House of Character Thanks

I would like to say 'thank you' to those 13 people who thanked me for creating my Sims 2 'House of Character'.  Not many say thanks after they have downloaded and I really do appreciate it the gratitude shown for the work submitted :D  Thank you too for hitting the thanks button :D

Paintings single files or one file?

If you like and download my paintings for TS3 or even if you dont, could you take a look at my poll. I am asking the question :- Do you prefer your set of paintings as seperate files? Or one single file with all the paintings? Please take part remember you earn Kudos..lol

First Sims 3 Lot

It's official. I'm back. My first Sims 3 lot is due out tomorrow. Woot! I had a ton of fun putting it together and it's obvious that building in Sims 3 is way more addictive than Sims 2. Heh, I thought the same thing going from Sims 1 to Sims 2.

I'm already working on my second lot. It's an extension of Amethyne. Amethyne is based very closely on the floorplan I found, and I matched the exterior look to the image that accompanied the floorplan. The next one has some additions of my own that I thought would make it an even better lot. All the color schemes have/will change. Aside from a new external color and decor it may seem like the same lot, but believe me, it's not. The floorplan is altered and I added a basement. A whole new lot in the same shell. I often do this when I build. The first version will match the floorplan and then I'll do another version with my own tweaks. I always see potential and never cease to see ways to make something better. Why stop with the ordinary?

One last thing, Happy Father's Day to any Dads out there. And if you have a sim of your Dad, treat him nice.

Lot Re-Upload

As everyone knows already, a doll has been causing quite a commotion with downloads lately and after checking my game a few days ago it was clean, then suddenly this doll appeared on 6 of my lot uploads.  So tonight I went through and found the doll deleted it and all files associated with it and checked them with my Sims3PackCleaner and all are clean again. So I have re-uploaded all 6 lots and they are pending approval once again.

Laundry Paintings - As requested!

With the addition of laundry duties for your sims in Ambitions, I received a request and a link from keedyboo18 to make some laundry paintings, so here they are:

Unfortunately they were all different sizes, so I've had to use two different frame versions.  I just need to test them out in-game, but I don't foresee any problems with that (other than my game now taking ages to load due to all the 'goodies' I've recently installed - that's what happens when I buy a subscription day!).

Anyway, enough waffle - I hope you like them, and if anyone else (or even keedyboo again) has any ideas or wishes for certain paintings, just leave me a message - I only bite when I'm starving!

Deleted Homes.

Sorry, but I had to delete my houses because of some stupid doll that attached itself to my uploads. I dont know how because I definitley didnt download that stupid doll to begin with. Its upsetting, but I can always upload them later on in the future. Happy Simming!

Coming Back Soon!

I had a lot of problems with my PC, but soon i will come with a new set and some surprises!

Now, I'm using ubuntu because i need it for some works. The next week i'll make a new partition, and I'll begin to work on the Sims 3.

Back With More Goodies!

Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who supported me in my previous blog over the reporting issues - it's greatly appreciated!  I'm presuming that since I've had my submissions accepted and published since then (and I haven't changed anything in the process), that I'm not officially considered to be doing anything wrong and it was just a case of sour grapes on the part of the reportee.

Anyway, I just want to put it all behind me and carry on doing what I enjoy - making paintings to (hopefully) brighten up your sims' homes - so here are a few previews of some sets I've been working on.
