Harry Potter
I am currently working on a new project. My daughter loves to play The Sims # and she wanted Harry Potter stuff. So I am in the process of building the buildings and creating the people. If anyone has banners and pictures that would help my designs, they would be GREATLY appreciated!!
More Chic Tiles Tomorrow
It's been a while since I posted anything so I'll tell you about my new set of Chic Tiles. There's a whole set including 4 square shaped ones and 2 rectangular shaped.
Here's some screenshots of how they could be used:

They can be used in kitchens aswell:

Look out for them tomorrow or take a look now in my upcoming items pod (bottom of minisite).
To all the TSRAA Artists
I just want to say a huge thankyou to all the artists that allow us mere mortals to use their wonderful content through the TSRAA system. My houses are looking better than ever and I appreciate being able to share these homes with others on TSR. I have uploaded a new home 'Sorrento' with a publish date yet known. As FA TSRAA custom content is subscriber only so will this home be. A special thanks to Cyclonesue also for her wonderful and easy to understand information on placing windows into the roofline. Who knew it would be so easy?!
Hope you are all well. I will hopefully be uploading some homes without FA custom content soon.
Best regards

Imperial Palace (for Wolds of Adventure)
I've started work on my first World Adventures lot. I'm designing an Imperial Castle, and trying to incorporate all three unique cultures into one design.
My current design concept is that it's possibly a palace or large residence from a technologically advanced culture from the past (or, future), most possibly from one of the twelve tribes of Cobol. I'm integrating some advanced technology into it (like some wonderful anti-gravity properties available with Sims3 construction), as well as different architectural styles and philosophies. Most interesting will be a sunrise and sunset cantilevered prayer rooms, intersecting the building at a 45 degree angle. Here are some in-development photos....
I won't finished it until Worlds of Adventure is installed, because although I have a finished basement, I want to add at least another underground level.

My Sims 3 Stories Chapter 6
Welcome back you guys. I am proud of being in Middle School because my Language Arts teacher told us that for our assignment, we have to write a Children's Book. But, the exciting part is that when we finish publishing, we have to go to another school and read to the 3rd graders or below grade. The good news is that I am already writing a Children's book called "The Life of The Sims 3 and the Romantic Butler." I am already writing Series #2 so I can't wait to finish that series and move on to the other one. Let's continue on Chapter 6.
Chapter 6: The First Date
I am proud of Jemer and Micheal today because they are finally going to start dating. They have only been in the house for 5 Sim days and I can't wait to see how the date goes. Guess what I made Jemer wear to her date? I made her wear something that is not casual. I made her wear a fancy white gown with a nice white hat. Micheal hates wearing formal but I made him wear a tuxedo. So, I made them go to the Art Gallery. I was thinking of going to the park but I don't want Micheal to get bored again. How could he ever get bored? I mean, his energy is high. But, the reason why Jemer goes to bed late is because Jemer starts work late. She starts in the evening and gets out like in the morning. So, I don't think Jemer will ever have time to be with Natalie or Micheal. But, she could spend time with German. Anyway, the date when fantastic. Micheal didn't fall asleep and Jemer didn't continue writing on her novel from her laptop. She never stops using the internet. I mean, she is like addicted to it. I can't believe that Jemer acts like me. Maybe because I made her to act just like me.
Thanks for reading. I hope you guys have a wonderful time reading my books and I can't wait to write about Chapter 7 which is going to be about the Basics which there might be parts in it. Anyway, have a nice time writing.
Preview next set
Here's a preview of my next set: A cozy and timeless living for your Sims! I've spend a lot of time on the details and it's not even completely finished yet, but I thought you might want to see a little peek of what is to come. Hope you all like it!

Stories
Well, so many have read (or glanced) at Corey's Last Run, that I'm thinking I'm going to have to quit procrastinating and finsh the story I've been working on for a couple weeks now. The Great Pumpkin Mystery will soon be ready for viewing, I hope!
Qube Design
Hey Folks,
I started playing Sims3 in July after my partner started showing me bits and pieces of the game. It took about 3 days before I finally cracked and when out and got my own copy of the game. Besides the 'Pong' console I got for Christmas in 1976, this is the only other computer game I've every had. Go figure. 'Pong' was fun, but my sister was always beating me, and I'd much rather be doodling houses anyway. She went on to become Mrs. PacMan, and I went on to study art.
But I've always been a bit of a computer nerd (ok, more than a bit). I wrote my first computer program in high school in 1979 on a PET computer. Back then, Christ was a child, and computer programs were saved on cassette tapes. All 16 bytes of it. I went on to get a degree in computer science, specializing in computer graphics (back when we had 8 colours to choose from LOL!!), and database design. I was a 'page creator' (web designer) for parts of 'Teleguide to Toronto' in 1984. It was the world's first commercial ISP, and proved unviable at the time. Consumer research proved to be more viable (yea! I could pay my rent!). I became a data research analyst. It also turned out to be really fun (what can i say, I'm a nerd...), and I progressed on to become a multivariate statistician ('Quant-Jock', or 'Exciting Accountant' if you prefer), then sampling director, then senior project manager. My interest in design got lost somewhere in the reams of paper floating around my office.
So when Sims3 landed in my lap, needless to say the 'building addiction' quickly set in. It's sharpened my love of architecture and design, and has afforded me an amazing creative outlet (aside from working out at the gym). I simply love to build houses...
Wow! Again?
I logged on this afternoon, and low and behold....there's Corey's Last Run on the frontpage!
I feel so honored to be placed there, especially so quickly after my screenshot! Thank you, TSR! Once more, you have given me a gift I will cherish for a long time to come!
