I don't know if anyone will even read this, but if you are, and interested in knowing, read on dear reader.
I've been working on my first apartment building in The Sims 3, it has been going very well and it has almost neared completion. I've based them on the London Mews slightly after seeing this lovely image.
So far I have a set of 6 apartment houses, two of which have a small garden, one of these belonging to the player home. I've tried to keep even the exterior styles varied, to exibit the personality of the people that may dwell within them. Each one has an identical layout except for the two with gardens on the end. There's even a scummy house that looks like it has been dragged through hell and a flood, mould and decay run rampant throughout, my eyes felt oh so dirty after I'd completed it. Although most users wont be able to see the interiors of the other houses, I decorated them as sparsely as I could in the style that reflects the exterior. I even created one like the black and white one in the image above!
Now I come to the sad part. My laptop, which is 5 years old, has finally decided to start to die. My disc drive has died completely and I can no longer use anything that requires a disc to play! I'm going to be getting a new one sometime in the near future and when I do I will complete my Apartment and load it all up for all to enjoy!

Upcoming Sims 3 Set, Art of Seduction!

Here are a few pictures of my upcoming Art of Seduction Sims 3 bedroom set, it features a bed fit for royalty, nightstand, table lamp, a large chest, a tall cabinet with attached mirror, and a couple decorative objects. The set's bed still needs a few tweaks, but all the other objects are ready to go! I've also created a collection folder for the set.
Art of Seduction might be the perfect bedroom set for Sims looking for a romantic setting for a Valentine's Day celebration.

New year new things
Hi I've put my conservitory to one side just now, cant get the roof to work right (glass keeps disappearing) and i wont post sumthing i'm not happy with. I'm been working on some other stuff and have A new fence an gate ready to go (this got the gate diaganial to do) which i hope to post in a day or 2.
Hi just to up date im posting my new security gate and fence 2night, the gate wont work on the diaganal but ive since discovered that none of the ea gates do. I have the mesh fixed fine but i have to change to slots and footprints to diag an i don't no how to do that yet sojust posting as straight.
One small thing i have noticed with my game and garage doors i have posted they are not working right (not sure if ive regfixed them but thought i had) but if u download the fixed files from trs they work fine. I will get round to fixing them soon along with new multipilers for them.

Since flapper sims are a rarity I've decided to create sim versions of 1920's silent film actresses.
the skins i have finished so far are: Clara Bow, Mary Pickford, Billie Dove, Louise Brooks, Nancy Carroll
and just recently finished Dolores Costello. Making these skins is kind of tricky because it requires me to
work in grayscale mode first because the pictures I am using are either in sepia or black and white.
Maybe I'll make a tutorial in the near future of how I do it.

sims 3 update
Well this is just a small update on what i think of the sims 3. I had been playing it for a bit longer and found that it was slightly more annoying than I originally thought but all that aside I do enjoy the free rome and i like howdetailed everything is. I am going out today to get as many expansions as I can afford so wish me luck ^.^

sims 3
Well i just got sims 3...so far im not too happy with the facial structures its hard to get them shaped the way i want them but who knows maybe i just need to get more used to it. So far i only have base game so i may actually get others as well because its kindof a small town type deal. Let me know what you think of the sims 3!
Kate Megaset
Just a few days too late for Kate's 30th birthday on 9th January (Happy Birthday, Your Highness!), my Kate Megaset will be published on 12th January. It contains all 8 of my Kate sets in one handy megaset comprising 39 items: 28 complete outfits, 3 tops, 2 pairs of jeans, 5 clutch bags and 1 hat.
In order for all the items to show up in your game, you will require meshes by A., BBKZ, Chriko, Crechebaby, Ekinege, Elena, Fantasyrogue, Liana, Maxis, NataliS, Shannara, Simal, steffor, Sunair & ulkrhsn. Links to the relevant meshes are provided for each individual item as appropriate. Many thanks to all these talented mesh artists.
All clothing items are available for adults and young adults and are categorised appropriately. Accessories are available for all Sims. A universal collection file, which will allow you to locate easily all of my Kate clothing items in your game, is included.
Now you see me... now you don't
Lately, I haven't been on TSR that much, and the breaks in between my Garden chapters stretch to several months, but fear not, I'm not leaving TSR or the Gardens anywhere.
Real life has simply been quite hectic: I finally graduated high school, and now I have to figure out where to go next, which is quite energy-consuming.
Another reason is that I no longer live at home, and my MacBook can't run TS3. So the few times I have been able to play have been when I have been visiting my fiancé, or when he has visited me...
So you will probably see me on TSR every now and then, hopefully more often than during the past 6 months...
Taking a BIG break
Hey,
Just to let you guys know I'll be taking BIG break, so I won't be publishing anything for a while. Right now I need to focus on my last year of high school and my future. And by next year I'll be in the Air Force as a recruit. So after June I will be sent to training and hopefully sometime afterwards, I'll still have the same interest and time in the sims as I do now to publish. Until then, later.

Apology
I had several major complications arrive in my life shortly after accepting the Select Artist position. I needed a mental hiatus (or nervous breakdown) lol! Things are calming down now, and I am working through them as usual, but I wanted to apologize for coming up missing and not commenting back to people. I was quite simply overwhelmed with reality and could not muster up the concentration to create anything or respond to people. I appreciate all the wonderful friends I have made here and I am going to do my best to have a lot for you within the week.

Subject? Dissappointment.... :(
Okay I may have been too hasty to give myself 2 days to get everything I need to get done to start publishing chapters. Once I start again I don't want to stop you know so there's a few more things I need to take care of, some objects and poseboxes that I need to make and also some more chapters to write so I'm well ahead of myself and able to keep continually publishing stories. I also want to be making like a chapter or two in advance of the day I have to publish it so then if something comes up I can still be publishing stories because I'll have like a reserve there.
I'm REALLY sorry and I've been stressing about it all day I wanted to have the next chapter published for tomorrow, but I really need a good week to get back up to date with everything and post regularly without having to stop and start and stop and start.
So if you give me a week, starting on Monday 16th I should have finished all my preparations and be able to start publishing the next chapters.
I swear you will be able to read these chapters soon!

Made a banner!
I finally made a composit picture in photoshop for my banner. Bought the program last summer, about time! :) So now I have to check out my terrainpaints and stone tiles for the 241211 - Queenstown mansion. Made those yesterday, some of the files are very big. See you :)

Just to let you all know, you may use any of my Sims 3 objects, Patterns and Terrains in any of your lots, screenshots & stories on any Sims site you wish.
All I ask is that you give me credit for anything that I have created. And I would like to ask, if it is possible, could you please provide a link back to my original creation that you have used.
The same rules apply to my Sims 2 Wallpapers and floors.
My Lots/houses may not be shared in any way or claimed to be your builds.
I am also a member of The Sims Resource Artist Alliance. (TSRAA). Regarding TSRAA, please give me credit when using my creations.

Other News.......
I am no longer limiting my creations just to TSR. I will now be uploading my creations on the official Sims 3 site too. You will also start seeing my creations hosted on various other Sims sites as well. Yay!! Let's spread the love..lol!!

oh a blog? Well lets talk about a secret agent and his Ballerina Lover?
Well this is my very first ever blog entry. I will talk about my sims Amy and Darian, i had created these two to be best friends but well....Darian wanted more XD uh...they now have two kids a girl and one on the way. Darian is in the intelligence career and Amy is a professional ballerina who i intended on her bearing her parents expectations on her back to become a scientist like themselves but Amy wanted a different track so for awhile she had gone to study science but couldn't get the heart of the ballerina to disappear from her so instead she she chose a different path her parents sought out for her and they disowned her for her disobedience and now Amy's little brother Sean now carries the burden of her parents but he doesn't mind it at all. in the midst Darian agreed to room in with her but he was actually on a mission of getting her parents secret virus from them but had let his feelings for Amy block his true goal. Now they are living as a family with his daughter Pricilla and their upcoming baby who he hopes is a boy.
I hope this sim story makes sense this is what i had in mind for their story.

2012 is here and I want to firstly wish all my TSR friends, a Happy New Year & I hope everyone had a good Christmas.
Before the end of 2011, I reached 1 million downloads. WOW. I never thought I would and I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has downloaded my Walls and Floors, whether singular or in the sets. This means alot and inspires me to carry on.
I have new wall templates to use & cannot wait to share these with you all, sometime this year.
I have alot of sets prior to this that I need to make and submit. Once the go ahead has been given to use the Submission Area
again, I will share these with you all. Thank you again and I hope to see you around TSR very soon.
A Brief Absense, folks
Sorry I haven't been around much lately, everybody. On New Years Eve my computer somehow got a *crazy* registry error, and after a few blue screens of death in a row I decided (rather irrationally) to delete my entire user account and start afresh. Unfortunately, the last time I backed up my pc was on Halloween. :P So, I have been running around like mad trying to backtrack everything I've done over the past 2+ months, and try to recover as much of my game (and the multiple creations I was in the middle of completing--GRRRR!!! >_< ) as I possibly can. So far so good--I am currently reinstalling a LOT of CC, and hopefully I can be up and running again and back to finishing more creations some time next week, with uploads ready for you all by early February. My save files are all corrupted, so hopefully the backup versions will work, or it might take me even longer, as I'll have to start multiple projects all over again--*SIGH*. :(

Future Plans That I WILL Stick to :)
Now.......it's been over a month and while my internet problem isn't completely solved I can actually access it now, so it shouldn't be a problem to start uploading the next chapters of Tomb Raider! So don't worry I haven't discontinued it! And I promise to never ever ever do that to you guys :).
You know that's always been my kind of rule with these stories, I'll stick them out until the very end! Like with Good vs. Evil, I started to lose interest halfway through and I really wanted to stop, but I already knew how I was going to end it, so I put all my effort into it and made it as good as well I could possibly have made it, and it turned out really well....if that doesn't sound to presumptuous of me to say. Anyway the point was no matter how long it takes I WILL always finish a story that I start........(except for that one that was really bad.....and I deleted its existence....)
So anyway the real point of this was to let you know that I'm officially back and continuing to write sims stories, and to make it easier and have some fluidity in my stories I will be posting chapters every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which may actually mean that you'll be reading them every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday depending on how long they take to be published. I'm not sure anymore, because it used to take a day to be published but the last few things that I've submitted haven't taken much longer than an hour to be published on the site.
Alright so now I must be off to finish cleaning my room. I still have to write some more chapters because I think I only have up to chapter 7 or something completely written up, then also need to make up a 'previously' for the next chapter because off the top of my head I have no idea what's been happening in the story, so I don't expect you to remember either! :) 7 weeks is way too long between chapters. I really promise it will never happen again!
Oh so you can expect to be reading chapter 3? I think it's chapter 3....I really should have written this after I checked these things. Anyway the point is you shall be reading the next chapter in the Tomb Raider series, on Monday and then the next chapter after that one Wednesday and the one after that on Friday and so on and so forth until this series has finished! THEN I'll start doing the sims version of Underworld! and then after that I'm working on a more of a drama story that I've already written! But waiting to make until I've finished all the Tomb Raider series.
Anyway if you were wondering what was on my story agenda^.

Trying new building piezes
I have downloaded the skew whiff set from Buffsumm and modern Ributji or what it's called, by lunasimslulamai. Playing around with those.
Made a funny little color mix and match this and that for a challenge at Livingsims. I mixed funky, modern, ultramodern rough(buffsumm), bohemian and some ... I had to use 3 colors: B06E89, 8FA334 and 8FB2AE. One of them crash if used in the wrong way. My fellow simmers at Livingsims liked it. I'm uploading the video now. So overjoyed when I opened my presents this year - Town Life and Pets. Had to wait until Boxing Day to load them but am enjoying them so much, my Sim has a horse that she rides and, unlike me, doesn't fall off and hurt herself. Have also recreated Jimmy - so much like him.

Though I had some free time due to Christmas break I wasn't Simming at all! It's inexplicable! But I started a few new projects which now are being finished :) I won't have much free time in the near future, because I will have to learn, exams are coming up... But I will try to find some time for Sims too :)
