Clothing

Well, I have gotten in a rut with recoloring objects. I still love the recoloring, but was getting bored. I have been playing with body shop and will have some clothing recolors coming up.                                                                                        

Clothing is a lot more detailed and takes me a little longer, but hopefully when I get used to it I'll be able to get up to speed.

Sims 3

I'm bored with Sims 2, so am not going to do anything until Sims 3...have to move with the times, man.

Why is it & what if.

I know that I myself am somewhat guilty of it myself.  What is "it" you ask?  Well I've noticed over & over & over again that the numbers just don't seem fair.  When I look on any given item or set; I notice that there are loads of downloads, only a handfull of "thank you"s (the thank you button) and hardly any comments telling artists what people think of their work.  Well obviously a lot more people donwload than ever bother to click the "thank you" button OR leave a nice comment. 

So here is my question: What would happen if artists pulled any & all items they made but for which you did not bother to thank them or leave a comment about it?  I know I personally would loose quite a bit of things that I really do like.  For the most part these things would be single items (NO this does NOT make it "OK" for me or anybody to do) & also a lot of items from other web-sites.

OK not all sites make it that easy to figure out how to thank the person, and others are in a forieghn language.  But why is it this way for TSR where it is super easy to find how to thank the artists? I do not know how to make anything for the Sims in the way of custome content downloads, so if it were not for the wonderful talent of the Sims2 community we would be stuck with 100% MAXIS!  When was the last time you played with NOTHING in your game?

And one other thing that I think many downloaders forget about is that each and every one of the artists is a REAL person, whith a real life and feelings and a few kind words can make their day.  Seeing as they spend a lot of time and effort in making the custom content we all enjoy so much, I don't think that taking a few minutes to give our thanks and appreciation is too much to ask.  And since it takes them hours or days or more to make the custom content, I think less than 5 minutes to click the "thank you" button, and SAY something nice in the comments is NOT asking all that much.

Men's Everyday Clothing

Okay, the results are in...the most popular vote was for Everyday male outfits.  It seems there are not enough of these here at TSR or in the game!  So, in return I am going to attempt to make several groups of t-shirts and jeans for our males sims!  I hope you all like them!

omg! i think i'm sick again!

omg! this sux! i think it's because of the ear infection. I came home today, and i just felt sore and cold(it was a windy day), but i was soooo cold, i could feel a fever!!! being sick suxs...i was doing a-okay until that ear infection! well....nyquil again tonight. or whatever meds i need to take!!! aahhhh!

April Updates!

Here's a few updates for April. Just the robes for now, they're from the Kitchen & Bath Stuff Pack. You have to have the stuff pack for them to show up in your game. I'll probably end up with another update near the end of the month. I'm working on some residential lots and I have some more wall siding downloads to go along with them.

Also, I've updated my old wall files to include collection files. So if any of you guys like to keep your stuff organized with collection folders you can download those now.

I hope you all enjoy. Thank you all for downloading and commenting on my creations. I'm having trouble keeping up with the comments so I haven't been commenting back but I really do appreciate all the kind words and support!

New Wall and Floor Set Coming April 1st

Finally!

I made a decision! Miracles do happen, lol. So after working through 4 different ideas for doors, I have finally settled on idea #2... and part of idea #1.

See, I liked the double doors I made for idea #1.

The problem was it didn't translate to a single door well. That's what can make door sets a pain: what looks good as a double doesn't always look good as a single and visa versa. Thus my moving on to other ideas.

Idea #2 was the most obvious, with three squares of glass to match the style of the windows. So I refined my first try and I think came up with a good one.

So I should have a set out soon ;)

Also, still working on recolors for the Breezeway curtains as many people seem eager for those. So if anyone wants a particular color let me know. So far I have Blue, Cream and Gray/Silver on the list of colors, plus two new patterns.

And I need Picture's I already watch the movie like 5 times by now and I can't buid it just from the movie.

New sims

okay, just submitted Jessica biel, hopefully, i can get Wakana up. Next sim i'm trying to work on is Leighton Meester, then Liu Yi Fei.
