Soo HAPPY - I'm a SA
Did you noticed the little silver icon next to my creations, which appeared on Feb, 19th? What o you think now? Yes, you're right, i'm a SA right now and i'm really happy about it... soooo happy^^And i just wanted to say thank you to the people who made this possible, at first ulkrhsn and minzie for their help whenever i've questions, who don't care about how stupid my questions are :D
Secondly, i want to thank all the the people who write tutorials! Here at TSR and everywhere on the Internet! Without you i would not knowanything...
Last but not least thank you all who download my clothes, give me feedback or just nice words, which are a huge motivation to me :)
I wish you all the best,
tschib^^
Over the top happy! I'm a SA!
Hey guys! It's a real honour to be a SA. I am more than excited and happy... I log in like 10000 times a day to TSR, my favorite drug, and when I did today something was weird, then I saw all the warm comments and kind words in my GB. I realised: I'm a SA! Since I started to submit here I have always looked up on the SA's and FA's and could only dream to become one of them. I want to thank everyone for their support (especially Hiedi and Karie who were by my side from the start) and I can't wait to stand up to my SA title. I hope you'll enjoy my work from now on too!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
Contemporary Kilts
This set was made in response to a request for a bottom-only contemporary kilt with boots, such as those worn by Placebo's Brian Molko. Finding a suitable mesh was a bit tricky, but thank you Rachel for tracking down GavlasCK's Pyramid Head Sim mesh. Although it isn't the perfect shape for a kilt, I think it worked out pretty well in the end. Here is what I came up with.
There are four kilts: tartan, jungle camouflage, plain black wool and denim. They come with four base game compatible Maxis-based co-ordinating tops so you can mix and match. All items are available for adult and young adult males.
Update
Lots of things have changed since my last set was published. Not only did I finally upgrade my computer (motherboard, processor, RAM, and graphics card) so that it will finally stop crashing every five minutes when I'm not just surfing the net, but I also got a job two weeks ago. It's not the most glamerous job, and certainly not the kind of job I was looking for, but it will help us financially, and it gives me something to do. But it's really hard work. I'm so tired when I get home, so not much is getting done around the house, and nothing has gotten done on sets since I started. But, just before I started working, I started working on a new set. A nursery for the Pablo Collection. I'm hoping to get the meshes ready to upload in the next couple of days, but until then, here are a few MilkShape previews:

Well, seems like my schedule is fully packed, and with school ending next week, be sure to be on the look-out for the FIFTH PART of THE BLACK STATUE!
Well, that's all for now,
Alyosha.
Curved Staircase
I haven't released much lately, but I was working hard on a new set of stairs. These are one of the favourite results of the "Staircase" poll I did some time ago (see older blog entries), but it took me a lot of time to make them work and so they're ready now. They come in the same colours and style as the Winding Staircase and I'm working on matching fences/balustrades to complete the set. Hope you enjoy them.
Practicing on plants
I've been trying some more on plants, some that actualy really look like plants, and not something maybe suggesting one *lol* I think, after a few tries, that this one doesn't look to bad. It's only a bit high on polycount...
You know you are a sims addict when..........
I was simming with my best-friends Laurie & Karen; Laurie started falling asleep while on the phone simming with us, which is what got Karen & I talking about and laughing about our sims addiction. I'm sharing what KAREN & I came up with; plus she doesn't have a mini-site yet.YOU KNOW YOU'RE ADDICTED TO SIMS WHEN:
#1)You fall asleep at your computer playing sims.
#2)You see buildings in REAL life and think to yourself "hey I can make that!".
#3)You went out and bought a baby name book....not cuz you were expecting......you needed it to name your sims. ;)
#4)You talk about your sims as if they're "real" people.
#5) You like the sims' furnishings better than your own.
#6) If you've ever wished "if only I could motherlode my bills away".
#7) You talk for hrs on the phone and the whole topic of conversation is the sims.
#8) You construct houses for the sims while you dream.
#9) You wonder why your "real life" pets can't go to work and bring home a paycheck.
#10) You wish your pets were as easily trainable as sim pets.
#11) You say "my energy bar is in the orange or red" vs. "I'm tired".
Sneak Peek: No prior EPs required lot
Below is a low-graphics sneak peek of the Coca Beach vacation home I'm building. Other than Bon Voyage, no other EP's will be required. I just started landscaping and decorating, but I am nowhere near satisfied. I'll keep working at it! Once complete, I will test it before posting to TSR.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcomed. :)
Floor Tiles, maybe ceiling tiles?
I've made two ParkLane floor tiles, one to match the egg and rope detail and one plain, one cherry to coordinate with all my cherry bookcases and panels and one Oak tile. Ferret made a request for ceiling tiles, I've asked CycloneSue and she has agreed to give it a try. I'm very excited and will keep you posted on those.
