The Slow Boat to TSR.....And YES, I am referencing a Jimmy Buffett song.

Hello everyone!

I know, I know....it's been forever. Here's why:

1) Moved into a new apartment.

2) Reformatted the computer in order to install Windows 7 beta (which is AWESOME so far, by the way). As a result, I'm having to reinstall my game, which is taking an eternity.

3) I went from having "bunny ears" in the old apartment to having actual cable TV in the new one, so please excuse my frequent breaks from "simming" in order to catch episodes of A Baby Story, What Not to Wear, and Jon and Kate Plus 8.

I have sooooo many plans. I've been sketching some new lots on graphing paper while the computer has been down. Sad, I know. Thanks SO MUCH to those of you who have left comments and guest book entries in my absence. It has not gone unnoticed - I will be thanking you individually here in the very near future. I do hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the spring (or fall, if you're south of the equator)!

Some New Stuff

So to start off Here is a neweye set I hope to upload:

These are the natural colurs of the surreal ones I plan to make later on. This is also my first go at doing eyes. The Moonlight Secrets eyes were too I guess, so this is my first go at real eyes!

So what else is new? I'll be putting a poll up for Forgotten Redemption so if you want some extra kudeos or just like the stories hope to see ya vote :).

Been away for so long and come back with a rant

Had this new laptop for a while (after my Dell didn't want to work for any more-my dad now has the thing and its working fine...typical) The touchpad on here is rubbish, everytime I try and play on the Sims  my cursor freezes. Even after pressing all the right keys it wont work again..which means restarting. Its even worse when I try and make clothes for the Sims, so I have had to give up for a while. Which is a shame, as I loved designing and making all of the items..and loved it even more when all of you downloaded them.

I have tried using a mouse, but for some reason it still lags to hell. It is soooo annoying!! Come back my Dell....all is forgiven. Really would love a new laptop, especially one that can play Sims 3...now where is that lottery ticket.

I am have now started Alex family. Amanda got her family started. Andrew is living in an apartment next to his sister. You will get to see Amanda's Story. Sometime this this week. Will Andrew ever find his true love? You may see his Story some time soon.

Another Month, Another Lot

I have built another lot, and believe it or not, the building of the lot itself (floorplan and walls only, not the furniture, landscaping, etc.) took only 30 minutes!  That, by the way, is a new record for me.  :)  The lot will be a residential lot named 135 Louis Lane; the lot is meditaranian in style, and is one of my favorite lots that I have ever built.  I plan to sumbit the furnished and unfurnished versions of the lots either later today or early tomorrow, so be on the lookout!  :D  I hope that you all enjoy playing the lot as much as I enjoyed building it.

 P.S.  Ya'll (I'm from the South, so saying Ya'll is proper English, thank you), don't make fun.  :P  This is my first completely custom content free lot, so it may be a little on the cruddy side for a few of you.  LOL!  Anyways, I hope that you enjoy the lot, and be sure to let me know what you think when it comes out!  :D  <3

HELP!

*cries* omgosh..so my game has decided not to work..again. last night it worked fine! & today i put a few of my files that i created in SimPE in my downloads folder & i went to run the game..and it didnt work. i deleted the .cache files & the game ran..up until where the blurbs are supposed to scroll across the screen. i think it just froze after that..so i just tried restarting it over & it never fully loads..except once! but then it froze when i went into a lot. ugh. im so frustrated! someone please help. i deleted the files that i installed today..but it's not helping! :(
