Fixed Sintesi Mirror and more...

Making the latest (maybe the last) recolour of my Sintesi Bedroom, I noticed that the mirror had a shadow which was too big and evident when playing with the walls always up.
Nobody reported to me, so I think that little people play with walls always visible; but I didn't like it and decided to update it. I've also finished and submitted the black and white recolour, which has a shiny finish, that will hopefully give it a look of laquered wood. This is the best I could do with it, since the game has some restraints on reflective materials. Let me know if you like it.

Newest Project

Hey all, just wanted to give you a small preview of my newest projects...The first is by request and is a daycare center! It features a pool, roller rink and ice rink and the inside is perfectly match. There are play rooms, sleeping rooms and a nursery upstairs.

Also I starting on a new emergency services lot collection, complete with Police Station, Fire Station and Hospital!

New House

I have just created a new house in my series based on actual floor plans. Its a 4 bed 3 bath Victorian....It should be posting soon.

And now for something a little artsy...

I admit to not having seen this sort of thing in Europe so far but for about the last 10 years or so in Canada, giant life-size chess boards have become quite popular attractions in public areas such as parks, shopping centres and museums. The idea struck me as something rather fun and quirky to add to the Sims game so now your Sims too can enjoy strategising with giant chess pieces (except, of course, that these pieces are only decorative statues). :P

This set also earmarks some new personal achievements for myself, I'm proud to say. Not only is this my first multi-mesh set (whoot!) but I finally succeeded in creating functioning master/slave files. I've also included two collection file packages - one for residential and one for community - so that you can easily find all the pieces. Expect this set to publish this coming Thurs., May 10'07.

Oh, and if you're wondering about the floor tiles I used to create the board, they are all Maxis floors - I believe they may have come with GLS but don't take my word on that; I'm sure you all have at least one black and white marble-type flooring you could use instead. ;)

What's going on?

Hadn't said much lately since I've been busy with school (finally the semester's coming to an end), but I been trying to keep up with my hair colors and submitting them for you all. I'm glad that you like them and I can't say enough how much I appreciate your feed back.

I have another set of sunair hair colors coming soon, this time I added a new shade of blonde for you, a lighter shade. It's a gorgeous style that long with animation and sunair did an excellent job with the mesh as always. I hope you all love the recolors I did for it as well.

This summer I want to start creating more, maybe furniture recolors. Of course, this doesn't mean I'm going to stop with my hair colors. I love doing those! I just want to try something new. I've tried creating clothing and....well let's just say it's not my thing (lol). I'll leave that to all of the wonderful talent we already have here at tsr. I definitely want to get back into creating lots. They're take alot longer to do than my hair recolors because I try not to rush them.

Community Project

We bring this set to you today, not just as a pack of custom content but as much more.
This community started back in the sims 1 days. With people coming together, learning together and then
spreading their wings into their own endeavors but still keeping the close friendships they forged.
Lately there has been alot of drama, theft and hatred circulating in this community with others trying to deem certain creators as better than others or trying to control what individual creators do with their own time and effort and art work. This is not how this community was meant to be. We all have the same goal- to create beautiful things, learn new things, and share with people who enjoy the same game we all do. It's time that we realized that it doesn't matter how web sites are run, or what people chose to do with their own content. This community should always be about friendship.

Each of us run our own sites or participate in web sites, all of which have different policies and rules and ways of operating. However underneath all of that we are FRIENDS. And that above all is what truly matters. We do not concern ourselves with judging eachother, only enjoying eachother as unique people, with a common interest.
We bring you this set to show you that out of the dark times, beautiful things can happen when we drop our own opinions, and let go of the drama and control, and truly appreciate eachother as individual creators who enjoy making content for the community. We hope that this will allow some people to really come back to the main goal of the community and back to making new friends, treasuring old and enjoying what the community has to offer instead of hurting people over opinions.

Work Work Work

Just so everyone knows. . .I just took on a part time job so with running a business now this, I have very little time to create. Not to worry though whenever I get time then I will whip up something. lol My uploads are going to slow down though for awhile but hopefully I can get my schedule straightened out and get back on track. Thanks for being so patient.
