Story Posting Troubles

Due to certain circumstances, my first submission for the first chapter of "All I Need" was rejected. After revamping it and making sure it's "clean" I reposted it (deleted the old one and repost a new one) two days ago.

Seeing new stories being posted at the Storytelling section for the past days mae me wonder if they're taking their time approving mine or there's some sort of posting glitch.

In my head I was all "Geez, if they're gonna reject it then they should just reject it and tell me what's wrong rather than make me wait for days." 'Cause I really can't post up the next one since if it is a glitch then there's a possibility that the next chapter might get posted BEFORE the first one. So I really need to have the first one posted first.

I already PMed a mod - Saoz-san to resubmit it if needed yesterday (If there was a glitch or something other than me having to wait again for a couple more days) so hopefully it should be posted up soon...hopefully.

Until then, there won't be any updates due to the reason above. We really can't let things get mixed up now, ne?

A new season

Don't quite know what to make, clothes for fall or for some other season? I guess I will try to start a poll. I haven't quite figured out how to make the poll pod work, but as others have managed to figure it out, so should I!

My Cullen's House as Featured Item

I would like to thank the TSR for featuring my Cullen's House as one of the featured items. I'm so honored that they appreciated my work. This is the first time my creation was featured and I'm really happy about it. Thanks again and I promise to upload as much great lot as this one.

Blanton Hallway - Complete

Hi everyone

Update to my last post, I have the entire set finished! It contains the sideboard (really a desk), picture frames, table plant, hanging plant, bench, wicker basket (end table), and coat rack. The coat rack is from my old Hallway Set from TS2, some of you may remember it. In this version, however, the top shelf is not usable. The bottom shelf of the sideboard is not usable either. I may update these items with extra slots once we have that capability.

Special "feature" of this set is the plants - the color of the flowers on the hanging plant and table plant can actually be changed ingame with the design tool, therefore they don't have to be white if you don't want them to. (Unlike any of the EA plants!)

I'm back

It's been awhile since I've written on my blog, but guess what my computer hard drive crashed and I've had to install a new hard drive and then install all software that came with the computer.  Luckily I saved all my sim downloads on a flash drive, I'm almost done installing everything, so you can believe that I will be making more walls and floors  and patterns for the Sims 2 and Sims 3, I will definately let you all know in my blog when I have uploaded some items.  Thanks, Karen

New set

Well, the flowers have to wait a little, some issues with the tiling and blurriness in game. Something the guys have to look at so I have started a new set tonight. Here is a preview of the living chair from The Workshop. It still needs some work on but I wanted you to see it.

All work and no play

Hey everyone.

I hope you enjoyed my 5 new suddenly released parts of Strangetown Chronicles. Thank you everyone who read and commented, it's always important to me. Now I just want you to know that I was ill for almost two weeks so I had more time to play and write. I could allow myself a sort of "vacation". But now the following two weeks will be hard as hell. Seriously. I have some essays, articles to write... And I might be getting a job soon (depends on some articles I will write)... I have so much to do, I don't think I will have time to sleep. That means no sims for that time. Wish me luck, if I survive, the stories will continue...

Update Victorian Lady (2)

I've submited the Victorian Lady, I removed some CC objects small items nothing big, The items will show up on the screens, I didn't take any other screens because I really wanted to upload it and most of all It's how I wanted to be decorated, The items are coffee mugs and reading books and alll it was all CC and avalible here on TSR. So You can always download, If you can't find them but want them just ask me in my GB. I'll tell ya where to look. I will upload the full file on thesims3 soon.......

fourth post - banter and building

Hello out there!

I just wanted to warn you that there's something on the way from me: In the past few days I've been tweaking on some more freetime athletic recolours and they should get approved soon. To the ones I've already done, I've now added three new recolours, a dark-ish blue, a pink, and a yellow one. They worked really well in my game, and I hope you people out there will think that as well :) 

Moreover, I went to see the film "Up" today and I thought it was great! The little house is sooo cute! So, just for fun, I tried to build it. It ended up okay, but quite different to the one in the film - no second story (the stairs wouldn't fit) and I painted it red. Apart from that it got a nice garden and a veranda on the back. I really like it so maybe I'll submit it some time, who knows...
