Info On Newest Screens, CASie And More!

As said, I was hoping to get some more info about the newest screenshots. I got a whole bunch of info on top of that! The screenshots were explained as follows:

The assets depict a serene Asian-themed bedroom, as well as the ultimate in-door/out-door living space with a sumptuous kitchen that over-looks a pool area. The last asset depicts a comparison of a swanky bachelor pad to a sophisticated Tudor abode. Building in The Sims 2 has reached a whole new level of realism and design with the hundreds of customization options we will be providing you.

Also, next Thursday (December 18th), there will be a chat with Tim LeTourneau (Senior Producer).�As usual, the chat will be happening at 3PM�(PST) and via either thesims.com or thesims2.com. I'll let you know more as I find out =)

Yet another announcement:�Gamespot should have their final Designer Diary out sometime next week, too (boy I'm going to be busy!). Apparently there will be some interesting news on a new game feature which some people who got a chance to go to TS2U were lucky enough to witness.

And one last thing! CASie's delay was said to be in place because of some code changes to the program that were suppose to improve game speed and customization of 3D heads, but the improvements were not compatible with CASie. As said by Luc: "We are trying to give you a tool that will be as likely as possible to generate content compatible with the game that ships."
