my comp is down yet again, and of course right when i was going to post stuff.  i dont know when i'll get it back....im very sorry!

5km sponsored run - 38 minutes

Ok so it's not a fast time! But I did complete my 5k Race For Life event, and I did keep running the whole way, and that's a pretty big achievement for me. When I started training for this a few months ago I was unfit, really out of shape, and I could barely run for a few minutes at a time.

So now that that's over and done with, I'll be heading back home on Wednesday, so I should be able to create more patterns when I get home than I have been doing while I've been here at my parents' house.

Ahh Paintshop Pro!!

I have today made a little girl sim, with a very punky theme. And a cottage style house which changed more times that I can think of. It started off with a white picket style fence country cottage theme with white doors/ windows,the finished house looks totally different.

As I take screenshots of my clothes/Sims and houses, I won't be putting the above on TSR until tomorrow. My computer crashed in the middle of using Paintshop Pro, and now it wont start up. I do have an older version on disk, but can't get hold of it until tomorrow afternoon.

Waterfalls

As you may have noticed from several of my lots, I love waterfalls!  Now that I've finally figured out the game's "tides,"  I'm hoping to never experience "backflow" again! Live and learn...some days I'm a little slower than others!

I will be uploading more lots soon...just need to test them out first, I'm sure you understand!

Modern house on a slope

I've always loved those luxurious houses you see on TV, where the pool has a view down over the valley. So that's what I tried to do when I built this house. Plus, I wanted something else to go on those sloped lots. This house is available for download.

New Blog...

I've finally decided to blog...haven't before because..just never had enough time,I've always been downloading but i think the Sims3 community has caught my eye and of course, its much easier to change and create too. Iv'e been designing clothes just recently, a mix of downloaded patterns and ingame patterns, for the Octane Suit which is one of the more recent store pieces. Its a great suit because the jacket and trousers are recolourable separately and that makes for lots of customisation. I'll post some pics soon.

Missing Stories o-o

...the title says it all. The other stories are kinda missing in the story section @-@ dear Lord what happened, this time?

Oh and...lol I accidentally deleted the whole cast of my story @///@ which is no problem since I got them in body shop HOWEVER - not all of them, x_x I deleted the minor character templates so I can have more space *cough*laptop*cough* then it turns out that they're not minor characters at all D: geez.

How am I supposed to clone those guys? *sigh* especially Greg @_@ he was a "Random Miracle"...yeah I got him of random in bodyshop, tweeked him a bit and voila! =3= OTL

What to do? What to do? I still have the houses and the buildings - thank God. But the characters!!! @A@ what am I gonna do?!

OH BTW, I "deleted them" by removing them from the house since I want to move them to another neighborhood (smaller custom) AND be able to keep their memories. So I got them all set up at the family bin and I took all the houses in the lots bin. That usually works when I move them but...when I got to my new neighborhood they were gone! SAY HELLO TO THE TRAVELLER FAMILY! and nobody else...D:

Don't tell me I have to move them in before deleting the previous neighborhood? @_@ oh crap.

The blasted chimney tutorial!

I'm really, REALLY sorry about the tutorial on the front page.  All you can see is the first of eight pages - and all that contains is waffle...

At first, I was tempted to say "yes, that IS the entire tutorial", but I've been told by my therapist that I must be KIND to people.  So, in my forced kindness, I am going to inform you that something in TSR's natty new tutorial gizmo is broken (the page numbers are missing and so also is the ability to comment - which is probably good given that you'd be screaming and cursing at me).

I have reported it and I have my fingers crossed.  We'll be zapping red chimneys very shortly.  In the meantime, why not fire up your wrath by adding horrid, bright red chimneys to all your lots and we'll go on a mass chimney-killing spree together as soon as the tutorial displays properly!

I want to start by thanking those of you who have left me some positive feedback and ideas to improve what I have begun to submit since Sims 3 came out.  I am taking all comments into consideration as I continue to create for the game :)

Upcoming on my agenda will be:

• Resize and set Enchanted patterns to themed  (should have 8 more uploads out of that)
• Create more baby themed patterns with the bears, and perhaps others too

Please feel free to keep offering suggestions and like to sees.  The support I've gotten right from the get go here has me motivated to do more :)
