Hey you guys! I been having some computer trobles, and it still isn't ok. I know i haven't upload something in ages but i will try to as soon as i can. I also started college this past week, reaaly exited but it will take some of my time but i will try to still be a TSR artist (even thoght i don't have that title :p)

Thanks a lot for all your support and lovely coments once again and i will try to give back to you with some new sims hopefully soon.

Been a while since I posted anything here, scary how time just flies by. James is now 18 months old, walking, almost talking with loads of teeth and hair!

I've switched to playing Sims 3 and I have to say I love it, wasn't sure that I was going to like it but I'm loving it so much I've actually uninstalled all my TS2 games and CC - more than 6G of it that I didn't even back up and save somewhere else that's how convinced I am I won't play Sims 2 again.

Am looking forward to World Adventures and the chance of new building tools and extra places to visit and things to do, along with the new objects I'm sure are going to come with the EP.

I've been building in Sims 3 but haven't done lots because I've been so busy actually playing the game, which is a massive change for me as I rarely played TS2 outside of the TSR Challenges.

I'm Going Crazy!!!!

Right now, I'm going mad for accesories, and so I felt that my sims had to have some too. There are some amazing things available, but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Hopefully soon I'll upload A LOT of glasses, scarves, jewellry etc.

Reasons Why The English Language is hard to Learn (for those who need a laugh)

This little treatise on the lovely language we share is only for the brave. It was passed down by a linguist, original author unknown. And I thought I should share it with you.Peruse at your leisure, English lovers. Reasons why the English language is so hard to learn:

1. The bandage was wound around the wound

2. The farm was used to produce produce

3. The dump was so full that it had to refuse more refuse

4. We must polish the Polish furniture

5. He could lead if he would get the lead out

6. The soldier decided to desert his dessert in the desert

7. Since there is no time like the present, he thought it was time to present the present

Let's face it- English is a very crazy language. There is no egg in eggplant, nor ham in hamburger; neither apple nor pine in pineapple. English muffins weren't invented in England nor French Fries in France, Sweet meats are candies, while sweet breads, which aren't sweet, are meat. We take English for granted. But if we explore it's paradoxes, we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings are square and guineapigs are neither pigs, nor from Guinea. And why is it that writers write, but fingers don't fing, grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham?

If the plural of tooth is teeth, why isn't the plural of booth beeth? One goose, two geese. So one moose, two meese? One index, two indicies? Doesn't it seem crazy that you can make amends, but not amend? If you have a bunch of odds and ends and get rid of all but one, what do you call it? If teachers taught, why didn't preachers praught? If a vegatarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat?

Sometimes I think all English speakers should be committed to an assylum for the verbally insane. In what language do people recite at a play and play at a recital? Ship by truck and send cargo by ship? Have noses that run and feet that smell? How can a slim chance and a fat change be the same thing, while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites? You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language in which your house can burn up as it burns down, in which you fill in a form by flling it out and in which and allarm goes off by going on.

English was invented by people, not computers, and it reflects the creativity of the human race (which, of course, isn't a race at all). That is why, when the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible....

More objects - Updated about TSRAA

I've made a tablelamp today and I also made another rug. In the back is a 1 tile coffeetable.

At this moment also, all objects are still made in closed Beta so this means that they are not TSRAA yet.

My objects will be TSRAA for lotbuilders to upload only here at TSR.

Fall Update

Well, the last time I wrote a blog it was during summer. So I figured I probably should update again. 

Today I published another Twilight outfit, Rosalie's to be exact.  I actually made it along with all the other Twilight stuff, I just forgot to publish it somehow!  I really don't know how that happened.  I had a lot of people ask me to make a Rosalie outfit to go along with the other Cullen outfits.  I i realized that I did, but i kinda forgot about it.  Anyway, it's published now, go check it out.

Tomorrow, I'm really excited about the "Cloud Gazing" set that is getting published.  I just love the colors in the outfits and it reminds me of fall.  But I won't have anyting to log on tomorrow to check them out because I'm leaving the house at 6:30 because I have to be at the school at 7 for a band competition. 

Speaking of that, I'm smack dab in the middle of band competition season.  We've got practice 3-4 times a week, then my sister, who's on color guard, has an extra practice everyweek that I have to wait on her for.  So usually I get home around 6-7 during the week.  And that doesn't leave me a lot of time for sims after I get all my homework done.  I make time though.  However, during the summer I could publish 2 sets a week, now it's good if I can get 1 done.  I'm on fall break right now, so I plan on getting a lot done. 

And, yes, even on fall break we have band practice.  We actually had a football game last night (on a thursday???), then today we have practice at 3-7, then we load the truck for tomorrow's contest.  We're going to Vanderbilt University for our biggest contest of the year.  It's kinda scary because we'll be up against bands that go to Bands of America and that are just freaking amazing.  Then there's us, the little private school band, who everyone underestimates.  Ah, I really hope we beat them so bad. 

Edit: We actually won our divison!  Haha, it was great, we got the cup trophy.

Okay, I'm going to go play sims now.
