Retirement 101 - Chapter 10 published
Hello all, my story 'Retirement 101' wil be coming to a close soon. Chapter 10 is the second last chapter and I hope to publish the last chapter this weekend. If you have been following the story then please check out this chapter to find out what has been going on with G'ma Josephine & G'pa George.
Happy reading! ;)
Axi or Cynthia?
Today I've submitted the last part of Cynthia as a young adult. From that part on, her story become familiar to everyone who read "Just Another Life Story". So the next part will be her point of view of all the bad things she's done to others and then, what everybody's waiting for: What will happen to her after that?
Keep on line....
Sims 3 Mobility Pack - Coming Soon
I know I said I'd work on some accessories for the laundry set but I really need a break from laundry for a week or so! But don't worry I am putting all your ideas on a list and I will be doing them very soon!
But for now, my next set will be a Mobility Pack for The Sims 3, and here's a sneak peek at the first object for it (currently a work in progress) - a wheelchair! Click for a bigger view.
The chair has 3 recolourable palettes so your Sims can choose their own fabric, metal, and plastic colours and patterns to suit their personality. It's cloned from a dining chair, so although your Sims can't wheel themselves around or be pushed around, you can get them to sit in the chair for screenshots or stories. Keep an eye on my blog to find out what else will be included in my mobility pack!
Note: I may make more styles of wheelchair in the future, but for the first mobility pack your Sims will have to manage with the standard hospital issue. At least the hospital lets them customise their chair :D
Gallery Pod
Hope I don't bore y'all with the images of my felines... If so, try the southwest Texas shots. (If any are curious, there's one shot of me in there...) There's quite a few images of the landscape, as well as a couple shots of some cool architecture.
The Glass House

Here is my latest creation, The Glass House. It's a gorgeous open plan living mansion, ideal for partying (my sims have enjoyed testing it!). There is an open plan living space downstairs with a bar, and lots of nice sofas and well stocked bookshelves in the lounge next door. 3 En-suite Bedrooms, plus an adittional one which I left unfirnished so you can taylor it to your needs.
In accordance with my last poll about Floor Plans I have now gone with what you said which is that you do like floorplans in your lot previews ((77% of you said this). I am going to now include floorplans with all lots I upload.
You can take a look at The Glass House now or grab it for download soon - it's published next saturday!
Have a nice week everyone :)

I Think, I Can!
"I--think--I--can, I--think--I--can!"
I am smiling from ear to ear! While they are not ready for publication yet, I finally created a few objects for Sims 3. It's been a rough road, initially; everything I created for the game came out sooooooo shiny! Well, I got that straighten out, but then another problem would develop, LOL! Fortunately, I love a good challenge!
Don't expect Victorian creations right away, I am taking it slow and easy, I am starting with something less complex. Although I did create new curtain for Sims 3, I really HATE the in game curtains! They are so unattractive. So, I created my own window treatment, the other objects (pictured below) were created for Sims 2 and I converted them to Sims 3.
I'll keep you posted on the status of my Sims 3 project!

The Runes
After publishing my screens with the Ancient Runes, some have asked where they are. They can be found in Sunset Valley beside one of the big Natural Parks. Here is an areal view of the area.

New paintings hopefully on the way in a day or two.
I have just submitted 11 new paintings today as well as a set including all 11 paintings. That was a challange in it self (creating a set with all the paintings as I have never created a zip file before). This is a 1st for me creating paintings. Hopefully they will all be published in a day or two. The tutorial by Vanillia_Sim was so easy to understand for a beginner like me that I am recommendeding to anyone wanting to try their hand at creating for the Sims3 should try it. It was so much faster and easier to create paintings as opposed to creating patterns. I am now hooked on creating paintings instead of patterns. Here are a few screenshots for ya'll to check out until they are published. I hope that you like them. Diana
