I only let it run for a couple of days, but it served it's purpose. I edited my avatar. That one was a close one. Per Paleoanth's suggestion, I resized it and got rid of the black behind it. I'm sticking with the current banner. I tried one thing suggested, but it didn't work out. And orange it is!

My new PC is not dead, after all. At first, I was going to concoct these elaborate tales of how the motherboard was miraculously reclaimed from the frazzled, no-hope state of 'dead'; indeed, I was even going to name it Lazarus! But in case Allan of a very wonderful computer shop about two miles from my butt is reading, I will be honest. It was, erm, an unplugged cable on the motherboard...

Oh, SHUT UP and quit the laughing!!!

Hi everyone!

Yep, I've been a little silent lately because I've actually been *gasp* PLAYING The Sims! :D I swear I just went in to test out my April Street lot... but then I started growing stuff in the garden, and got a few promotions, and then added a second level to the house, and...well... the rest is history! :)

I promise I'll get back to building starter homes soon!

Nya Nya!

Yes, I have a mini site. I was buying all these little things for my site, paying money, and it hit me that I could get it all by buying the whole thing. Now I need to start making more stuff again. I've been gone for awhile.

My bookmarks

I just had an idea hit me. A lot of times when I am posting in someone's guestbook, to thank them for their comment, I see who else has thanked them for the same thing. Then I go look at that poster's creations. I find some good stuff that way. So, the idea hit me that a list of favorite creators with links to their pages or a way to publically share our bookmarks might be a nice way to find unknown but good creators. Or maybe it would be a horrible idea and turn into a popularity contest. At any rate, here is who I currently have bookmarked:

Earlier Lots... OPINIONS NEEDED!

Ok... some of you might be thinking, "What?! A SA? No way! Look at his EARLIER LOTS! I mean, REALLY!?"

Well, I would have liked to delete those first few lots I first submitted, but I will prefer to keep them (update them, maybe).

Well, i respect your opinions, but for me, those lots have a meaning for me... it shows how far I have gone, how much I have improved as a creator and artist, and inspires me to improve more...
