A Few Issues

Hi Everyone

I am currently experiencing issues with the following:

- Uploading Screenshots to TSR (Not my Profile)

- Entries in Guestbook

I like to keep things organised and in order and my Guestbook is now driving me mad as it says i still have entries in it regardless of me deleting them all at one stage ? ? ?

Unsure whether its me doing something wrong with uploading my Screenshots to TSR. I don't have issues uploading the screenshots to my Profile? Am i doing something wrong? Do i need to download a Wizard or Package for this to take effect?

I have posted the Screenshot issue and Guestbook issue in the Forums but only really had responses in respect of the Guestbook as i am not the only person having this issue.

I have submitted to Support issues to TSR Help Centre and both of them have a status as Unhandled? What does that mean?

Can anyone help me... please...

Hi Cherry! Haven't seen you around lately.\:\(  Have missed you. I am having the same issue with the guestbook. I think I have twelve entries and I have read them all. It is not clearing the entries. I can add that my guestbook is stuck on 3 new all the time, and my comments on 18 new. Of course none is. But the screenshot issue you are having sounds weird. The screenshots are visable on the site in the screeenshot section just a short while after you can see them on your minisite. You don't have to do anything special to get them there. After I have submitted 1 screenshot it appears in the section after 5-10 minutes. So under the tab add screenshot, put the name of the screenshot, put yes on publish, set if it is a sims 2 or 3 screen and upload the screen and then update.This is how I do it and it works all the time.
What I have seen is that for example I have only sims3 screens, I have no link in the tab menu at the top, only those that have sims2 screens have this. Have you tried to delete the screenshot pod and then cleared cache and then added then pod again? \:\)
