Compensation!

Since I've had to put my paintings on hold for now - hopefully I'll be able to upload them tomorrow - I've decided to submit a set of six neutral wall sidings as compensation - these match my 'Neutral Brick Walls' (as shown in my featured creations). Unfortunately the preview images did not turn out that well because I had to resize them, so they look rather stripey. They DO NOT look like this in game - they look so much better - so please don't be put off just because the previews appear a bit dodgy! Mad Cow

Regency Wedding Gown

I have been promising more Regency clothes, and finally overcame my laziness enough to recolour one of the "Nightlife" gowns to a passable resemblance of Marianne Dashwood's wedding dress (from "Sense and Sensibility", dir. Ang Lee, 1995). Hopefully, it should be approved and published before long (or even by the time you read this :) ).

The Witch is Back!!

remember me lol, well its been a pretty wild roller coaster in real life for last few months, ill health and two computer breakdowns have added to my frustrations, but hopefully i can now get back to creating more weird and wonderful things for all the fab people here at the sims resource. id like to thank all the wonderful people for the messages/emails im now able to read and will reply as soon as i can. Best wishes to you all, watch out theres a low flying, speed freak of a witch flying above your heads lol!!!

I know we learn something new ever time we play our games. I've been playing for quite a few years now. :) BIG thing 4 me......I eat, sleep & breath Sims pretty much 24/7. I love playing with ALL aspects of the game when ever possible; some more than others obviously. Each comment from me (or just about) will be another helpful hint/tip either that I've learned just by playing or by reading the strategy guides made by "Prima".......I HIGHLY recommend that even "seasoned players" purchase and read them.......you'll be amazed at what you'll learn. (click "comments" to see the comment a.k.a. tip. Also checking in on forums IS another good way of getting "tips of the trade" and learning from the "uh-oh's" of other players.:D

Catching Up!

Well here it is, 2008 and I have only just got Sims2!!!! So typical that I always seem to be behind everyone else by years. LOL I've had TS2 for about 2 weeks and it has been vastly different to TS1!!LOL

I decided to go ahead and create myself a mini-site now to keep track of my challenges and also to get used to posting things again, while I learn how to for TS2.

I'll be stalking the Forums, reading all the awesome tutorials on there to expand my knowledge and skills and hopefully will have some TS1 items revamped for TS2 very soon.

COUNTDOWN: About 145,000 Downloads to go!

I am nearing the 1,000,000 mark... I can't believe it!

Funny Looking Painting!

Ok - in my last entry I was talking about expanding my repertoire with some paintings. Unfortunately these have gone on hold because I couldn't get preview images I was happy with - the actual paintings, I think, have turned out well and I'm pleased with them, it's just the images that weren't doing them justice. I'm working on this (thanks to Atwa for the advice :D), and hope to have them uploaded in a few days. In the meantime, I've been working on some rugs (as you can see by the 'current project' picture) - busy little bee, me! . This is a set of 12 textured rugs in dark colours - makes a change from all my pastels! - I'm just waiting for them to be cleared. Mad Cow

Daniel Johns Sim

Thankyou to everyone who messaged me requesting I upload my Daniel Johns sim. I wasn't really happy with the finished product so didn't bother uploading him but due to the number of requests I have received, he is being released this week. It took many hours to create him and it is a pleasure to share him with you. :-)
