Bryant Bedroom

Hi everyone :)

I know it's been a while - 'tis the curse of school :( At any rate, though, I'm on winter holidays for the next weeks so I'm getting back to creating for a while. At the moment I'm working on a new bedroom (pictured below) and I may or may not work on some Christmas themed items, depending how long I work on this current set for and if I have time afterwards.

I always loved to create stuff like purses but I was never lucky in finding textures and i didnt know how to create custom thumbnails..But now I do :D and I have great texture to work on ;)
 Yet i'll clean up my pc this saturday completely to give it back to seller...I'll try to submit several sets before i'll start thought

Hero's

I like sims...I dont love it... I'm old school I suppose if its not doom its not really a game but then again The Sims are one of the few games that dont suck after the first one... I play Doom or Quake or UT or Counter Strike anymore even COD sucks... so I find myself here playing The Sims 3 and wondering Why my Hero's are not here? "Go play DCU online if you want that but You cant control the heros?

So My first set of mods ever fo this game will be Batman Themed starting with the clothing... then cause I'm lazy love my two year old son and have a ton of things to do before Christmas I'll download what looks like it could belong to the Wayne Manor....

I got the Hidden bookselfs love it and now I need a batmobile that works with The Sims 3  and Ambitions cause the one I got needs Wold Adventures... damn... I got tons of pictures of the batman body armor and I downloaded a maniquin as decor now I need to star reading hate that...

I got a firemens pole cool classic TV series batman and ill use stairs as the comic has stairs... the basement will be two levels and I'll atempt to have all the bat merchendise the massive montior and multi monitor PC's and i'll atempt to have a few suits and a mask as well as a Robin outfit there the big question on my mind is how do I make the Big coin... more reading i suppose

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE Dream

Arrgh.  I'm just awake, the coffee's perking, and seeing the bugs clinging to the window screens is reminding me of the dream I had last night.  I can't believe I didn't wake up freaking out ... ugh.

What is this dream, you ask?  Well, we were living in a house, and the house had some sort of infestation issue, and we called an exterminator, who recommended a natural solution--a two-foot tall spider.  Basically, we were to let the spider have the roam of the house, and it would consume the other pests.  Bear in mind that this was not any sort of electronic or robotic spider.  It was a fully organic, live, HUGE spider.  So I'd be reading in bed, or typing in the office, and see a shadow come stalking by ... just UGH!

Now, of course IRL no one would stand for such a scenario.  But this was a dream, and we were fully used to living with the spider and cleaning up its victims and whatnot, until my mother came by for a visit and took us out for lunch.  When we came home, we found the spider locked in mortal combat with a giant slug.  The spider was losing.  We fled the house.

So ... yeah.  When my future kids come to me and tell me they want a tarantula as a pet, I'll be pointing them straight to this blog.

Ugh.

Thanks everyone for all your amazing messages, comments and for downloading my creations!  I have alot of Paintings stashed in my vault for this month that I think your gonna love!  I am starting my vacation a few days after Christmas and I am determined to learn something new -- either patterns or clothing I think!  I just hope that I can figure it all out!  If anyone is near West Palm Beach and wants to give me meshing lessons please message me -- LOL!!  If I can figure it all out I have so many ideas for creations so wish me luck!!

Sick of Winter

Ugh! I'm sick of winter already and it's only December. Only 3-5 more months of it. Actually, I'm just tired of having a Winter Weather Advisory, Winter Weather Warning, Wind Chill Warning, etc every other day. Winter started here Dec. 1 with our first "real" snowfall and we haven't seen the pavement since. Yep, another dumping tonight. I'm just all a flutter. (eyeroll) I don't like the ice, the slop, the piles and piles and piles and piles of white stuff.

Phew! I think I got it out of my system. Can ya tell I work in marketing? I hate marketing. It's just a bunch a lies piled on top of lies with visual aides. Don't believe a nugget of it. I do the visual aide part, not the lying. If that makes you feel better. I do have morals ya know. LOL

OK, so maybe you're wondering what I'm up to with sims. Or, perhaps you want something new for your sims. Well, work has been nuts. I've been working overtime and been in a bad mood for months and the holidays aren't making it any better. But I have started a new lot for Bridgeport and I've placed a clean copy of my Ayesleigh lot in a new hood to make it over. I promised a makeover of it ages ago. I might get to it someday. It'll be better than before so it will be worth having if you like the original.

I did something for the first time the other night. I woohoo'd in a sarcophagus! Well, I didn't woohoo. My sims did. It never occurred to me that sims could woohoo in... that. I don't usually take couples into tombs either so the option was never there. So just because I can and the option was there and I'll likely never do a duo tomb again, I had my sims check it out. Talk about morbid. That's just... wrong. So very wrong. Ahem, anyway, the couple I took were in Egypt. The girl had the want and they both have the get married want so I figured it was time to propose first. They're getting ahead of me. Darn sims. I rarely go to Egypt so off they went and after he got done proposing in the Market they went for a dip in the Market's fountain, in the buff. Honestly people, there were sims shopping and gawking. I suppose being proposed to is a good enough reason to strip down and do something stupid, but really, in the fountain? I know it's hot, but... is that really necessary? I'm such a prude. Of course I have pictures of all this but don't have them posted. I'm so bad about sharing.

So... anyway... maybe I'll get a snow day from work tomorrow (I work at a college. It's a nice perk.) and make some progress on lots, but... Mother Nature hasn't favored me yet this season so I won't hold my breath. Hope you enjoyed my story and I'm sure I'll be back with more.

Patterns;

Okay so today I have downloaded a program, where I can create TS3 patterns!

I am pretty excited about it, I have up loaded a lot so far and its only been 45 minutes!

Some updates

The thing that gets me annoyed lately is my PC

you may see by yoursef how badly it behaves sometimes:

but glitches like that are rare,mostly it freezes by itself,not programs it is running and if like a week ago it was getting normal like in 3 minutes,now it takes up to 10 minutes and more and more frequently i simply have to reboot it and get 4 BIOS beeps (damaged or uncorrectly installed RAM-operative memory)

Anyway,some more sets coming up and i'm working on my site..Otherwise i would already post new stuff,you know me ;) I love to post stuff ASAP :D *crossed fingers of giving back pc this sunday*
