Trouble uploading

I'm having some trouble uploading my sims this weekend, is anyone else?

After I've located my file and clicked 'Upload' it thinks for a while then takes me to a blank white page saying 'Don't know what to do with /php7L1drN'. I thought maybe it was my file so I resaved my sim in CAS and tried again but still the same thing.

It seemed to work yesterday afternoon, could the submissions page be down?

Finally - you CAN now get rid of those red chimneys!!!

You can finally use that beautiful large fireplace in your medieval castles without suffering a stupid-looking red chimney!  It's all very simple to do.  My tutorial, Zap The Red Chimney! shows you how (which a good thing really, because it wouldn't be much of a tutorial if it didn't).

You can either remove the chimney completely and replace it with your own built design or you can move it to another part of your building - it doesn't need to be joined to the fire).  And even if you make your own replacement chimney, you'll see that you can still keep the smoking part, as shown in the picture on the left.  And yes, you can even place the smoking part in different places too.  For a bemused Sim family, place it under the toilet after grandpa has just been (okay - I didn't just say that - can someone delete please?)

Works with all chimneys and the stove flu-pipe too!

Five hundreth

Hello

Today I have past the five hundreth downloads. It's not so big but I'm proud and it's not so bad on 9 days. I'll thank everyone that download my sims, leave a comment and bookmarked me. I'll do my best to give you amazingsims in the future. And I begin a little bit to understand paint shop pro. You can do amazing things with that program. I have try to upload 2 sims today. Jack nicholson and David Beckham but apparantly there is a problem with the upload system. I can't upload them. I hope it resolved soon.

Guestbooks and ungratefulness

Yeah... this time I can't access my guestbook or anybody else's, as there seems to be some problem with the site.

But I do appreciate your comments more than I like cookies. I really do. In fact, I'm kinda spoiled right now. I just don't know where I put my tiara. I may have left it in the cookie pit.

Screenshots!

After much frustration, I finally figured out how to take screenshots and post them.  My previous method of PrtScrn-ing it and then pasting into Microsoft Paint wasn't working out for me because the format was wrong so I took some in game and then I went digging around through my Sims folder to see where screenshots are located at.  Huzzah!  Now that I know how to do it, I sense a monster in the making :P  Now if I could just figure out to get rid of the grids when I take shots.. >.>

I could use some help with this one!

Okay, now I'm confused again.  The last couple of lots I created were completely without addtional EA content, base game only stuff.  Yet, when uploading those lots, the filters are showing that the lots contain premium content.  Anybody got an idea what's going on?  I'd really appreciate any advice, comments, ideas, etc....on this!

New restaurant lot - The FishTankTwo

Well, I had to throw out the original FishTank. It just wouldn't want to work right. The sims could not arrive there and the whole thing crashed. So I created another one. Cautious - this time I kept it simple. But the lot was blessed by a good witch the first time I tried playing my sims there, so I hope this one will be fine. Here are a couple of pictures from the inside and outside.

It is now raining and has been for 8 hours solid... and tomorrow we are expecting torrential rain....oh goody..at least its Friday..yay..

Updating all older lots

I am progressing slowly through all the lots. So far 15 have already been updated and another 8 are now pending update approval. I then have another 8 lots to check for faults and possibly fix. Once that is done all my lots will be as I intended them, finally!

I apologise to anyone who's downloaded the originals with this issue, but I ask that you download the revision to have the proper version. Thanks so far for all your support and downloads. I really appreciate the feedback I get and I am really glad so many of you like my houses <3
