First MESH!!!!!

I created my first MESH .. YESS!!! I was trying that for 2 years now and I finally made it. Lots of credits goes to Murano (Cedric), ulkrhsn (Ülker) and agus :) who where so patient in teaching me how Simpe works. Thank you guys so, so much for being so nice with me, I know I am slow ... .

Well, what i want to say is: The Mesh is not mindblowing (only an edited maxis mesh), but hey, it's my first and it will be included into my next upload "The Joker". So if you guys like the hair, I'm going to recolor it for you :).

April Fool's!

Happy April Fool's Day! Be careful of what people might try to tell you today, lol. Well just so everyone knows, Episode 2: Life's Lemons of "Of Love & Lust" has been published! Also, I have a new poll! Which characters are your favorite? Let me know!

Also, I submitted 'The Westin Estate' on the 24th and it has yet to be published:( Hopefully it will be approved soon!

Finally, a New Hairstyle!

Hi everyone!

Well, now that school is coming to a near end, I have managed to create some new hairstyles! Introducing the PUNK! Hair Collection:

Hopefully it'll be coming soon, and get accepted within the next few days. I hope to keep doing more hairstyles in the near future. The next thing I plan on loading up is Sunsilk Hair 2. As for my story Forgotten Redemption chapter 6, keep an eye out for it, it should eb out very soon! ;)

Getting back into it....

The other day I came home to find my laptop sitting on the table in the living room. My sister told me that my nephew played The Sims. We talked about how we havent really been playing the game lately. We dont have the best computers to be running the game but the game play is pretty smooth. Since I have nothing better to do right now, Im thinking about creating a new family and getting back into the game. I came and downloaded some new things so that was a booster right there. Im really excited to put use the things I have downloaded over the past couple games. So yippy for me as I get back into the game.

Maybe Sims2 again?

When I quit Sims2 (more than 2 years ago) I deleted all my downloads (darn....) and deinstalled and sold the game plus all expansions.

After my decision to not buy Sims3 I am honestly considering to play Sims2 again... there is so much beautiful stuff out there and I could get many of my old downloads back still. (Not all of them, some were donation etc... oh, idiot me, I shouldn't have deleted everything... I spent so much time (months and months) sorting my downloads and editing them... wow, all that work lost...)

I am not sure... there was a reason I quit of course - many reasons even. I didn't have enough time (and still don't), the game crashed over and over - even without any downloads! - and because of all the work I had with editing the files (mostly skin files... but as I always used a base from someone else I couldn't upload them here, they were just for personal use) I didn't get to actually play the Sims for many months - which is ridiculous... as I just did that for improvement of the game of course.

The TIME I wasted on all that... unbelievable.

And now I'd have to spend a huge amount of money to re-buy everything plus new expansions etc. and maybe even some stuff packs... (as I see so much phantastic houses here for example which need all stuff packs...)

Phew.

Still I'd love to play Sims again so very very much.... For many years Sims were my passion. And as I am surfing Sim sites again since some time I recognize I'm still addicted... (guess that's the same as with alcohol - once you've been an alcoholic you stay that for your whole life even of you don't drink anymore ;-)

*sigh* I can't decide.... to sim or not to sim... that's the question here. (Hm... Hamlet's answer was "not to be" if I remember correctly, so that would mean not to sim... but who is Hamlet anyway? ;-)

Hey everybody,

Yesterday was the worst day! (for reasons beside it being monday--mondays are always bad) I saved Episode 2 to a USB drive because I was going to work on it at school..well like a dummy, i left my usb drive at school so I wasn't able to submit my story last night as planned. i was so bummed!! i went to go do it and freaked out because i'd lost all that work!!! But luckily, someone was nice enough to turn it in to the librarian so now my usb and Episode 2 are safely back in my hands. I will never make that mistake again!! i couldnt bear it. Anyhoot, the good news is, it's all ready to be uploaded so as SOON as i get home, i'm going to submit it. Sorry guys!

Gone with the Wind skins

This week I am working on some skins based on the movie Gone with the Wind -- my favorite movie!! I have had some skins in my game from other very talented skinners (DeAnne, Glory Be, Daboo and Ana), but I needed a few more. Scarlett and Rhett just don't have enough to wear. I may also be doing a face for Scarlett as well. I currently use the Scarlett face from Sim Skins (pay site), but it doesn't quite work well with the head mesh I want my Scarlett to use. The face I use for Rhett can be found at Sims Go Go Go. I highly recommend it. Dean does fabulous work.
