AL FRESCO Dinning Set Published

The Al Fresco Dining Mesh Set has now been published. It consists of outdoor canopy and railing, chimenea, dining tables, chairs, garden bench and barbecue. Also included is a climbing plant to make your canopy look at home in your garden. A recolour set will be published this coming Saturday 8th September with the superset of all Naturals and Al Fresco objects to follow on Wednesday 12th.

Starting off again

I am just dipping my toes in the customisation pool again after quite a while away. I thought I would start off by creating some Casual tops for our Male Simmies. Sorry they are not all that detailed but I will get back into the swing of things soon. I have some lovely toddler girl clothing to come soon.

August - NEW

August was a month of French Homes with home businesses.

First we had a French Bistro.

July - NEW

July saw the full furnishing of the Tall Dutch House.

Most items in the house are my recolors, and you can download them too. If you decide to just download the house and not the recolors, it will revert back to the Maxis originals so your game doesn't crash.

Stuart Legacy

New Update.

Last weekend, I have spend much time updating the telling of my Legacy. Chapter 1 is over and Chapter 2 has begun. Many correspondances and many picces were added. Go have a look and sign my guestbook ;)

Shape Up In Style

This is my first attempt at creating sportswear and I based the outfits on the kind of thing I wear myself when I workout. Each outfit comprises a muscle top, cycling shorts, training shoes and matching baseball cap. There are four stylish colour combinations to choose from and each outfit can be worn by elder, adult, young adult and teen females.



The baseball caps caused me some problems. I don't actually play the game much, so it wasn't until I went to take preview shots that I discovered to my dismay that when a Sim changes from everyday clothes to sportswear any hat he/she is wearing disappears and is replaced by an alternate hairstyle! I have been told that this is only a problem if you don't have Seasons installed, which I don't. Fortunately, our newest Featured Artist, BeOSBoxBoy, came to my rescue and told me how to make hats show up with all kinds of outfits - so a big thank you to him!

Aegle Modern Starter

After fooling around with recolours and wallpapers, I figured it was time to make another lot with Maxis content only. It was really fun to build this one, I hope you enjoy it!

My First Recolor... WHY PINK?

I just made my very first recolor! YAY! Im so excited about it! Here is a preview... btw, before you start asking as to WHY PINK... don't ask me why... it sort of just went into my crazy head! LOL!

High Life Dining Room Recolor Sets

Today, I have submitted the Dark Wood/Purple recolor set of the High Life Dining Room Set. I hope to submit the Green/Slate recolor set later today, and hopefully the last of these sets, the Tan/Rose Recolor set by the end of the week.

Also, I will try to continue updating my older creations when I can.

Comfy Dining Chairs

Ever since turning my "Lap of Luxury" and "Luxuriare" armchairs into dining chairs, I've been meaning to tackle a project of converting Maxis armchairs to dining chairs as well. Finally got a start on it today by converting nine base game armchairs into dining chairs. I'll likely convert some of the assorted armchairs from expansions also, eventually, but right now I'm starting to feel burnt out on manipulating meshes someone else had made, and feeling the yen to work on some of my own creations again.

By the way - to anyone who loves Maxis-Match items, I highly recommend you also look at the work of Ailias on ModTheSims2, he's done a number of Maxis-match items also, including a completer set for the Durable Value Sofa, which is one I know I've received more then a few requests to tackle in the past.
