It's been sooo long!
Hi everyone, i know it's been ages... infact since october i think?

Anyway, i've been gone so long because of all my exams, i still have a few coming up but i thought there's no point giving up this. But because it's been so long, my building skills have vanished somehow! :( i may have to practise a bit more.

Meteor hit my house!
Gigantic spacerock just wiped my whole front yard as well as my car, 4 statues and a few trees. My sim was lucky enough it only made him catch fire and he was soon extinguished...
But i will never forget the exploding car, my house on fire and a huge boulder lying in what used to me a flower bed.
My kitchen appliances were on fire as kitchen was overlooking the garden. The stove sorta exploded.
Honestly, i have never seen anything like it! Me and my other half were glued to the screen and watched it fall and destroy everything in its path. Gotta say i do like these little unexpected things that sims 3 has prepared for us.
Another EP - Late Night
I finally come to the point of having an EP xD
I'd say, even though this is kinda late to have one, I'm excited for it.
It looks like an amazing EP. And I have seen some great reviews on late night and being dubbed as the "best expansion pack for the sims 3"
Can't wait to have it!

wew.! it took me hours to submit it, i don't know but everytime i tried to submit the whole thing the connection says "reload" so what i did was post a picture and description then update story, add another one then update story! so it took me so long! hope there's no prob with my story like the "words" i used or something... wew. so i'm gonna work on the chapter 2 screenshots tonight! yay!
Creation Ideas
As noobish as I am when it comes to custom content making, I am a dreamer. :)
These are some ideas that came to me as I showered (lol), ate, played or rambled on in my brain. If an interested creator sees this, I do hope you get around to make my dreams a reality (or virtual sim reality for that matter). =)

1.) Medieval Chemistry set
So it came to me that if someone cloned (correct me if I'm wrong or ignore my terms as I have not a clue on how to make custom content XD) the Chemistry table [is this remotely possible?] and somehow changed the design to look like a dragon table or medieval table, we could have a "Frankenstein"-ish or witchy feel to the Chem table? This'd be great for story telling without having to download sims 3 premium content. xD Of course, the outfit will have to be changed manually. I discovered the lab outfit was a career outfit that could be changed in "plan outfit" mode. This was discovered with a self-employed career of Painter. I have all eps except Showtime and I have no stuff packs.
Something close to it?
2.) Custom Minor pets
So pets came with minor pets such as snakes and birds. But is it possible to create customized versions of them? I mean, Create your own minor pet? For one I'd like a talking owl! (LMAO) Or maybe a cobra. Or Bugsy from Bed Time Stories. xD Maybe even a comedic stewart little. It's a lot to ask for, but if some genius creator managed to mod this out, that'd be awesome. :)
3.) Custom bird perches
If there are some out already that you guys know of, I don't think I've been made aware yet. I'll continue searching, but so far I haven't seen any (or nice pet items for that matter). It's probably because pets is new and all, but I am looking forward to these. :) Maybe some wooden perches without the tank would be nice at least. :) Could be modded to look like trees for natural habitat-looking environments?

I am really surprise with me joining this site a little over a month. I have recieve so much help and fans of my work. I really didn't know if I wanted to start designing my own items for this site but here I am. I can't believe that you all actually love my work. Designing & Creating Sims are my most favorite parts of the game. If I can only do that it wouldn't hurt me one bit. After Submitting 4 items and over 1000 downloads I feel awesome. The top download is actually my attempt of creating Kim Kardashian. Since those are the types you all are actually enjoying their will be more to come. Was getting caught up with my current family on my game. So im more motivated to keep them coming. Much love to you all and be on the lookout for more Glam0ur Designs! ♥
I am back! :)
Hey guys. I am finally back. I have been really busy with school and actually took a pretty long break from the Sims. I am incapable of downloading any custom content from any other site than this. I can only download Sims3Pack files. I have been triyng to resolve the issue for over a year now and there is just no way. I've come to the conclusion that I truly just need another computer. So as soon as I recieve a new computer, I will deffinitely get back into making sims. But for as of now, I will be making Houses mostly and very basic sims for people who do not use custom content. Thanks for all of your understanding! Looking forward to getting back into this. I will take requests! Message me. :)
Behind those eyes.
Eh, today decided i should really upload my sims stories.
For one, i should start by tell a story about the little Claudia and her older brother. I think it would be a great little story to share.
Story begins when she's a child and will show her growing up into a young lady. Her brother and her will often more around/ travel for their own safety. Also now and then there will be flashbacks into the time when she was just born.
Claudia is a sweet shy young girl. She has a split personality syndrome. Before Claudia's 4th birthday their parents passed away. Her brother is devastated about their parents untimely death. Even so, he does his best to raise her and give her all that she needs. Luckily their parents were rich and they could sell the house. Twists on top of a twist. So yeah, the story is called - Behind those eyes. Its loosely based on a book with the same name i have been writing in my free spare time.
So if anybody will start reading it, i hope they will like it...

I do not have a lot of time to make new cc also my laptop has a problem with the power jack so
i'm going to send it for a repair,it may take several weeks or less !
But i will be back soon and i've got a new bamboo tablet so i will try to make my own textures xD !

Farewell Michelle - Legacy character passed away.
My first legacy character pased away last night from old age. Her name was Michelle and she was about 75/76 Sim 'days'.
I've been playing with this family since early 2009. I go in phases where I'll play solidly for a week or so then leave it for months. So that, combined with using cheats to prolong age etc means a long game. Earlier this year I decided I wouldn't do anything to prolong age with Michelle or her husband anymore, as their kids were catching up to them in the age stakes!
It's very silly, but when one of my favourite actors passed away in real life, I wanted them to live on in my game and live to be a happy old man. So I found a skin of him and his girlfriend, then used genetics to make a little toddler daughter.
They moved in, and I played the game. Obviously the characters became my own with no resemblance (besides looks) to the real life people.
Michelle was married to Heath for their entire adult lives. And though they sometimes were tempted to stray, they always stayed together.
She reached the top of the Medical career early on and always had a great thirst for learning. She didn't have a lot of friends, but was very close to her eldest grandson, Kennedy.
They had 4 children together and adopted another (Lorna).
Matilda, Xanthe, Monique (dec as child), Liam (dec as young adult), Lorna (dec as child).
They had a son and grand-daughter in law (Rohan and Zaelie) as well as the various partners their kids had over the years.
Their grandchildren are:
Kennedy - son of Matilda and Rohan Depp, married Zaelie Winter
Heath jnr - son of Xanthe and Rohan Depp (yes the same Rohan, it got complicated).
Acacia - daughter of Xanthe and James Dawson.
Sheldon and Elaina - twins (boy & girl) of Xanthe and Rohan Depp.
Rhiannon - daughter of Liam and Sabine Depp (very scandalous!).
Joshua - son of Matilda and Declan Winter.
It was verys sweet the day she passed away. I had a feeling that it was near the end (even though this was my first character to die of old age... ever) so I got Heath to finish painting her portrait and hung it over the bar.
I threw a little party with close family. She danced with Kennedy, Matilda baked a cake. It was very quiet despite the hissy fit where Xanthe and her step-niece Zaelie had an arguement about Rohan and both stormed out.
Then Death came along with a hula girl and a lei and took her away. Heath buried her beside Liam under the trees.

I have two new sets coming out soon, Vintage Photo Set 2 and Vintage Children Photos. I really enjoy making vintage look things, and I really like the way that they look in my houses in game. Soon I will have some houses finished as well, I am pleased to say. And yes, one of them will be haunted. :)

Today my neighbor came to me to play Sims 3.She made a family with Miley Cyrus,Lilly and Blue Jeans. She made so that Lilly and Miley became lovers, and finally got married and the rest will find out for yourself ;D She are just so wired and funny :D I hope someone write to me,but i new here and i must find som more information. New Forum Story Started
What if the Maya are Right?
I finally got enough of my story written that I am comfortable posting it. I prefer to post into the stories forum as opposed to the site stories, because I like to see the whole story in one place. I'm sorry so few people use the stories forum anymore.
When it has been awhile between author posts, I sometimes need to do a quick review (make sure I remember who all the characters are.) If I have to search though a bunch of stories to find previous chapters, it gets annoying.

Today I have available for download what I call "Wedding Couple Topper Sketch". I did this to celebrate my husband an I's wedding anniversary that will be at the end of this month. Now there is a tale behind that little wedding cake topper, and I thought that perhaps other people would like to read it. (You know, in case people are really, really bored.) About three months before our actual wedding day, we still did not have a top for our cake. We looked at many, both in the stores and online, and we simply didn't like any of them. We were stating to think that maybe we should just have it without a topper at all since we were being so picky about it. But one day I was in his parents attic with his mother hunting up some antique glasswear to use for the reception when his Mom found this small box tucked away in the very back of the attic. We opened it up since she had no idea what was in it... I don't think that she had ever even seen it before, to be honest. (There is a lot of stuff in theat attic, the family has been collecting stuff for the last 200 years. Not kidding.) There was all sorts of nifty things in that box, but at the very bottem was a sweet little wedding couple topper from the 1920's. It was a bit battered and the brides head was off, but I fell in love with it. I showed it to my sweetheart and he really liked it too, so we decided to use that. I of course had to glue the head back on the bride (although there was a brief moment of insanity where we considered just placing the head at the couples feet as a gag) and I touched up the paint job some so it didn't look quite so ragged. The couple is not worth anything in an antique market in spite of it's age but it's worth a great deal to us.

Change of Heart
The lot you are about to see is something I've been working on for the last couple of weeks. Originally it was built for use only in my own game so I went a bit mad with store items and cc which made me a bit reluctant to upload it in it's present form.
However, being the caring sharing person I am (occasionally at least) I had a change of heart and I am currently in the process of preparing it for upload along with a 2nd version which will contain considerably less cc and store items.
So, here's a little peek at what is to come and believe me when I say that the pictures shown here don't even begin to show the full extent of this lot!
Collections!
As you can see guys, I'm working on a collections of houses which will be sorted by their name and not by the way they look (vintage,modern ect.)
Each collection will feature 5 house.

Newbie
I'll be honest and just say it: I'm a newbie when it comes to most things to simming except maybe rampant downloading of CC's. THAT I do a lot. Will I ever make my own content? If time will allow me, maybe. Otherwise, no.
In terms of writing stories, will I WRITE stories? Yes in my head. Will I ever turn them into actual sims-type stories? In gameplay probably. Ever publish the actual screenshots and what-not? MAYBE. I want to, don't get me wrong, and I have so many stories in my head it could fill volumes, but time constraints won't let me. So for now, I'm stuck with rampant downloading and multiple system crashing (xD).
I do hope to make lots of friends along the way and, hopefully, I get to post and actually finish a story here. :) Maybe a video or two? Meh I dream big.

I was busy to make more Collectionsfiles for older Sets.
All Art Nouveausets (Furniture) have now a Collectionfile for all parts. So has the Builtset one.
The Potterybarnsets for Kids and Baby's and the Adultbedrooms (from 2011) are updated with one for all Collectionfile.
The Potterybarn Dining (from 2011) has one Collectionfile.

I have a pretty awsome idea in my head for a new building, let's just call it a building for now, don't know yet if it will be a home or a community lot...
I geuss this means I will be playing around a little bit and maybe make it both!

Today
I haven't blogged for a while, in fact haven't really been around for a while, so while I was gone V8 has arrived and I've been trying to navigate around the site. I can't seem to upload screen at the moment so I'm going to add them here.
Following on from my last post, there are still things in the game that are extremely buggy..I know that I'm considerably better off than some people, as my game does work, but blimey, everytime they add a new expansion pack something breaks..my sims can now take photos and excavate the dig sites that they broke for a while, but now the routing has gone to poop and if they go in some of the tombs they can't get past certain bits because of invisible somethings! And now my child sims can't go to their after school clubs..do you think it would be too much to wish for bug free games!
Anyway, I have missed being here, I've been building loads of homes and I decided since my version of CAW crashes every five mins now(yes, I have reinstalled, several times) that I would adjust Riverview and Sunset Valley to be able to fit all the lots you now need. I did spend a lot of time making Barnacle Bay into a lovely seaside town only to have those pesky celebrities invade (now that's one feature I wish you could switch off)(or at least be able to kill off the paps).
Anyway, (again)..screenshots..

Questions about the sims 2
Hello people of the sims resource, I would just like to ask a few questions.
- I can't see the sims 2 downloader. What do I do? It keeps coming up with package file, and the icon looks like a piece of paper.
- How does the food work on here? I wanted to know because, I wondered if it would just go in the fidge and I would have to make it, or weather it's just meals ready to go.
- I switched for the sims 3 back to the sims 2. Was that a good idea to do?
Here are a few pros and cons from me, what I think they are anyway. Please tell me if you can think of anymore.
Pros.
- Maxmotives
- More downloadable stuff
- Better film mods, like poses, and stuff like that
- More mods to download
- Part of Maxis, not just EA.
- Seasons (witch I think is a really great thing, while sims 3 does not have that)
- No workable pushchairs
Corrupted Hard Drive troubles :(
Hello :)
I am currently in the process of installing everything in regards to the Sims due to last week, my hard drive decided to corrupt which was a disaster.
I have lost a lot of items created throughout the month of April, but i am determined to rectify this and get submitting again pretty soon.
External Hard drive is now constantly by my side, to ensure all my stuff gets saved.

Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone!!!! :D I have finally passed the 1 million download mark...something I never thought would happen in my lifetime. LOL! It is all thanks to all of you!!!! Collection Files -- UPDATED!
Here is a link to a collection file I made for my Object creations (my wall art, sets, etc), just to make it easier for people to find things in the royal mess that has become of the Decor/Miscellaneous Tab.
