Among the new items heading your way this week will be more crafted flower recolors, bay window and glass recolors, outdoor foliage recolors and hair recolors! AND THERE'S MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM!!!Have you just LOST 50 kudos points?
In the early hours today (1st May 2006 00:10 GMT), some very kind person has just lost 50 kudos points because of my innate and irrepressible stupidity.Does the following apply to you?
(1) Did you download AND comment on my Invisible Driveway?
(2) Is your comment now missing from the aforementioned driveway?
(3) Have you lost 50 kudos points today due to a deleted comment?
If this applies to you, contact me urgently so that it can be put right. You see, I was busily closing my many hundreds of Internet Explorer windows on my PC when I missed and clicked a pop-up window of comments that was still open. The stupid mouse pointer (yes, my mouse is as stupid as I am) clicked directly on a 'delete comment' link and one of the comments on the driveway is now missing. This means someone is down by 50 kudos points.
I've already contacted TSR in the hope that something can be done to identify whose comment I deleted, but please do let me know if you think it was you.
I'm now going to hold a mouse-burning ceremony.
Vintage Victorian Bedroom
Hi, I hope to publish my Vintage Victorian Bedroom Part I on May 2th. I'm still loving the Victorian Era, and working on Part II of the bedroom set. I just finished a new ottoman (Part II), here's a preview...
Swan Song
Greetings all. This is my last entry at TSR. Coming off of the heels of Wildness, which frankly didn't get downloaded very much, I'm heading into the sunset with my favorite of my Sims 2 creations, which Xandher and I call "Breck Girl." It's a 70's-inspired style that was pretty tough to pull together. I hope you enjoy it.
No, it isn't the last of my creations because of low download numbers for Wildness; you win some, you lose some in that respect. Rather, I just can't devote the time to it anymore. I am a busy, busy guy (aren't we all, though)with a young family and I have to take inventory of what I want to keep doing and what I want to unload. As much joy as the Sims has brought me since 1999, I'm going to have to bid it adeiu for what will be the last time.
I've been in and out before. In 2000, I decided to stop making Sims 1 heads, then went back into it three months later, working on them for another two years until SimFreaks decided it didn't need me anymore.
This time it feels more permanent. I'm not saying that I won't be bitten by the bug again, but right now, I'm wearing lots of insect repellant. I just can't justify spending the time anymore.
My thanks to Thomas at TSR for his kindness. TSR is a good site, and I'm glad to have been associated with it.

Just think of it!
Yes, the fact you're here probably means you've also seen that set of fire extinguishers in my calendar for next week.As usual (so as not to disappoint your expectations of me) they are useless. They do nothing except sit on work surfaces, tables, floors and shelves. They don't actually WORK and even the colours I've used have been decommissioned (all extinguishers are now red with a little colour to indicate contents, so mine aren't entirely up-to-date either).
But, I say this to you. Download them anyway. THINK OF THE KUDOS! Every little extra point inches you along to that TSR mug, and so posting a comment on the veritable extinguishers will be one point nearer to enhancing your caffeine-intake experience.
Go on. You know you want it.
Comments
Due to the recent rise in comments being posted on my creations because of the introduction of the new Kudos system, I will not be able to reply to everyone that leaves comments...I would just like to say everyone left is very much appreciated. Thank you AndreaNew Sets
I've been working on some new sets the past few weeks. My Colorful Seperates set was published this morning. I have a dress set that is based on one of Grizzelda's great meshes. As soon as the submissions calendar problem is fixed, it will be ready to go. I also have a Summer Fun Mix and Match set of cute summer tops, with matching skirts and color coordinated capris, along with a pretty formal dress set also based on one of Grizzelda's meshes. Be on the lookout for them! It's coming... I promise!!
I absolutely adore the TSR staff for all of the extraordinary changes they have been making around the site! The whole place is looking better and better! As things sometimes do, the changes have currently caused me to be unable to submit my newest items for publishing, so please bear with me! I have nearly 100 items ready and waiting to be submitted and the list grows every day! Once our fabulous staff has worked all the kinks out, I'll be getting back into the routine. If submissions aren't up and running pretty soon, I'll upload some photos for you to get a glimpse of all the fun to come!Breck Girl on the way!
Fionn and I have been hard at work on our latest project, "Breck Girl", inspired by the 70's advertisiment icon of the same name. Its glamourous and feminine, and perfect for your sims! Heres a preview:
Cashcrafts Asian Addon
I have near finished a request the recolors of Cashcrafts Asian addon set to match the Snapdragon Bedroom set.I know not all of you like Black but for those that do I hope you like it.Well onto another color, looking in my creation library I need something other than Blue or Black.Blue seems to go pretty much with everything, making it a good choice, when my creativeness is less daring.
I also love Neutral understated colors, but keep that for my real life.My Simmy recolors are for going beyond sensible or practical, but fun.
Hmmm...
Sometimes Im a bit worried, people get bored of the clothes I make. If you have any suggestions on how I could make them better or different, please let me know. I appreciate inspiration.Archives missing will be fixed soon
I am told my archives links will reappear tomorrow, Saturday, So, I hope anyone reading this will too.Doll bed
I have uppdated my doll bed. It had too many polygons before. I also made new recolours for it,it will be upploaded later.
Upcoming: Bay Window Recolors
When I'm not recoloring objects I am still working hard on homes to submit to TSR and I started realizing how much we need a few good recolors of the OFB Bay Windows! So... off I went to make some. At some point this weekend I will be submitting 20 Bay Window glass recolors and 10 wood recolors for your enjoyment! Now you can find the perfect shades to match your favorite homes!
