Sims 3 poll results
Below are my Sims 3 poll results. Thanks everyone who paticipated! ;)

It was only a matter of time before the inevitable happened. Venus has now been improved greatly and I'm finally figuring my way through the Create-A-Style possibilities to create rotten-wood windows and rusting sinks.
At first, I'd been a bit uncertain about whether I liked this new direction for The Sims after being used to having full design control over my textures, but I'm achieving better results with the Create-A-Style tool, and many more of them too. I used the same textures repeatedly in Sims 2, but there's no need for that limitation now.
This is a brilliant innovation by Electronic Arts - one I'd totally under-estimated. I've certainly been vocal enough about wanting to add my own textures, but, with this tool, I'm not sure it's all that necessary (though I do miss customised terrain paints). I just need to stop spending hours painting individual objects and get on with building something!!!
Sims 3 Submission problem when using Filestorage fixed
The problem some submitters have experienced when trying to submit Sims 3 creations using files in their Filestorage has been solved.
Update The problem with uploading files larger than 2 MB has also been fixed now.
Gone on vacation!
I will be abroad for a few weeks. Hopefully I'll be back with a bunch of new ideas. I wish you all a happy summer!
Refresher Course
Well, I finally got my hands on the Sims 3 and boy did it bring back memories! As soon as I heard the music fire up I almost felt like I was back at Creators Camp. Time to refresh those building skills!
I'm so glad that many of the bugs that held me back at Creators Camp have been resolved, in particular the problems I had placing roofs. I can now proceed with some of the designs that I had to scrap 1st time around. Yay!
So, what have I been up to since getting the game? Other than bulldozing all the EA houses to make way for my own I've been working on my 1st planned upload to TSR. I would have had it uploaded today but the submission system seems to be a bit wonky so I guess I'll have to be patient (not one of my traits!) So for your viewing pleasure may I present - Fir Trees Grove.

Problems and new ideas
Very very very very very very VERY VERY stressed right about...NOW. I am stressed that I can not upload the four t-shirts I want on the site, they've been oending for days, and I'm sick of waiting. I took them off the pending list and they now dont exist. If I wanted to upload them again I'd have to make them all over again and take pics. UGH. Very annoyed. I'm making some new shirts and things. I'll have them up (hopefully if they get on the site within a week or two) and there are a few good ones I enjoyed making. I can NOT do recolors because I'll have to do a tutorial or something...I only have paint...I'll be getting photoshop sometime hopefully soon though. Urk. Urk. Ulp. I hate I'm very mad at this site right now. I know the place is busy and that things take a loooong time to upload and stuff (and that I've only been waiting for these shirts for four days) but my newest creation, little cottage, only took an hour to upload, and it was uploaded on june 5th, but said it would come out on June 7th (tommorow) ugh so confusing...urk. Ah well, I'll just make some shirts and houses and be on my merry way.
Sims 3
Picked up my copy of the Sims 3 yesterday. Had a play last night & I must say the game is cool! I loved being able to walk my sim across the road to the beach or to the pond for some fishing after work.

The only thing I was disappointed with so far, is not being able to follow my sim onto a community lots where they enter a building. I feel stranded being stuck outside, but then watching them "work" might be a bit frustrarting (being out of control).
It's certainly different to build a house in & it sure is going to take some getting used to, but I'm enjoying the challenge... bring on the unlimited simoleon cheats for my sim to upgrade their cabin to a palace!

SIMS 3
Hi guys
I just wanted to share how happy I'm next week I have my new PC and the Sims 3 can run on it YYYYEEEEAAAAHHHHHH.
Around wensday I will have the Sims 3 to. can't wait I'm so exited. I saw already screenshots on TSR. But I'll have the Sims 3 by wensday maybe maybe already on monday it Depends. Ohhh I just can't wait.
If I have the Sims 3 I'll share my creations again. I'll also will upload a Final goodbye lot to the sims 2 before I upload the sims 3.
I also reach already 800 downloads and a lot of minisite views I wanted to thank everyone for that already.
