I've got a Problem!!!

I do understand you very well! It's awful, because I, too, love my Penelope, my favourite sim! After some nasty experiences I do always the same now: 1) <em>save as</em> ig *nameofthegame*_bCH (before China) 2) <em>save as</em> *nnnn*_CH_1 (China 1. challenge) / and so on, always the next number for the next challenge. 3) <em>save as</em> *nnnn*_aCH (after China / back home again)&nbsp; So if something goes wrong I can go back to what ever part of the vacation I want to. Vacation and adventures are great, but the game still has to many glitches and the error 12 occurs too often. It's not really helpful what I'm writing, but it's the way you don't lose hours and hours of playing, not to mention to face a crashed game and begin from scratch! (Once a week I backup all the important files as DCCache, Saves and Library) Playing the game with this system of save as I have fun again going on vacation. Before I didn't dare anymore to try because I twice had the game crashed. I'm sure that thing with the firetrap is a bug, similar things rather often happen in my game. When now I realise my game is somewhat misbehaving, I quit at once without any more trying, without saving, actually restart the pc and begin again with the last save. Since then it works fine for me. And I only miss two hours playing at the most.

That must have been really frustrating .... I haven't come across it....yet! A wicked part of me would have been laughing in glee each time she thought it was safe but then got burned ...... Im terrible aren't I!

i just lost my entire saves like i reinstalled the game. now i have to slowly remake the character... grr at least the starters are probably in the sim bin. what a scary glitch that was... i wish there was no more

I've just managed to do it...BUT..I had to meditate and zeneport three times to get to where I wanted to go!! Not happy with this glitch at all!!!
