Difficulty accessing TSR
Has anyone else noticed that once you pay your subscription fees it gets harder to access TSR? All of a sudden there is no way to contact them or file a comlaint. Even though I have paid my subscriptions I have no access to help. You would think that a website as big as this would provide a user-friendly way for PAYING customers to find resolution to problems. I won't be renewing - but I can't even tell them that! The application freezes my computer and I have 2 g of RAM.
