Wow again!
I am just amazed at the fact that quite a few subscribers like what I've created! It makes me so happy! Truly happy! To know that what I've put the effort into some of you really like! It does make it worth while to create!!
I got my first request too! It's hard to believe that someone likes my creations enough to make a request, but it happened! Now, if I can just get my head around meshing, I'll be off on a new tangent!! Creating custom objects for the game!! :D I'll never be as great as Cyclonesue, Mensure, apple, Mutske, Shakeshaft, Ricci, KCRShino, , , , oohhh I could go on, there are SO many talented creators here... and just because your name isn't mentioned doesn't mean you're not a favorite of mine!! Trust me... I've too many favorite artists to mention!! lol I hope to someday have just a tenth of the talent of these fine folks!!
Again, thanks to ALL the folks that liked my creations enough to actually download them!! I'm honored! I hope you and your sims quite enjoy them!! HUGE HUGS to you all! Sooo, off I go to play around in Milkshape!!
And, helly.... I'm working on your request too!! :D Hugs.
Want to see something WOW!?
You might guess by the title that, for once, I'm not about to fan one of my own creations! I don't do "wow!" (I tend more to do "oh...") and I'm not fanning because my name is mentioned either (even if it may look like it), but because this lot is simply incredible and shows what can really be done in Sims 3 with some brilliant imagination. And so, without further ado, let me introduce Cyclone Foundry to you - by Wolfspryte...

It's not all that easy to make something LOOK industrial in Sims 3, and I have opted out before now on buildings that were meant to be industrial, but somehow ended up looking pretty and simply overgrown and unkempt. However, Wolfspryte has achieved it by making a top-notch foundry that is every bit foundry inside as well as out.
A cop-out I made in Sims 2 was to make an industrial building, but happily slap on the label 'conversion to residential' or "loft conversion". It's a perfectly fine thing to do (and plenty of players liked it), but it IS opting out of hardcore industrial a little bit, because it puts the builder back into the comfort zone of using regular furniture and decor. It also removes a little bit of fun for the player who would enjoy carrying out the conversion for themselves. It can make a better building and more fun for the player NOT to opt out of a true industrial.

Wolfspryte has not opted out by any means. Rust and smoke and girders and just about every iron-clad 'nasty' make this lot a true industrial artwork. The whole appearance is unkempt and derelict on the outside, and resident Sims will surely be like trespassers in a thoroughly dangerous and unhealthy home. Give them just enough money to move in, then make them work hard to earn enough to repair broken windows and make it habitable. Alternatively, let those Sims live in dark corners like squatters who really shouldn't be there. Whatever you do, players who love to give their Sims a real story will lnot be disappointed.
Enough of my waffle. I urge you to go check out Cyclone Foundry and DO look at all the screens. This has become my first-ever lot download for Sims 3, and I'm very happy to have it.
Away for almost 4 weeks
Yes I'm going to Thailand and will be there for almost four weeks, so I won't be active here for awhile.
I'm wondering...
why my latest additions aren't showing up in the 'featured' pod. Or maybe it's something I need to click on my side of the fence? Are viewers seeing all 5 or only 3 like me? And why is that blasted pattern not working? I must be doing something (very obvious) wrong, but what? It's a day of questions today. :S
Biggest question of all - when is it finally going to be spring? I'm getting fed up to the teeth of all this white and/or wet stuff. Can't remember a winter being this cold, grey and stuffy for the life of me - and that's over half a century already :P
My first terrain - Island of Esme
Theoretically it is easy to create a terrain in SC4 and then place it into the game... But I wanted an island, with beach lots (actually one ;-)) and it took me forever. Open Simcity, create, save, copy, run Sim2, wait wait wait, add hood, wait wait wait, open the terrain - only to be disappointed about not being able to place the road for lots properly. Either too close to the water or too far, or too steep. And terraforming in SC4 is absolutely not easy. It just takes forever. And so it went for weeks and weeks. But now I've submitted it and hope it will be accepted.

Some kinda bad news
Hey everybody, first of all I would like to say thank you to everyone who has downloaded and enjoyed my creations, and also to this fantastic website for publishing my stuff, without you guys I wouldn't have achieved anything here.Okay, now I have some bad news,I'm going to have to temporarily take a break from playing the game/and creating new things, real life called and I'm going to be very busy for awhile,it may be two months,it may be six months or longer,I just don't know at this point, things can be so unpredictable.I will have little time to be in front of a computer, let alone play The Sims and create new lots,I decided to make a blog post(even though blogs bore me terribly)to let everyone know what happened,I'm not dead(LOL)nor am I finished contributing to this site,I'm just going to be VERY busy, and I will make a return someday with new pretties,I'm just going on a temporary hiatus. So,once again, enjoy my previous creations,my terms of use are pretty simple, feel free to use my lots and Sims in stories, worlds, neighborhoods, etc, you don't have to give me credit at all(even though it would be nice to be credited if a lot was used in an uploaded world)Just don't reupload and claim as your own, because that just isn't nice,is it? LOL Have fun everybody, just make sure to feed the cow plant while I'm away, and keep my tragic clownfish pond stocked with a healthy supply.
GARDEN SIGNS FINALLY UPDATED
I know many of you have been waiting for this update impatiently and I have finally did it. I have added all the plants that I haven’t done from the beginning: egg plant, cheese plant, burger patty plant, steak plant, omni plant and money tree....
The new file will not overwrite the original
one (Garden Signs - Death Flower and Life Fruit),
so I would strongly recommend
to uninstall in manually.

You can download the file from here…
House #20 here I come
So far I have built 19 houses for all my downloaders. For the most part my houses have been on the scale of small. I think number 20 is going to be a big house. I mean for me 20 is a milestone... at least a small one that is. So I think tomorrow I am going to work on it hopefully get it approve the same day as well. I have a few designs in mind so you just have to wait and see :D
