Lol
LOL I forgot to publish yesterday's.... xDDD Well, tsr time is confusing for me since they are awhile ahead of me... xD
So I started my first home that I planned for putting up, and well.. I leave for 30 mins come back to a house that wasn't how I left it. -_- So, I'm scrappin' it and starting over! Also, instead of doing big houses, I love to do starters so I'll do a starter this time. :3
My First TSR Blog Post
I figured, it's about time to write something. The blog pod was looking empty.
I signed up for a TSR account, not too long ago, uploaded 3 patterns, and seemingly evaporated. Truth be told, although I love making patterns, I've been messing around with various modding tools and programs, seeing how much trouble I could get myself into, regarding custom content.
I've also been actively participating in various contests and challenges found in the Creative Corner of the Sims 3 forums. It has been a great way to pass the time, waiting for the TSR Workshop to become ready for public consumption. If you love to build, you should check it out! The brainchild of Addict1220... the Sims 3 forum challenges grew into a wonderful, flourishing community of builders, recently moving to a brand new website.
I've also been maintaining my own personal Sims 3 fansite, Daedal Sims. I will be hosting all my work there, as well as continuing to write articles, and keep an eye on the forums.
Though I will not be uploaded everything I create, on TSR, I plan to upload a fair amount, and hope to keep the submission cue busy. :)
My goal, is to upload on a 2/1 ratio... 1 submission to TSR for every 2 projects I embark on.
To get things jump started, I've submitted a new accessory mesh, and currently await approval. ((crossing fingers)). I created a pair of round framed glasses, and I'm quite proud of how they turned out.
I'm really excited to be a part of the modding and creator community again!

Homeless in Sims3?
Are you a blog person? I mean do you read other people's blogs on the internet? I can say I'm not a blog person really, not even a simsrelated one but this time I did read a Sims3 blog that was shown to me.
Homeless in Sims3 is this really possible? Yes it is and this story about Alice and Kev, the story of a father and a daughter living in a "park" on 2 benches, will let you know how. I do recommend it, it's fun, tragic and interesting.

Here we go again!

It used to be a problem in Sims 2. I would litter neighbourhoods with my dubious non-matched lots and eventually would reach the point of having no decent camera angles. The only saving grace of Sims 2 is that neighbouring lots became a bit of a blur from a distance, unlike the clarity-for-miles we now enjoy in Sims 3!
And here we have it again. I've started a new castle, but no matter which way I turn, I've seemingly crammed empty spots with dockyards and factories. Not to mention the hilltop radio mast, the airplane streaking through the sky in the other direction and my test Sim answering her mobile phone! I can see that screenshots of this lot are going to be a bit of a trial!
I think I need someone to rewrite English Tudor history - jazz it up a bit with a few 20th century innovations or something.
Out to Lithuania
I'm out to Lithuania for 2-3 weeks, not sure for how much exactly. My boat leaves tonight already. I have unfinished and unpublished 4 houses, including DragonQueen's lair, the huge house blogged before, and a few small... I should be back after 5th August and continue building! :)
Sims 3 Update
Hey guys!
I've hopped on the Sims 3 bandwagon, so I'll no longer be building homes for Sims 2. If any of you were left with unfulfilled requests, I sincerely apologize. I've had some business taking up most of my time recently. Right now, I'm really enjoying just the game play aspect of the Sims 3, so building is on hold for now. However, if anyone has a request, please please please shoot it my way. I really get inspired by them.
Anyway, thanks so much for all the downloads and bookmarks. I really appreciate it.

I am really excited because it is going to be published Tomorrow (July 24th, 2009). I will be out of town until Sunday, so I hope that my creation will go far! :]
Here is a preview of what it will look like. :]

I am looking forward to coming back with a successful house :]

Celebrity Sims! Ooo exciting.
Never thought I'd be a Sim submitter...but I'm having too much fun making celebrities and models. I really like the intricate details Sims3 lets you create. So far, this is what I have (and a few will be published in a day or two).
- models!
- Bella Swan
- Edward Cullen
- Nelly Furtado (by request)
- Kim Kardashian (or Princess Jasmine...they're nearly identical. Just put her in a princess dress, haha).
If you have any requests, send me photos (b/c lots of celebs have different styles...I need to know what style you want). Woohoo!
