New Lot: Untouched Serenity

My latest lot is called Untouched Serenity. It's a beachside home with 2 bedrooms, 2 Lounges, A Study, Library, Kitchen Diner, Outdoor Pool, Garage, Extra Parking Space and Fully Landscaped Gardens. It's based on this house;

Pattern artist? Read this.

I have noticed that patterns by different artists here at TSR are starting to be repeated. This is because the majority of artists here are getting their patterns from similar sources, myself included. If you get your pattern off the net in any form or fashion, duplicating another artist's pattern or having yours duplicated in the future is a possibility

Many of my patterns are my own design, though, the majority are patterns from free pattern sites and other online sources (both free and commercial).

As more and more patterns are submitted to TSR, the likelyhood of either myself duplicating a pattern someone else has already submitted, or someone duplicating mine will increase. And due to the volume of the patterns, it will be impossible to keep up with.

I will not apologize if I mistakenly publish a pattern that someone else has already used. Nor will I expect an apology from anyone else who uses the same pattern that I do. It is bound to happen under these circumstances. However, I promise if I am aware of an artist at TSR that has already done the same pattern, I will refrain from using it out of respect for that artist (unless, for example, theirs is only 1 recolorable palette when mine is many).

I will be trying to do more original patterns to avoid this issue, though I still may use patterns from these sources on occasion.

But if you get your created patterns online, anywhere, just be aware that it is a possibility -- that myself or another TSR pattern maker -- will make the same pattern someday. It is to be expected, and I hope there are no hard feelings if and when this happens.

Search option not working

Is anyone else findiing that the search option on TSR isn't working? I used to be able to type a members username in and it would automatically bring a list up to choose from.

Hi!

This is My First Time in Time in Sims Resource since I create my account.

I don't know how to work so to mucht in this site, but I'm gonna learn by my self.

I just have to say that this Site is a Very Good  "Tool" to share my creations.

Heyy so i have an update for my new sims commin out tomorrow and they are Jacob Black Obama XD Rosealie (from twilight and others... sooo i hope that u will like them :D

You might not Gnome me....

but I really WANT ONE!!! A magical gnome...I have been in the crypt a trillion times....I had to build extra rooms and floors to store all my gems....I have been fishing for a thousand years....*sob sob*....I can't find one....

What am I doing wrong???

Another Mega-Build nearing completion

Since having SA staus bestowed upon me I am yet to submit another offering. So I thought it would be good to let anybody who has been wondering, that I've been dilegently plugging away on a companion lot for my very popular DANDYWINE COLLEGE. One huge difference with this one is that I'm decorating and furnishung it. It's called Steigelmeier Manor and it will contain a banquet terrace & restaurant, the main campus library, the dean's residence, and 4 very private plushy guest rooms.

I've recently posted a screenshot if you're interested. The architecture and landscaping is done and I'm maybe less than half way through the interior. Please don't hesitate to leave a comment or question if you have one...or more
