...of the new door collection I'm working on. Obviously these are just renders from my 3D software, but I estimate that I'll finish modeling everything within the next next two days with texturing and in-game testing taking no more than 1-3 weeks (hopefully no longer than that!) Let me know what you think =]

My new minisite!

I've finally got it! Thanks to the wonderful creators in the Texture Challenge and the wonderful downloaders at TSR.

Many thanks go to Paleoanth who has allowed me to butcher her wonderful meshes and who has stopped by to hand out Kudos faithfully. Without her, I would likely still be making walls and floors. I never would've been searching for an answer to some random question about recoloring and happened onto the Texture Challenge thread. Thank you!

And the TC participants...what can I say about them? Except to say that they are an absolutely fantastic group of creators! They are a bottomless pit of information and support. Never have they failed to answer any question I've had.

My minisite is pretty boring as of yet. I don't even have my Downloads tab, yet. But I'm working on getting it going.

With my new minisite, I've uploaded a new avatar as well. I remember watching that episode of Winnie the Pooh when I was a kid. :D

New set coming soon!

A new build collection is coming up soon. I'm currently working on it, and I hope to be done with modeling and testing it in the next 2-3 weeks.


The Big Project is on the shelf for now, which is good, because if I were to work on it non-stop, I'd just get bored and tired of it. And bored+tired=sloppy work. And I really want it to be the best quality possible.

Vacation

I am going to Las Vegas! Fortunately, I don't enjoy gambling, but I am addicted to shopping, lol! I will be visiting friends, family and attending a wedding while in Las Vegas. Happy Simming, and I will be back on June 24th!

I'm back!

You may have noticed that I haven't been around for a while. I took a break from The Sims during the weeks surrounding my wedding. It was a beautiful wedding. The sun shone and we had a wonderful day. I'm back from my honeymoon now and ready to submit my first set as Mrs. Bunny! As summer is approaching, and in honour of the next expansion pack, Bon Voyage, I decided a set of brightly coloured swimwear was in order. I've called the set Barbados and it's for adults and young adults.



The set comprises 5 stylish bikinis ideal for a summer vacation. Each has an unusual twist bandeau top with firm, padded cups to ensure a flattering, shapely fit. The trendy hipster pants have a belted waistband with a striking striped sash with off centre tie detail. The bikinis use a standard Maxis mesh and are base game compatible so there is no need for any expansion packs or to go searching for a mesh to download.

Sintesi Right Bookcase Updated

Sorry, Sorry, Sorryyyyyyyyy!
While making the recolours for the Sintesi Living room, I discovered that I messed up the right corner bookcase, which wasn't recolourable.
I've fixed it and uploaded the new file (13th June, 19.30 Italy time). You can download it again now.

I will also submit the pink and blue recolours tomorrow, so they will be available in a couple of days.

Just to confuse you...

I've changed the preview pics for Little Venice - The Corner Villa; I wanted them to be stronger and clearer at a glance (when they're thumbnail size). Thought I'd mention it 'cos I didn't want anyone to think they'd missed a new lot ;-)

I know, I'm nice like that :-D



I've stuck an "Under Construction" pic of the next lot up, too, as a sneak preview.

Here is why it is taking me too long...

School has since started a week ago, and even before that, I have been busy (see, I am graduating this year...). I can only spend a few hours (or minutes) in the computer due to the terribly huge amount of projects I will have to do... so, to clarify things, I HAVE NOT GIVEN UP on the story! I am just in need of extra time! I am the sort of person who finishes what he has started, so I can only request patience from all of you!

And here is something you all can ponder about...

A CHARACTER WILL DIE IN THE FIFTH PART...

so, think about it...

Just to let all of you know that I haven't deserted you...

hehee....

So far, looking at the votes, a majority of people want another modern-style housing series... but then again, that could still be changed! But just to be sure, I have some ideas already for a new modern housing series, and the sixth one in my current modern series is going to be published maybe by next week... but I am not making any promises!

P.S. As of now, I am still recovering from the shock of being promoted to an SA... so if any of you there know some cure against this shock... let me know! hehehe....
