I just came across a wonderful book full of houseplans and home designs... And I would like to tell you all that once I get the time, I will try to do as many of the wonderful homes in that book!

... and of course, I will finish my story... hehe...

Wizengamot Wallpaper Set

More walls ... these are all new walls and I have not used them in any of the Bannoch Village lots. I just thought maybe a few of you would like this set just to be able to have a larger selection for your decorating needs other than the wallcoverings I use in the cottages. Talk about a l-o-n-g sentence there. Well, here are the walls . . . Gjeez! . . . long sentences and giant pictures ... what is wrong with me tonight, lol!

Wow! I'm a select artist?

I just wan't to say THANKYOU to the TSR crew for making me a select artist. It is a very big honour and I never thought I would be so greatly appreciated. Also, Thankyou to everyone who has downloaded my Sims stuff... especially those who take the time to leave me comments etc. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it. :-)

Spiral Stairs

Yes, I'm making some, with a huge thanks to Spaik who showed me how to butcher stairs completely, and to Echo who has made a super tutorial on jiggling those green placement boxes about. Here are a couple of piccies of designs - with and without rails. They only occupy two tiles on each floor, but unfortunately, NO ANIMATIONS! Your Sims will just teleport up and down them. If anyone thinks they can animate Sims and would like to further MY popularity offer some assistance, you will be welcomed with great glee (and shackled permanently to my desk).

Bannoch Village: The Jolly Brooms Pub

Yes, it is true! This is my very first community lot! Be kind now .... it is a bit different than building a residential lot ... and I am learning as I go. I thought I would start with a 'pub' because what is a village without a 'pub'(?)! A special thanks to cat3cm (here at TSR) for creating such a great 'saloon bar mirror' .... I already had the lot finished ... but I spotted her mirror and knew I had to have it in The Jolly Brooms ... it is so perfect. I did have to recolor it to match all the old wood in the pub ... and I hope the recolor does justice to her wonderful mesh. You might want to check out her other items in her Western Saloon Set (http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/cat3cm/downloads/sims2/search_saloon) ... wonderful things ... and take a look at her lamps in the set ... nice, very nice! More community lots will be coming .... I hope I get better at them, lol! The Jolly Brooms Pub . . .

Harry Potter

Well, it looks like most people want candles, so that is good as I have TONS to upload. Nine sets as I have mentioned. Set number IV will be up this weekend.

I finished Harry Potter Sunday night. JK Rowling did a beautiful job with it, so I am happy. I spent a lot of time shouting at my book, laughing out loud and crying hysterically. But I am also sad at the ending of the series. It might sound stupid, but Harry has been a big part of my life for the past several years. I will miss him, Ron and Hermione.

I suppose me writing this is cue for a whole series of rude and vile comments now. Well, I expect I shall giggle heartily at those too (in that 'blind fury' sort of way).

Harry Potter book 7

I got homelast night about 8pm and found my copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows. I had today off from work being I was not sure the return time of my Anniversary weekend trip. Well I read all day and finished it. If anyone has finished reading I'd love to talk about it. It's so sad that the series is done and I feel like an old friend has moved away.
