Hello all =)!
Well first of all I wanna thank all of you who been giving me nice comments by the two lots I've build so far. It's fun to know you guys like my creations. There will be more houses someday but lately I've kinda lost my way, LOL! So I can't kinda decide what to create and how. As you guys seems to notice I love to do something different and to mix with things when I'm buildning.
I know for sure the next house won't be with a stable. It might be something like a villa or mansion or maybe just a small house with a backyard and garden like. But as soon I've made up my mind I'll start creating again and I'll let y'all know when the third creation will be up and coming.
I hope you all will have a great weekend and feel free to leave hints and ideas for my next creations. I love all feedback and I'm up for all kinds of ideas to help my inspiration to come back =)
Designing!!!!
I have been bitten by the "Design" bug. While I am addicted to buying empty lots for my Sims and building homes on them, I never share these nice homes because I can't remember everything I put in them.
That being said, I am going to design a home with basic wall coverings and basic floor coverings. I will also use a kitchen set done by either EA games or a TSR Artist who allows re-uploads.

BIG hurdle
Talk about hitting a HUGE roadblock!
I was making the walls for "Seashell Melody" & all was going quite well.....I had (just not the collage portion) made & packaged up ALL of the walls with MOSTLY wallpaper, ALL the wallpaper + tile, ALL of the walls using Coral paint including the tiles & wallpaper combos, ALL of the walls using Sand paint including the tiles & wallpaper combos.....just fine, then came the color Sea All but ONE wall went into HomeCrafter & packaged up AOK (ALL the paint/wallpaper combos, all the tile/paint combos, and all but ONE of the paint ONLY walls) so 13 of 14 Sea walls went OK.
I've tried shutting down & restarting Home-Crafter, I've tried re-resizing + resaving the image used IN Home-Crafter (which by the way when I veiw the image through the folder.....it LOOKS just fine) but HOME-CRAFTER is showing it as a BLACK wall instead of MY pretty "Sea" blue wall. :(
I'm not exactly what one would call "a wall making newb" here so I'm not sure why this is happening.
NOW the question is; #1 just keep making the walls & exclude PAINT4 of each color? #2 make all others & JUST the "Sea" will need to have a notation of "missing ONE wall" (doesn't seem like the BEST alternative to me)? #3 hold off til someone can help me figure out what's going on so that ALL of the walls can be published?

I'm on a break for a few days... First of all, I am truly sad of the tragic bus accident in Switzerland that happened to children and adults of my country... I still cannot believe it. I hope all victims and their family and friends make it through this terribly sad period in their lives, my thought go out to all of them!
Secondly, I'm having surgery on Tuesday and I will be on bedrest for 7 weeks... But I will be able to play some Sims 3 from my bed.
And last of all I'm totally re-installing my game and all CC to get rid of those terrible pet bugs which keep me from uploading certain furnished lots.
I still have lots for upload untill the end of April, so you can still download new lots. I will be back in a few days, maybe a few weeks. So if I don't immediately respond to your comments on my lots or pictures or entries in my guestbook, I am sorry.

I'm new ... but
Hi everyone!
My subject line is not exactly accurate. I've been a member of TSR for many years and have played all of the SIMs variations over the years. However, when it comes to building content and submitting to TSR, I've just begun.
I'm a little different in my approach. The Sims 3 offers lovely and CLEAN worlds, lots, and everything else and I really would like to create a dark and dank world with falling down structures, dives populated by dark creatures and the potential for many untoward things to occur. My first step and the one I have begun to build is to create a world based on this premise. It will be called Nightmist.
I am using a variety of concepts in building Nightmist including TV shows such as True Blood and Lost Girl for the landscape and buildings. I really like the idea of a swamp leading into a 'city' and the diversity of play areas this allows for. But overall it's the darkness that's important. I want our friendly and happy SIMs to be nervous and uncomfortable in many of their life experiences and since the uncomfortable options in Create a Sim can give those personality traits, it's my goal to create paranoid characters for my own playworld. I don't know where it will lead.
Anyway, I am at the earliest stages of this project and have decided to upload some of the lots I am working on. The first of those was a swamp house and the second a poor family starter.
I'm open to ideas and thoughts about how to make this world the best it can be. I hope to hear from you!

Testing Showtime
I have been testing some of the windows on my recent house. I don't think I will be using them again. Limited use for those. They very clearly say concrete to me, and that's not really my thing. Perhaps they would work in an underground eco house?
Anyways I have started on a lot I can't upload here because of Awesims cornices. It's a villa I saw in Rome. I'm making it a Showtime cafe if that's going to work with performers. I'll have to playtest a lot.

Seashell Melody
Seashell Melody: 132 coordinating walls & floors with a pretty seashell theme.
OK so I'm done with the 1st step of making these walls & floors.
This set has 10 colors; Coral, Sand, Sea, SeaSnailBrown, SeaStoneGray, ShallowBlue, Shell, Starfish, WetSand, WoodenHull (all colors are named after something SEA-ish). Several painted walls for accents, several with wallpaper/paint combo, & coordinating tile.
There are several tiles each named for the hieght of the tiles; ("SeashellMelody HB75 ShallowBlue TILEpotty", "SeashellMelody HB75 ShallowBlue TILEsink", "SeashellMelody HB75 ShallowBlue TILEtub", "SeashellMelody HB75 ShallowBlue TILEtrim", "SeashellMelody HB75 TILE FULL" . 2 floors; "SeashellMelody HB75 TILE floor1", "SeashellMelody HB75 TILE floor2" (same tile just in 2 different sizes). For each wall that isn't FULL tile it will have 1 of 10 paint colors OR 1 of 2 wallpapers.
I have not decided how I'll be packaging up these 132 walls & floors......hard to show them ALL off in one pic/package.......but on the other hand people may rather ONE BIG SET rather than a bunch of smaller sets.....dunno yet. Feed back while I'm still in the creating PROCESS?
Spring Break

Hi .. I have had to retire from being a Select Artist for Sims 2. I was finding it difficult to make time for both sims 2 and sims 3. There are many talented Sims 2 builders still about and I will still build a house or 2 when I get the time. Thank you to all those who supported me :)
Where I'm at........
I haven't "given up" making the (Quilts by Aunt Alonna SeasonsCollection HB75); I've gotten SPRING & SUMMER published, & still need to finish AUTUMN & WINTER. I have however gotten a bit tired of writting over & over again "My Aunt Alonna makes the most beautiful quilts to give as gifts & to cheer people up. Since I am NOT that good at sewing, I made some beautiful walls inspired by some of the quilts my Aunt Alonna has made & the $2 price tag should cheer your Sims up. Happy SIM-ing from hiedibear75 (TSRAA).".....wow if ONLY copy & paste would work in HomeCrafter OR with packaging the wall files up it would make their creating a lot faster. Although on 1 hand all that extra "bio" on the wall does take a lot of extra time.....BUT....on the other hand it gives it a more.....I dunno.....PERSONAL touch?
So since I figured it was high time a got some more tile walls made I started messing around looking for "the right texture". Well I found a WONDERFUL tile blend to use + an fantastic seashell pattern. So instead of "SIMPLE tile set" like I was thinking......oh no! SUPER INTRICATE TILE SET!
Seashell Melody: Along with the full tile wall it will have a wide variety of tile/paint/wallpaper + even paneling! the paint will come in choice of colors possibly 10 but I'll decide for SURE when I see each color used in a bathroom.
I have NEVER uploaded a lot, pet, or wall/floor without 1st playing with it in my own game! If I can't stand to see it used in a room (too loud, color/pattern doesn't blend properly, etc.) than why bother to upload it?
While working on this Seashell Melody set I was just looking to see that the fully tiled wall looked AOK IN GAME aswell......so I'm decorating this bathroom & what do ya know....yet ANOTHER "light bulb" goes off (I'm starting to have mixed feelings about these light-bulbs) in my head...."It'd be nice to have the tile meet the top of the counters & the top of the toilet & the top of the tub......so now I've got a # of different tile/wallpaper-tile/paint walls.
I know there are not nearly as many people downloading for TS2 as there USED TO BE.....but I'm still having fun creating for & playing with TS2, so I'm not so worried about "how many" download this set.....I just hope that maybe a few who do might be nice enough to leave a thanks or upload a screenshot of them IN use.
OK enough rambeling for 1 evening......I need to go sleep of the latest dose of pain meds. Hopefully waking up "bright eyed & bush tailed" to make WALLS! :D

I am still having computer difficulties even though we have replaced the hard drive. It could still be the hard drive itself since a friend of ours handed this one to us... I don't know. But it's acting up and making gameplay impossible. (Or anything else for that matter.) It's looking like we might have to suck it up and buy a new computer soon, and we really do not have the money for such things at this time. It is so frustrating! This computer is NOT that old, it should still have plenty of time before it would need to "be replaced". All of the problems started with a rain storm and a power surge early last year. Yes, when the storm hit I was already heading for the computer to power it off, it just happened too quick. And yes, we had a surge protector. A very expensive surge protector, as a matter of fact. The type that has a battery backup and other bells and whistles. BAH! I should have saved my money and bought a piece of crap at the dollar store. That's what my kids had on their computer. Their computer was just fine. Ours has not been the same since. Oh, it wasn't so bad at first. A few ports didn't work and every once in a blue moon we would have some lag with games. That was about it. But it has been getting steadily worse over time with new problems cropping up every so often. Since my husband is a computer tech he has been keeping it going pretty well with minimal fuss but the recent problems have been leaving him baffled.
I know, I'm whining. When the computer doesn't work properly I get a little nuts. Probably because I am so isolated up here on this mountian and have only two forms of contact with the outside world, one of them being the computer. The other is the phone, which is ironically dependent on said computer to work... well, you can see the problam I'm sure.
Oh well. I am sure that this will eventually work itself out one way or another. In the meantime everybody play an hour of the sims for me. :)

Goodness! Imagine my surprise when I pop on the computer and see that I have been granted SA status again and that there are about a gazillion comments to answer in my comments section! (Have I mentioned you guys and gals are the best? Have I?) Anyhoo, I just finished 3 new TS2 lots, and am trying to shake the rust off me to relearn how to make sets for them. I am also knee deep in another group of lots for TS3 that (hopefully) will be coming out soon as well. So if you could be patient and wait a little longer I will have lots of time to personally answer each comment as it deserves. Right now, I really need to focus on finishing these durned lots so they'll stop beating around my head. LOL! Thank you all! I sure missed it around here! (((Hugs!)))

Well....
Once I've finished up my "Quilts by Aunt Alonna Seasons Collection HB75", which is pretty big with SPRING, SUMMER, AUTUMN, & WINTER....tiles, tiles & MORE TILES! Yup....I've got bathroom ideas out the wazookie (Say has medical science idenified where that is yet? :P LOL ).....so if anyone liked the tile set I did recently "Aqua Bliss Collection".....prepare your hard-drives SIM-ers. :D I will be making TONS of sets with a wide variety of colors....but if there are some colors that I haven't done yet that are wanting in particular.....by all means just ask & I'll see what I can do.

Potty Over PJ's....
As you've probably gathered by now, I have this potty obsession over pyjamas. I do get these fads and fancies every so often; a couple of weeks ago it was rugs but now it's pyjamas.
Not sure how long this obsession is going to last - I may go back to rugs shortly but until then, you will all have to make do with pyjamas.

Painting Explosion
So like its been two years and I haven't uploaded a single thing...
You can blame that on me having no internet what so ever. I have been making paintings like crazy though, and I promise to submit them to TSR as soon as I can get the from my computer at home and get them here to my boyfriends computer to upload them.

Just a quick note that none of the houses I upload will have CC in them, all items the houses will use base game items and/or items from the expansion and stuff packs I have (atm I have World Adventures, High Loft Stuff, Ambitions and Fast Lane Stuff. I will eventually get what I am missing once I get the money to buy the rest.)

Hello dear Simmers!
I have been so busy with my studies and family life that I have barely logged in to TSR since last fall. I do apologize for not responding to your comments on my creations and my guestbook, I just havent found the time or energy.
Now I am finally getting back to the simming world, slowly. And what do I find? Issues with pets, rigfix, patch 1.29 changing the EP requirements... all which i was blissfully unaware, and now I am confused with it all. I came to the conclusion the staff has fixed my creations on the rig part.
But the site does not show correctly the EP requirements for my creations. I have quite a few EP's and SP's installed, and to my understanding now my creations requires you to have the same ones as I have for them to work.
So here is the list of the EP's and SP's you need to use my creations:
WA, Ambitions, Late Night, High-End Loft, Outdoor Living, and for some maybe Gen aswell.
That is if you have updated your game to patch 1.29 or above.
I am sorry for the inconvinience, I might redo them for base game compatible, if I find the time, and if you simmers / lot creators would like me to. So please let me know if you would like that, and which items you would like to see updated first.

Sims Medieval
Well, bought my copy of the Sims Medieval. Different is the word that sprang to mind but started playing and enjoyed it. Was gong great guns on my game when my computer decided it was going to freeze up so will have to start all over again.

Have been looking at all the lots I have designed or rejigged. I must sit down and get myself sorted out to post some of these on here. Find I don't really play the games just keep making house after house but it keeps me occupied. Loving the Sims.

March 11th, Sweet Dreams Bedroom
Sweet Dreams Bedroom (Sims 3) features a vintage brass bed, nightstand, table lamp, end-of-bed bench (coffee table), living chair, standing hand mirror, vanity table and stool, chandelier, set of designer perfumes, pillows for the bed, two sets of wall pictures, and a decorative pillow for the living chair. Sweet Dreams will provide your Sims with a restful night's sleep and pleasant dreams.
I didn't plan on creating another bedroom set so soon, but my best friend fell in love with a brass bed pictured in a magazine and suggested I create it for the game. I also love antique brass beds, I'd love to have one in real life, but I need a new computer more than a antique bed.
Helpful Hints and Tips:
--Use the 'move objects' cheat to place end-of-bed bench close to foot of bed.
--Mirrors of vanity and standing hand mirror do not have menu options. Hand mirror cloned from decorative object.
--Picture sets can be move up & down wall, just place on wall and then drag.
--Living chair has 1 slot for placement of decorative pillow.
--Vanity table and endtable have recolorable glass drawer knobs.
--Glass of perfume bottles are recolorable, but look best with solid colors, it's a converted Sims 2 mesh.

Quilts by Aunt Alonna (HB75)
I don't know whether to laugh, cry or both......but that's getting ahead of myself.
My Aunt Alonna has always made quilts for family & friends. I've always cherished the quilts she has made ME & so it/they "inspired" me to make some walls LOOSLY based from some of the quilts she has made. So #1 I'm thinking anytime that I make walls that are "quilt-y" I'll be naming it something to do with MY Aunt Alonna.
Here's where the part about not knowing whether to laugh, cry, or both comes in...... It started with ONE "quilt"-like image that reminded me of an afgahn she knitted (she did knitting & crochet-ing too) back when I was a kid in the 70's & brown & burnt orange were still IN. This then led to me finding some more "quilts" to use in walls. Which then led to me select 4 "quilts"; 1 for every season (they have colors that "go with" each season), for each "season" I have 7+ colors (spring & summer have 7, aumtumn & winter have more colors). I WAS going to shrink those images I had come up with for HomeCrafter when......LIGHT-BULB......I should also make some coordinating walls that have more of the quilt pattern and so......instead of JUST shrinking.....so now I'm coming up with yet MORE "Quilts by Aunt Alonna" walls. Laugh, cry, or both? :P LOL

Well, we have a new hard drive now, and even as I write this I am installing my sim games back on the computer. It will be awhile before I have anything available for upload but at least I will be able to start working on it all again soon. *sigh*

Since I have my first CC published, I am so happy! I hope you like it. Upcoming is eyeliner, which I will create once my Photoshop Free Trial download completes. I am also gonna make T-shirts with different cartoons on it. One that I am planning to create is a Child T-Shirt with a design, and I am gonna make a Sim too. I will try my best to make her my best shot of a Pretty Sim. And yes, can you like my page?

Hello everyone!
Well I finally figured out how to share the houses I've built and as you see one is already up =) More is coming but be patient with me and it take some time when I am creating a house. As you can see I love to try new things all the time and sometimes I end up deleting everything and do it all again. Just so it will be perfect. Usually it takes some time before the house I am making gets finished LOL! And yes unfortuntly all the houses will be unfurnished, only decorated. I kinda use alot of custom content when I am decorating houses for my sims and it's too much to remember and which artist have done what. So I thought it's better if y'all furnishing the houses for yourself =) There might be a new house up sometime next week though.
