For now, I'd like to focus my attention on creating for The Sims 2. Sims 3, I like some aspects of it, but for the most part, Sims 2 is much more prettier, and cleaner as far as graphics. My Sims 2 runs like a dream on this old machine, and I genuinely have more fun playing The Sims 2 than The Sims 3. So please don't be upset, I do plan on returning to The Sims 3 some day, but for now, I'm having way too much fun with 2 to stop.

I agree, and most people are saying they arent moving to sims 3 because of costs. This isnt an issue with me! I think the sims 2 look better. Yes sims 3 is offering things you wish you had in sims 2. But I am still waiting for the featured artists on TSR to make the sims 3 characters/models look good... So far, Eh, I dont like the look of them, they look cartoon.i.fied. At the moment I am having too much fun exploring the game (sims2). I have had it since it came out (but due to a slow computer) I never started playing till 2years later. I have some catching up to do!! I am waiting to see if they announce a Sims 4??? lol I think I shall skip sims3 if the no. 4 version is better...
