Story section/help?!

Hey everybody. Obviously, this blog is about story submission. I've been having some problems and want to know if they're only happening to me before I flip out.(;

Remember around December of 2008 and how stories would end up in submission for two or three days? Well, the second chapter of my story "Time Won't Tell" is going on it's third day of submission. Also, chapters of older stories I've written seem to be disappearing again, much like they did way back in December.

The last Sims 2 story I wrote was chapter two of "Just Like You," a deadbeat story I thought of in the shower (thumbs up for sucky bathroom ideas!). Mind you I've written eight stories using The Sims 3. Apparently, my last story, however, was "Just Like You." So none of my stories written with The Sims 3 have come up on my profile. I tried deleting the pod and then adding it again, but that did nothing other than annoy me. I went on other people's profiles who have written using The Sims 3 and their actual latest story shows on their profile. Did anybody else have this problem? If so, any idea on how to fix it?

I love TSR, but it truly does hate me. So if you can help me out, let me know!

PS: Is there any way to get your saved games onto another computer? I may be switching computers when my brother gets a new laptop and I still want my simmies!

Finished finally the Gustav Klimt wallpaper set

I must admint I am totally unsatisfied with the result. It was just too difficult. Klimt was a genious, so how dare I to imitate any of his work. But I just have this artists series idea in my mind, I must follow through for the sake of following through. Perhaps to prove myself that I am not lazy to finish something that I began - like I normally do. (Too many projects parallely, e.g. 15 books that I started to read and read bits every now and then.)

So let me show you the inspiring pictures and the little details that drove me mad. Basically the "Tree of life" was the drive I used it's colours in the set and small details. The picture's left part is titled "Expectation" and the right part is "Fullfilment". Many times you can find them separately on posters, mugs, T-shirts etc. I am not sure, but it seems the lady on the left is totally jealous but in fact, she is jealous of herself - at a later stage of her own life. I think it is a very complex painting and full of little stories. I used CorelDraw to make the spirals (and actually all other  drawings, like triangles) and used other supplementary software because Corel is unable to export a decent jpg...

Of course Klimt's most famous painting is "The kiss", so I couldn't leave it out. I used the both the man's and the woman's dress pattern for a weird effect - the colours are totally unsync with the rest of the wall. But Klimt was shocking his audience back then, so I am trying to shock myself :D

NEW SHOES! - UM Wedges

I've finished my first TS3 shoes ... and created my first mesh actually (with TSR workshop)! What a gorgeous feeling! :) Can't wait tomorrow to create some new! I can give you a preview of the shoes, but my creation will be published only in few days ... however ... let me know what you think ... ;) Have a gorgeous night day and enjoy you life.. because you deserve it! UM Wedges

1970s Suburban

I have today finally finished my 1970s suburban project. I started it weeks ago but just couldn't get it to my own satisfaction. The house is a replica of the home I spent my first 25 years in and, as it underwent many changes in those decades (dad was a DIYer of the most prolific sort and mum was always moving the furniture about), I was having difficulty sorting out in my head what it actually looked like in the seventies!

I've settled on what it looked like around 1978 with furnishings, wallpaper, etc, although I have added a few anachronistic touches:

• the pool wouldn't be finished for another year,
• the verandah had been walled in, 
• I think the kitchen was green and brown in that year, but I preferred the original orange.
• dad had already started "building" rooms under the house, and
• we definitely did NOT have a widescreen TV or microwave.

Oh, and the fence was "mission brown" but that just looked ghastly so I've whitewashed it.

I will be uploading this lot to TSR today and hope that you enjoy my trip down memory lane.

Thoughts On Designing New Objects

I was pondering on my loo, one day, as It Is The perfect place to think about things, an object I would love to see made. I was thinking about the medevil days, the days of the castles. Ive looked and grabbed up many objects walls floors and other content off numerous sites that are castle themed but I fail to find the latrine thats was used in the mievel days. Pretty much it looks like a counter with a hole in it, but I'm sure its much more idepth if The though process was lengthened.

So I want to find a castle loo, toilet, latrine, gong hole, what ever its called... and some counter parts like that belonging in kitchens and bathrooms but not funtional as counter just elongated parts to the loo maybe extra places to sit around the old poo hole :P. Lols

Ill rough sketch some thing on paint and upload and I dea some time in the near future.

Upcoming characters for The terminator: The Sarah connor chronicles.

Hello everyone.

It's a few days that I don't have upload new characters from The terminator: the Sarah connor chronicles. And the reason is that whe remove to another house. I have very much work and haven't the time to making new sims.  When I have a little bit time I'm working to Leven Rambin as Riley (John Connor's girlfriend). I think that I can upload her this week. Further I have try to make Mackenzie Smith ( the little Savannah) but it's really difficult to make a real child look a like. The system of Maxis sucks when you make an child or elder sim. They are not much possibillieties. I don't know if I go upload her. Or maybe as a teen. Then I have much more possibillieties. And then I have make Derek Reese too but I waiting for a better hairstyle. When I found it I upload him immediatly. The last one that I going to make from the serie is Stephanie Jacobssen as Jesse flores. (The chinees).  And Naturraly  there not terminator without Arnold Swarzenegger. This is the last one that I Going to make from the terminator Saga. As clincher.

On Vacation! Hotels Public PC!

Sorry guys I havn't posted a lot in a while its just I've been away from the computer for about 2 weeks and I will put my new set up on the internet as soon as Im home! I didn't bing any computers with me on my trip! Right now I'm on the Hotels public PC! lol Remember as soon as I get home!!! (about 5-6 days!)
