Modern vs. Victorian

While I enjoy creating Victorian furnishings and objects, occasionally I want to create something modern or hi-tech. I can't imagine living in the Victorian era and being without my "toys" computers, cell phone, digital camera and cable TV :) Recently, I received a request for a modern washer and dryer and decided to create them. Also, real life is keeping me very busy and I only have time for small sets. In addition, I wanted to tryout a tutorial on cell animation. Washers and dryers are perfect objects to animate. So far, I have completed the mesh and 9 recolors. Here's a screenie of the washer/dryer...

There's nothing wrong with some modern. I rarely make a kitchen without one of your food processors in it.

On a similar note, is there anyway you might consider making a dishwasher for the Victorian kitchen collection? I am so pleased you made the trash compacter, but I still am lazy enough that I don't like to have even my sims wash dishes!

Anyway, keep up your fantastic work, as you have time for it. It's always nice to see something new from you.
