Updated Bohemian Black Set - Better or Worse?!!

Me again! Firstly, thanks very much to everyone who has left a comment on my new set - it's much appreciated! :D I've been doing quite a lot of revisions, taking on board the comments that you did make, and have extended it to include white versions of many of the objects. I've also changed the paintings so they stand out more and, I think, are more appropriate to the black & white theme, and added armchairs!! With regards to things like adding patterns to the furniture, etc - this IS my first attempt at doing anything like this and, if I'm honest, I think that is a bit above me at the moment :( - I'm just really pleased they all came out still looking like tables and sofas and chairs!! :P :D So anyway, here are 3 preview pics of the new, new version: So what do you reckon? An improvement or not? Not sure whether I should do previews of a separate 'black' room & a separate 'white' room instead of putting them all together as they do look a bit cramped - I just wanted to show everything I'd done! :P More comments please!!! Great job, I do like the black seating better than the white, but thats just my own personal taste, the pictures look great, on a whole it looks so much better with a bit of white, when you upload each set, like Shirley said, just let people know each set is designed to be mixed and matched with each other and people will love you for giving them so much more choice. Well done

Lookin good to me. $\:cool\:$ You could always upload a black set a white set and a gray set and let people mix & match the pieces together in whatever combo they like. $\;\)$ I like that crisp white vs. the bone white from Maxis, and of course the black appeals to my gothy side. $\:ph34r\:$ The more sets the more kudos and downloads(Q) $\:confused\:$ I think it may be a good thing I don't know how to recolor or mesh anything........I'd never got any building or story writing done. $\:D$ LOL I'm so glad you like #16. $\:wub\:$ I was thinking yellow as well......I just need to find a nice plain yellow I can use for the bedding. $\;\)$ Your veil of dreams in yellow will be a great addition. $\;\)$ Well I still have to have the chapterS where they get the bigger house (cliff-hangerdoozy).......remember Jenny is under the impression they wont be able to have any. $\;\)$ I hope you'll like #17......it's taking forever to build the hospital. $\:rolleyes$ : Only reason why Lumbar hasn't had more parts is........it's just so darn hard to control tho

The white set looks really good... The black looks good, but I might be able to help you touch it up a bit. Everything in it looks good in the black set, except you can't see the pleats in the drapes or the divide in the cushions. I will pm you here in a few, and see if we can touch that up a bit. $\:D$
