OMG!

Have you guys seen the new Submission System? It's awesome! Especially if your like me and mostly upload sets. This version allows you to upload up zip and makes individual items from the zip. No more uploading one file at a time. I love it! Now if only it wouldn't add the batch name to each item it would be perfect. I've already got the files named just how I want them so then I have to go edit them all. Kinda a pain in the butt but minor compared to before =) I got so excited I uploaded 3 sets: Mission Bar Stools in Colour Pack I & II and the Pastel Pack. And who knows? Maybe there will be more....=)

Hey Long Time!

I know, it's been a long time.
I've been having some major computer issue which now seem to be solved. I did a major upgrade but my new motherboard was DOA and I had to wait to for the new one to come in. Then I was an idiot and couldn't figure out to run a SATA and a ATA hard drive at the same time. Got that figured out now and everything seems to be running smoothly. I just need to move all my files back to my hard drive and then I can upload once more.
I'm sorry I haven't answered your comments or PMs in a while but I'm gonna get on that very soon too.

Vacation!

Seeing as how my husband and I haven't had a vacation in over 3 years, I say, "Waahoo, about time!" It's not a fancy vacation by any means, but I am so looking forward to some time away from my everyday life. (Mind you, my everyday life is pretty cherry.) We will be going camping for a week in northern lower Michigan. I am really excited! In the interim, there will be creations published, so that all of the Studio K addicts will still be able to get their fix.

Upcoming Sets

My next two sets will be sequel sets to my Loft Entrance Set I created a loooong time ago. The Loft Entrance Set 2 will contain three new meshes, and the Loft Entrance Set 3 will contain recolors of each of these meshes.

Also, I will begin work soon on the Groovy Stuff Set 2.

Comin' Home and Clean Up!

'Allo!

Well, I am currently posting this blog in Alabama, so I'm about 3-4 states away from my real home of Iowa. :P I'm getting *loads* of inspiration for both creating and meshing while on vacation and cannot wait to get back and start creatin' again! :D

I'm getting on a plane tomorrow about 11:07 AM and will be back in Iowa around 3:30 PM. So, long day of traveling but I **love** flying so it should be fun. ^_^ From there, it's about a 2-hour drive from the airport to my hometown so then I have to do MORE traveling. (I prefer flying over driving :)

I'd like to thank you ALL for downloading all of my submissions while I've been away. It really means a lot that ya' don't forget about me, even though I'm not really uploading at the moment. But don't worry! I plan on uploading quite a bit when I get home. Although it might take a while since I only have the base game installed at the moment, I'll get the stuff uploaded. And with the new beta submissions system, it should be a breeze!!!~~~

Now, onto the minisite cleanup. Upon arrival at home, I will be cleaning it up! I'll be going through all 200+ submissions and editing them manually. Adding descriptions, editing descriptions, and adding much more stuff that has been added to submissions since I put them on the site in the first place. :P

Well, I'm going to bed since I have to get up around 5:30 AM in the morning, so I'll probably post yet another blog tomorrow when I get completely home to my base computer.

Lots of lots!

I've just used the new beta submissions system to upload a great big pile of lots that I'd built but hadn't got round to doing anything with yet.
I'm now going through the list and sorting them out one by one so expect a lot of lots from me very shortly.
There's a real mix from starters through to some larger and more elaborate homes.

Most are fully decorated and furnished and all contain Maxis only content. I've also been using Numenor's Base Game Starter program to make some lots which only require the base game or expansions up to Nightlife.

Children Clothing!!

I made everyday clothing for children!! I think they came up pretty good :) Here they are:

Marigold

Another set of stylish swimwear for adults and young adults, this time a sexy one-piece halter neck swimsuit with contrast textured floral print cups. Comes in six gorgeous colour combinations.



The swimsuits use a standard Maxis mesh and are base game compatible, requiring neither expansion packs nor custom meshes.

Coastal Lots - a tutorial

The next FA theme will be a Maritime one, and so I thought it would be useful for everyone if I could post a short tutorial on creating your own Coastal or Seaside Lots. The point about them, as you can see from my recent entries, is that we can in effect remove the back boundary of the lot and allow the neighborhood sea to flood into the lot. Stuart Legacy update

I've added some to the site. You can now download my heir, Anne Stuart and I started to post screenies. I haven't written the next chapter, but you can already see the piccies I took for it. More to come this weekend ;)
