Hola there friends!

I am a keen simmer, and have been since the first ever Sims games came out. I now play sims 3 almost all the time, and sometimes sims 2 as well. I love getting CC for my games, and have most of the EPs and SPs, excluding Town life and Pets.

I love reading all of the amazing stories on here, so keep up the good work you guys (: 

I like making houses, and will be making some for download very soon, so look out for those. (Hopefully I can figure out how to get them on here)

Planning a Legacy

I will be doing my own version of a family legacy challenge soon, with screenshots and a plotline so that I can share what should become an epic family story with everyone here.  So far, I have created my founder, a young adult named Tony Reid, and have moved him into 15 Summer Hill Court.  I won't give too much else away because that's what the story album will be for =).

I will be following basic legacy rules, but I will not be keeping track of points.  All traits and wants of Sims born into the family will hereafter be randomized as much as possible.  I will try to fulfill as many LTWs as possible.  I will take the 'portraiting' aspect of the challenge into account and try to have portraits of everyone in the bloodline, including all children of an heir, whether they be an heir themselves or a just a spare (haha that rhymed =P).  Obviously, I will be using no cheats of any kind.  My main guideline is simply to conduct the lives of the Reid family as "normally" as possible; as in, no weird tricky loopholes to earn more money, making decisions as realistic as possible, and avoiding items with special effects, except for aspiration rewards.

Hopefully I'll have my legacy up and running soon (although my brother continues to hog the computer for his FPS games..grr lol)!

A little place to feel safe...

This is going to be a spot for me to post my thoughts and ramblings since I am afraid of the forums :) I've posted 4 times in I think 3 different forums and gotten edit each time for breaking a rule. Now, I could go and read all the forum rules for each forum, and I might someday, but for now this will do.

Tuesday Ramblings

Not like anyone reads this, but I'm sore after my workout today 8*(  I've been researching a lot more into WA lately........I reaaaaaally want to get it.   My boyfriend was such a big sweetie the other day and bought me the High End Loft Stuff expansion but both times I've tried to install it, it hasn't worked.  Granted, I could have done more troubleshooting than I did, but I don't always have internet access unless I'm at work and since it's summer, I'm not always willing to stay behind after everyone else has left just to update my EADM.  Alas.......if I do get WA, I hope it isn't a hassle to install! *Fingers crossed*

Houses

Well. I've done another two houses and shall be submitting them later on today. Both are small, one is a starter home and the other more luxurious, unless you get it without furniture.

No Serb Flag =(

So you know how in the top right corner of your profile, it shows a flag for where you're from? Yea, I don't have that. All I get is "I am from SERBIA" This is an outrage! This is blatant discrimation against all Serbs, and I will take TSR to court unless my demands are met!*

Not really, but I am bummed out that Serbia doesn't have it's own flag. I guess I could put Bosnia or Croatia, but it's not quite the same. It's sort of like the equivilant of a German having to put down their nationality as Austrian. Could it work? Yea, sorta. Is it the same? Not quite.

O well, off to sue TSR.* :wink:

First Entry!

It's been over a year since I lasted played the Sims 3, and I'm just realizing how much I've missed it!  It's tough when the younger brother thinks he owns the family's gaming-friendly computer and spends every free moment planted firmly in front of it!  I used to have a legacy family, but I couldn't pick it up again, it had been too long, and I felt way too disconnected with the story and characters.  Maybe I'll start a new one soon.  It's summertime, after all.  I'm supposed to have free time..right!  And maybe I'll try another challenge.  For now, I'm just playing around and getting used to things again.  Fun times!  I'm looking forward to making new stories to share =).
