Thought I would make this little guide for placing gargoyles on the corners of buildings with the drain pipes, as it may be a bit of a puzzle for some. :)

2 News!

•  Today, I bought a new Collector's Edition of The Sims 3! I am so excited.I am just in love with the crystal :wub:

• Today, I revised my submissions.I checked the files with problem.And corrected them.Some of my houses had problems with EPs.The requirements weren't right at all.And some of the packages were empty such as Albana, SpringTime.So, I deleted them.And some of the problems weren't correctable.That files also have been removed.

     Now, I think there is no more problematic files! But still, if you found a new one please report it.What is needed will be done.

Hey everyone! I'm back!!

Yes, oh yeah, woooooooooo!

So, I know I've been gone for basically a month but now I'm back. Reason I was gone for so long was because of these end of term and semester exams. I had to study a lot and had to complete all these assignments before my teacher began doing the reports.

I found I didn't have enough time to log on to TSR, so I'm extremely sorry about that. I'll try to get around to answering all the guestbook entries ;P.

No matter, my holidays are coming up soon, so W00T!

Also, for everyone reading Forgotten Redemption, I just posted a new chapter! I'm sorry for not posting that up as well.

My TS3 patterns policy

I've received a couple of queries about how my patterns can be used. As there's no convenient place for me to put this right now, I'll put this in my blog and hope that people looking for this information can find it.

My patterns for TS3 all contain original artwork created by me, and are all packaged using the Sims 3 Workshop. You are welcome to use them in your game, but there are some restrictions on how you can share them.

You may:

• Use my patterns in your own game any way you please, recolouring them for your personal use.
• Use any patterns with the TSRAA icon on the pattern download page as part of a lot or Sim, and upload the resulting lot or Sim to TSR. If you want to use a pattern that doesn't have the TSRAA icon, please contact me via PM or on my guestbook.
  

You may not:

• Upload my patterns, whether you have recoloured them or not, to anywhere.
• Create a derivative work from one of my patterns, or any part thereof without prior permission from me
  
• Share Sims and lots/houses using the patterns anywhere other than TSR. This means you may not use them to create a Sim or a lot/house for the Exchange, for example.

This policy is subject to change. If I do change it I will note the date and time that the changes were made, and if you published content before the policy changed, or it would be reasonable to assume you hadn't seen any updates to the policy, you won't be affected :)

Create for The Sims 3

Hi guys..I have Just learned create items in sims3..take a tour in my minisite:))

I'm so happy right now! I just got TS3 and it's installing, I cant wait to create some stuff for the game :)

Price Attributes for Sims 3 Lots

Based on requests we have now added a second price attribute from Sims 3 Residential Lots, meaning you can now enter a price both for the Unfurnished as well as the Furnished version of the Lot. For previously submitted Lots this means the price you entered shows as Unfurnished price. You will soon be able to change the attributes to fix this if it's wrong.
