The San Fransisco Lot/House

Hi guys

My latest creation the San Fransisco is unfortley a subscriber lot.

In the lot there's a FA item I'm looking for this item to take it out. I'm not a SA or FA until I'm  I want my creations to be free. or at least most of them will be free. I apoligize for the San Fransisco if you reconize the item please let me know so I can take it out and upload it again but then for free

I try to keep these items out put patterns are hard to reconize as FA in the game.

Milkshape

Have just got myself a full copy of Milkshape to try out my hair/clothing creation skills.

If anyone can point me in the direction of video tutorials on how to use it I would be very greatful!! Managed to find a few on YouTube but can't find any Sims 3 specific ones.

I'm looking forward to being able to submit creations made using Milkshape :)

HI HI Mina-san! (Everyone)

It's been a while since I updated anything LOL gomen-ne (sorry) I've been loaded with school work and my household chores were doubled, I'm also the unpaid shopkeeper of our net cafe from 4pm to 10 pm and if unlucky...1am LOL

But...there's something else that's keeping me busy, and it's someONE special ^^

Every artist needs a muse ne? I found one, and the best part of it is that she's also my significant other YATA! (yay)

Hi Everyone,

I spent some time yesterday by downloading items to my Sims3 world. Millions of thanks to Cyclonesue, DOT, Mutske, Katelys, RICCI, Simal, Shakesaft and many others!! It's so amazing to be able to get all those lovely creations to the game, it's so much more interesting to play when there's a variety of hair, furniture, décor, building itsem etc.

I really appreciate your talent!

I just let know that I can't upload new sims last time because I'm moving to another house. And I have no time to create new sims at the moment. I hope I can start soon. Thanks for the dwonloads and nice comment.

Roofline Windows - how to use

I incuded an extra secreenshot in the Alpine Windows set to show how they can be placed under the roofline but many of you won't have seen that if you didn't "view details" of the download.  So I've added it here too.  MUCH easier to place these windows in Sims 3 than it ever was in Sims 2!
