Corrections

After the last update that the game has had, for the new EP of Dogs and Cats, some of my objects presented a small problem of transparencies, they are already solved, then I leave a list with their links in case someone wants to return to download them

Weird shadows after Pets patch

Hello!

Since Pets ep arrived many issues started to happen with cc. Seatings and beds disappearing were the first. Now, all of these files have been fixed . But still, there's a problem which is both weird and random.

Some machines are seeing a weird shadow on several objects, mostly when they are on the wall. We fixed all of our TSR files and they must have their shadows fixed at this point. But as we said it is random... some machines shows still the weird shadows and others don't. So far, all tests were made on game's ultra but seems this changes from machine to machine. Asked some friends to test and they see no problem on fixed files. However, one of our tests machine is seeing the ugly shadows. But this same machine has a sims4 incompatible graphics card so, maybe this is the reason.

Still under tests, we will be updating this blog if any other new discover regarding the weird shadow from pets patch occurs.

New here, used to play

Hey everyone, I'm new here. I used to play Sims wayyyyyy back in the day with Sims 1 and 2. Life got too busy for me after I started my own moving company, Madison Movers, and started a family. Now that my lifes settled down a bit I have time to rediscover The Sims, which I LOVED to play back in the day. Looks like its come a long way from then. Glad to be here, looks like a fun community!

Sets up to Freya Bedroom Updated

Hi all, 

All sets up to the Freya Bedroom set have now been fixed and updated. 

Anything older still awaits correcting.. will let you know once more has been fixed.

I'm Back Simmers!!!

Well, well, well, look who's back... It's ME. He he he. So a lot has happened since 2013, that's right, 2013. I had 2 more children (girls this time), so that brings my total up to 4 children. I have gotten older and maybe just a little wiser, the jury is still out on that one. I finished my degree but didn't end up doing a psychology degree like I wanted. However, I am looking into becoming a marriage celebrant. That way, I can work my own hours and own my own business.

There have been a lot of ups and downs. I have depression. I wouldn't say that I suffer with it but more like I, have learned to live with it. There are good days, weeks and even months and the same goes for opposite. What gets me through you may ask? Well, I know that my downs wont last forever and that there will be the day where I will be okay, plus I have my family and loving partner that helps me get through the tough times. Plus, cos I am nerd, I have my gaming which really helps to mellow me out. 

So, to get to the short and curly of it, I am okay, I am alive and I an back.

Working on Updating sets

Hi all, 

Just wanted to let you all know i am fixing ALL my sets since pets, as there are weird shadows on my meshes eversince, and a lot of items seem to be (semi) transparent since the last patch/ EP. 

The 20 most recent sets i have already updated, so they should work as they are supposed to. Anything older than the Fake Garage Doors still need to be replaced. 

As soon as i make some more updates, i will let you know..

A Blog About a Blog

I rarely post in this blog, mainly because I have nothing relevant to say but lately I decided I was gonna make a proper blog for my Sims stuff. The idea started buzzing around my head shortly after the Steam sale wherein I purchased University Life, Seasons and some stuff packs. I actually played for a while (I tend to take lengthy breaks in favour of building and creating) and had the idea to maybe chronicle the life of my Sim.

Since I do keep taking these lengthy breaks, I decided that I'd double it up as a place to unleash some of my creations, most of which you will find here on TSR. The blog is still very much in it's early stages, nothing past an into post at the moment, but you can find it here: B2 Sims

Hopefully, I'll be better at blogging than my Sim - she's a best-selling author and yet her blogs suck monky-butt, haha!
