New Sim
I updated a new sim today. I plan on making new idems and other things soon. I will update you on what new is coming your way. When it happens.
This new sim name is Acel St. Pericie. He from France. Thouse he loves China alot. He will also love to travel the world.
What's Up?
I've been busy of late completing half finished projects & I still have at least 6 underway. My longest project.. "Ye Olde Stoneyville Shoppes" is finally complete as is the map for "Twilight". The "Cormorant" was another long term project that I finally found the inspiration to finish.
Also in the works, there's a couple of Apartment Complexes, a High School & a Cathedral - but whether they all get published remains to be seen. I won't submit anything I wouldn't be willing to download, hence the reason they're still unpublished after 6 months of "tweaking". There are still plenty of houses in the works - as I always seem to come across beautiful homes I want to create in the game - & I also want to start making maps again as Twilight has whet my appetite for it.
I even have a noticeboard that hangs above my computer now & it's covered in pictures to keep me focused & motivated. I have lists of house names, pictures & even actual house plans to give me the motivation... not to mention a few ideas for holidays I'd like to take! So if anyone has anything they'd still like to see in Stoneyville or another request, please let me know. You never know... you may even get what you ask for as RelenaYuy0zero1 discovered with Twilight!
New Wallart
Sunday is swas boring....anno 1404 crashed all the time.So i started to mesh and texture new wallart.This time it will be.....hmm no...that#s a surprise.
The Simple Things
Simple things that brighten your day when you are feeling down. I'm talking about my story being featured. Sunday afternoon I took our dog to the vet as he hasn't been well for the past week. He was throwing up and not really eating much, very lethargic and wasn't his usual happy self. He enjoyed simple things like lots of pats and fetching his ball. He loved human food snacks but was never piggy when it came to eating. His name was Tezza. 15 or 16 years old he was, well I had no idea and he certainly didn't look it. My boyfriend saved him from the Blue Cross many years ago to become a brother (or mate) to his other younger dog Shorty, a German Short-Hair Pointer.
I wasn't that close to Tezza as he could be quite snappy, we think because of his previous owners before the Blue Cross. But Glen, my boyfriend, had a special bond with him. We both silently knew that this was it for little Tezza. Glen said goodbye to him at home and I said goodbye to him at the vets, it was all very sad.
I guess I just wanted to say thanks to TSR for featuring my story as it couldn't have come at a better time, it really did brightened my day and thankyou everyone who has commented on this part. Your words have also brightened my day.
RIP to little Tezza, your craziness will be missed.
Stories page
Is there some maintenance being done on the stories page today? I ask this because I am unable to read some of the stories on there today. I can get into the story fine but when I click on the arrow to see the next picture/text it doesn't do anything. Also if I click directly on the next picture it goes to a new page with just the picture. Is this making sense? Maybe I will wait until later to read them.
Oh the old Raleighwood, where all of NC comes to throw up....
Back in Raleigh for more of that excitement known as college. I've got some odd news, I'm going to have puppies! :D Well not me but one of our Beagles. I almost wish it wasn't so.
Enough of that. This one is going to be short but apparently something happened here over spring break. When I arrived there was a cop car parked in front of the apartment building next to mine, and then a crime investigator joined him. It's a bit freaky if you ask me, but no one did now did they.
See I told you. Short and top the rounded point. Now I have a request. If anyone could possibly please for me create some clothing and hairstyles that are from the comic series Tank Girl I'd be ever so wonderfully happy.
On that pleading note I must retire and put my crap away. Thank you for wasting all of 5 minutes with me.
Another farm has been built...
For a contest on another site I have built a very elaborate farm - farms in Belgium are always rather elaborate anyway :D - and I thought of uploading it for you all to play, but I had to reconsider... I checked the actual file and ohlala, it's a whopping 108 Mb! Compare that with the other farm I posted - that's barely 4Mb. I don't think anyone would be interested in such a heavy package anyway... I'll just post a few pics then, to let you all have a quick look. I made heavy use of CC of all my favourite creators. Especially Rebecah's farm animals were a godsend :D The farm is again a testimony of how wealthy farmers are/were here in Belgium ;)
I demolished 3 lots in Riverview ( 2 of 60x60 and one of 20x30) and built the farm, a paddock with cows and a camping ground with fishing pond on it. It was a labour of love (laced with lots of swear words :D) and after placing Sims on it I noticed it's almost unplayable as there's such a massive orchard that even a family can't manage all the tending - sheesh! But it does look good :D
so I HAD promz & disappeared...
First of all I'd like to say I'm sorry to everyone for leaving for 4 months without a word. It's just that I'm hella busy and I seem to have lost my interest in making sim stories since my laptop gave up and died. It was resurrected though, but all of my game data disappeared without a trace - vamoosh! kaput! nada! none @_@ I almost broke down "OH MY PRECIOUS SIMMIES!!!" This is the absolute worse crash I've ever had TT^TT
On the lighter side of life, I focused more on my art and cosplay and gained quite a reputation. I've been invited to a few group photo shoots but declined them all since I'm more on focused in graduating. After that, I can do whatever the hell I want! :3
Also, the prom went quite well. I also failed to show you guys the dress before I had it made but eh, you can view it in my blog gallery I'm the one on the right :3 my shoes were handmade and my purse was a hand me down lol
anyways, hope someone reads this just to know that I'm alive
