Windows 7
Yesterday I installed Windows 7 beta on my computer, and I have to say it's really neat:) The thing is, now I have to re-install everything, including The Sims 2. So I'm not able to create right now.
I also have pre-ordered The Sims 3, so I don't expect to be creating for The Sims 2 this or the next week anyway.
But I'll be back- eventually:)
Bella Goth -- Pleasantview Main Family
How to Get Bella Goth Back to Pleasantview
1. Bella disapeared into "Stangetown" apparently. You can get her back [If you are clueless] =)
2. Open cheat tab [ctrl-shift] Then type in the cheat console "BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled True/False"
That doesn't matter if you are in the neighborhood or not, lets asume in the neighborhood.
3.Enter the desired house [shift-click] on desired person.
4. Click "Spawn..." then, "Tombstone of L and D"
5. Click on the tombston that appears, then "Add neighbor to Family..."
6. Then click " More..."
7. Then you'll find "Bella" She will appear, then enter cheat in console, " UnlockCareerrewards"
8. Click on the Grim Reaper Phone, place it in desired place.
9. Then, you call the Grim Reaper.
10. She will then appear. [Make sure you have over $10 000, or there is a possibility for Bella to turn into a monster.

Sims 3 or Sims 2
So I've got all the expansions that I own reinstalled and now I'm downloading everything again. I'm torn on starting a new game in the Sims 2 since Sims 3 is coming out in a few days. I really hope I like it and it doesn't have a lot of bugs. I think I'll keep downloading until it comes out and then see how it goes.
Problem uploading Stories??
It seems I'm having problems uploadng my stories.I just got done making a 154 1st part story and took me awhile just to write in it.So I go back to submit it right?Well you know that submit button you press, well it wasnt there.I thought ok maybe my story is to long,so I shorten it,nope nothing. Then I upload it again and copy and paste the text to the other one, nope nothing happened again. Then I thought ok maybe its just the story so just for a test I uploaded sims pre made stories,I went to edit it here went back to my stories index and submit button was gone.
I'm just wondering if its my stories going wack or a gletch from TSR.As well if anyone else is having the same trouble as well? Its very fustrating lol
Are your sights set on June 2nd?
If so, don't talk to me. Don't even LOOK at me!
Sims 3 doesn't dispatch for me until June 5th. And I'm just going to spit, snarl and growl at anyone who says how marvellous THE GAME I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED is being.
I know this is a rather swift change of heart. Not two months back, I was folding my arms, shaking my head and saying that Sims 3 wouldn't be on my PC. But TSR announcing custom tools has changed all that, and better still, the awesomest, brilliantest Inge Jones (shameless fan-girling as I fondly remember superb prison-set hacks that so changed my game) has offered to share/swap coding info with TSR. Ultimately, whatever tools we have available to us, I think we can assume they'll be brilliant - again.
Oh, and for UK readers (and anyone else who subscribes to any English magazines), PC Format (long known for being sick and tired of Sims 2 dominating the Top 10 charts since forever and having unremarkable reviews of Sims 2 EPs) have given a three page glowing spread, saying how radically different the gameplay will be, the innovations EA have produced, the past annoyances that EA have stamped out. They concluded (with a rare 91% game score) that the game is incredibly addictive. Their only 'down' mark was also that the game is incredibly addictive(!).
It's STILL only May 30th. :(
Last minute Sims 3 notes
Absolutely desperate for the game? Want to read some last minute tidbits? Here are the rest of my notes from the hands on. So sorry it took so long. I was trying to organise them into a decent article... instead, I give you.... bullet points!
* If your Sim has twins at the hospital and the father isn't present for the birth she'll take them home in a little baby basket.
* Sims can do some things whilst carrying a baby or toddler, for example, chat on the phone, and watch the TV.
* The Grim Reaper is really scary! Not in his appearance, but the music that plays when he appears. Brace yourselves, Simmers! The ghosts are freaky too!
* If your Sim has a cheap shower it can give them a bad moodlet, an expensive shower can give them a good moodlet. If you can't afford an expensive shower yourself, why not go and use your neighbours' shower? As long as you don't mind them getting annoyed with you that is.
* You can choose the "woohoo" and "try for a baby" actions from the normal interaction queue when interacting with someone not on a bed... you and your chosen partner will then embrace, kiss passionately... and head for the bedroom together.
* One-click to fulfil a moodlet. Lots of people have had concerns after reading that "when your Sim's bladder is full, you'll have something pop up, and you click to get them to empty their bladder". No magic emptying bladders, I promise. Two hours before your Sim's bladder bar hits zero they get a neutral moodlet (ie. it doesn't actually affect their mood) telling you they need to go. You can click it and if there's a toilet nearby it gets added to their action queue to go use it. I noticed sometimes Sims would automatically add the "go to the toilet" action next in their action queue, pushing everything else along, when this moodlet appears.
* This one-click fulfilling also works for the "grungy" and "smelly" (low hygiene) moodlets - adds going for a shower or bath to the queue - for the "strained" (low fun) moodlet, and for the tired/sleepy moodlets. Best thing about the tired one is that if you've been sending them to a specific bed, it's that bed which will get added to their queue. There may be some more like this but those are all the ones I saw.
* You can interact with items straight from the inventory. In live mode, you could click and drag a guitar into your Sim's inventory, then go to the park, and tell them to play the guitar from their inventory. Similarly, you could take a book to read, or some food to eat!
* Kids and teens come home from school with homework in their inventory. Again you can interact straight from the inventory, and they'll find the nearest suitable desk or table to do their homework on (or sit on the floor if there's nowhere else to do it).
* To garden, you can plant almost any vegetables you buy from the store straight into the ground. You can plant them anywhere you like - you don't need a special place to plant them like in TS2.
* Pregnant Sims can be unreasonable and demanding... well in terms of the wishes they roll up. Mine was always wanting to go to the spa! This is in addition to the weird cravings I mentioned in my previous blog.
* Fat Sims can get thin quite quickly, in about a week, if they work out constantly!
* A Sim might get a moodlet when they are around someone they love :) I think this might be to do with the hopeless romantic trait?
And that's all I've got! Enjoy The Sims 3, I hope you will all find it as engaging a game as I did at the hands on. I'm prepared for many late nights of Simming after the game's UK release next Friday :D
All Quiet on the Western Front
Good day my fellow peeps!
As some of you have noticed, its been a while since I've last updated anything on my TSR site. No new buildings, no blogs.. Where did I go?!
Well some of you may have spotted, I'm a student. And when it comes towards the end of the year there are two main things that distract students from their social lives, hobbies and other commitments.
a) Exams
b) "Revision" (Pretty much meant 'C' in my case..)
c) Drinking. Partying. And More drinking.
But its coming to a close now. Everybody's going home. I'm heading back to the parents for a bit before moving back in with mates here at university in a few months time. But by the beginning of new week, I hope to have much of the promised content either completed or have progress updates on my (somewhat empty) YouTube account "airlife101".
Well, looking forward to hearing from you! And as always, I love feedback on my work. But keep it constructive please? I'm starting to get tired of these hate PMs I get from people who obviously are 12 and have the literacy level of a moron.
But enough about my mother..
Anyway, see you all soon!
