If you're looking for new lots to put in your game, then go ahead and take a look through my lots! I have been building lots since Sims 2, and I am happy to say that I have gradually improved, especially now in The Sims 3. In case you are wondering, here are a few of my policies:
1. REGARDING CUSTOM CONTENT (CC): I rarely use custom content in my lots. In fact, I've only used CC once (I think) in one of my lots from The Sims 2. Unless otherwise stated, my lots have no CC in them.
2. Please do not re-upload my lots anywhere and/or claim as your own. I would appreciate if you just link back to the original download page here in The Sims Resource instead of uploading it anywhere else.
3. REGARDING REQUESTS: I take requests as long as it falls within the building style I specialize in. If you have a request, send me a Private Message with ALL THE DETAILS you need me to know for your request, like which Expansion/Stuff packs you have, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and any other rooms, color schemes you prefer in general or for specific rooms... EVERYTHING you want me to know so that I can make the lot perfectly suited to you.
4. TRIBUTE LOTS: If you are an object creator and want me to create a lot to showcase your object creations, make sure you have enough of them to fill up every needed room (like a bedroom set, kitchen set, living room set, etc). OR if you want a specific room in one of my lots dedicated to your content, then give me a link to the set/objects so I can figure out when and where to use them in my construction projects (example, you want your bedroom set featured in a future lot I will release, then send me a link to the set).

This is the first set I have made with the help and guidance of the University in TSR, which I am truly grateful for, and all of their teaching, time and most of all their understanding,
I Know if I had never had this opportunity to be part of the university in TSR I would have gone on wishing I could be like all the other great and wonderful artists in TSR
and always thinking I would never be good enough to achieve anything like I have, it has gives me great sense pride to be apart of this wonderful learning group.

My Macbook's Fan DIED... so...
My next lot would be a little bit delayed. I can't even play the game without it lagging like mad, and I also risk killing my laptop with it since the fan is not working and my laptop get's really hot without the fan. Until I get my laptop's fan replaced, I would not be able to resume building. Hopefully I get it replaced soon! Until then, please enjoy my current lots for now! It won't be long, I promise!
Retirement
After a long time being inactive and not really playing the game for ages now, I've came to terms with the fact that I will not be doing anything else for the sims.
It was great to be a part of this community, though, which made the decision to leave for good really hard.
Thank you to everyone who has left wonderful comments and support in the past, it has meant a great deal to me :)

I'm currently working on my largest, most involved, most exciting lot yet.
It's taking its fair amount of time but construction is nonetheless very much underway and I thought I'd take the opportunity to share a few sneaky li'l peeks with you! It will become more obvious just what you're in for the more you scroll down, but a few surprises will be left until when the lot finally makes its way onto TSR for free (not to mention CC/EP-free) download.

I just realized.. I celebrated my 1 year anniversary for Featured Artist this past June! LOL WOW.. a year and they still haven't figured out that they might have made a mistake?? (rofl) I am still feeling honored at being asked to be an FA here at TSR.. THE BEST site on the web for custom content for the Sims 3.
I'm still finding all kinds of things to create.. (fortunately)... and I still absolutely LOVE meshing/creating.. that is a plus I guess! :D .. and I still enjoy reading all the comments left on my objects.. good, bad, or indifferent.. (tho mostly they are good!) And, it still amazes me that my creations are downloaded and used in other players games! I've made a lot of very good "friends" on this journey and I thank God daily for them.. and for my ability to make these creations.
I'm blessed in more ways than one.. and huge hugs to all of you!!

ONLY Base Game Installed!
Hey everyone.
So there seems to be some confusion when I upload my sims. For some reason they all have World Adventures listed as a requirement. Just to clarify, I do not have any expansion packs installed at all when i create my sims so they are base game compatible. Hope this post helps. I put *only Base Game installed* in the note section as well as description of all my sims as well so just look out for those though i think it's safe to say that all my sims will be base game compatible since i have no intention of getting expansion packs anytime soon. My poor wallet can't take anymore. Haha.

Thank you, everyone, for the messages. I'm so sorry for being missing for so long. I've had to take over someone else's job at work (while still doing my own), so I've been way too consumed with boring real-life stuff. Yuck! I don't anticipate things changing at work any time soon, so I'm going to say right here that the S2HBAA Monthly Contest is going to be on indefinite hiatus. If any of you would like to continue the contest in my absence, please definitely do! I will try to be back in action as soon as I can.

I Got Supernatural!
I got the new expansion yesterday. I was more excited about it before I started playing, now for some reason I feel like I can't play without having a story to make lol so I'm whipping up a story. A Familiar Face Finale is coming. I just wanna play around with this for a little, see what's in it.
Like my last blog post says, I am making a new story. I'm not done writing it though. I really like writing stories! This little Supernatural will be more than one part, but not many. It's nothing special, just a family of supes moving from Bridgeport to Midnight Falls. I don't know where I'm going with it, but I'm just goofing around.
AFF WILL BE DONE SOON. I won't give a date, because I'm not reliable like that lol but it will be soon, I promise. I have a Yankees vs O's game tonight (my first baseball game! :D) but I'm off all day Friday, and I work late Saturday, and I'm off Sunday, so if I'm not too lazy, I can knock it out and try and upload no later than Monday. Stick with me guys!
I'm so excited about this new story coming up though! It's called Starlight, Starbright. It's about singing, and since I write stories, not songs, the songs my characters will be singing are all by The Beatles. :D I hope everyone likes it! Like I said, not done writing, but soon!!

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to post a small update about something I just finished and am quite proud of.
Right now, I'm calling it "The Guardian." It's a little statue that, originally, I was making for no reason. Then I decided that, since he looks kind of angry, it would be cool if he was actually protecting something - so I turned him into a burglar alarm!
I also adjusted the alarm effect so that it looks more like he is "screaming" when a burgalar comes near.
I'm not sure what else I am going to do with him. I've thought about making a couple of different versions and releasing of set of special alarms like this, or I may throw him in with a set of other spooky Halloween/supernatural themed things - only time will tell!

Ikea Sets
Hello All!
Well now...a lot of requests for more Ikea!
As a creator I want to give you the best that I can. When I get bored with a style I set it aside and do something else. Keeps me a better creator.
As for the Ikea, yes I will make more, yes I am planning many more rooms.....but I am on a slight break from Ikea for just a few weeks. I am going to finish one more Asian room and then I will do probably a couple of shabby chic rooms, and then back to Ikea.
I need to mix up the styles to make sure I don't get to a point that it becomes not fun. So bear with me and Ikea will be back. Promise :o)

New Story In The Works!!
Unfortunately, A Familiar Face is coming to an end. I loved that you all loved it, it was my first completed story on TSR and although the content was a little heavy, you all kept coming back for more. I uploaded chapter 9 last night and will begin taking pictures for 10 today. But every good story must end eventually, right?! But for those who really like my story, never fear!!
Since I can never have my mind on one thing at a time, EVER, around the time I started A Familiar Face, I began to write chapters for other story ideas I had come up with.
I deleted 2, but the one I think I'm going to continue with is called Starlight, Starbright (unless I can think of something better lol) I only have 3 or so chapters, but I'm re-reading it now, and it's pretty okay. I won't tell you all what it's about, but it is definitely different than my last one. It's still a love story, but nothing like the story of Isabella and Elliot.
I hope you all enjoy it as much as you did A Familiar Face. I'm taking my own advice and finishing the whole story before I upload anything (I really don't want to, I wanna start now! lol) to avoid the same problem I had with Once Upon A Summer, which was basically typing a chapter, uploading it, and then getting writers block and having an unfinished story :(.
Not sure how many chapters this one will be. Like I said, I only have 3, so who knows. But again, I hope you like it.
Anyways, Chapter 8 just got uploaded, go go go...expect Chapter 9 soon! :)

College Life Spin-off Update.
Hi, everyone! I'm writing this blog to give you an update on the College Life Spin-off I've been talking about. If you don't want to read this entire blog, just know that it won't be happening... Not exactly how I planned it, anyway. If you do want to read the rest of this blog, then I should probably thank you, since I would hate if I was writing this and no one read it. Read on for details..
Okay, so a few days ago, I downloaded the Compressorizer to compressorize my downloads. It was about 2 in the morning, so I was obviously super sleepy, so I forgot to back up my files. I was so excited that everything was compressorized, and I couldn't wait to get in the game. When I did get into the game, it was loading slower than usual. It took almost a half an hour just to load the game.. I don't know if I compressorized a download that isn't compatible, or not, but I realized that my entire game was ruined. I don't blame the compressorizer, though, I blame myself for not backing every thing up. I do still download compressorized stuff, so I know that it must have been something I did. It could have just been my computer, since it's a pretty old computer.
Anyway, long story short, I lost all of my lots in my neighborhood that took me hours (sometimes days) just to decorate. Now I don't have all of the items I once had, so I can't do the spin-off. I do, however, still have the sims. They look a bit different since I had to delete some of their stuff (like skins, eyes, etc) but they're still the same 'ole sims that they once were. Well, they got a makeover, actually, since they're adults now. Which means I can't do the graduation special, either. Sorry!
So, since I can't do the spin-off, I've been thinking of something new to do. Something that would involve Mia and the College Clan.... I'm so excited to get it written up and uploaded.. It might take a while since I have to decorate the houses for the story, but it'll still be up, no matter what. It shouldn't take longer than a few weeks since I have all the time in the world to play sims. (If you're wondering, I don't go to school anymore, I graduated, and I don't have a job. So I'm literally home [almost] all the time. Even when I did go to school I was home [almost] all of the time since I was home schooled.)
Anyway, thank you for reading this, and I hope you'll like what's in store for the College Life characters. If you would like for me to post a new blog highlighting what was supposed to happen in the spinoff, I happily will. Since there will be a bit in the new story that you won't understand without knowing what happened. I don't even know what all is going to happen, I just have an outline, so I know I'm definitely on the edge of my seat. It's going to be crazy, I can promise you that... ;)

I will be having a knee replacement surgery on Sept. 10.. I have to stay in the hospital for about a week, then will be home, but basically on bed rest for several more weeks. I'm working on a "cottage house" project for a long time. "Cottage Garden Supplies" was the first part of this project. Now, I made a barbecue corner for the barbecue parties. It will be published on 3 September.
This outdoor kitchen has a barbeque, a counter, a sink, a fridge, two type food, a sauce cup, a trashcan and three different size OMSP. (to put objects on counter shelves)
