I was able to download it successfully just now. I've had the program for over three years, but wanted to test the download here before recommending it to someone.

I've also used BodyWarp to alter meshes for all the expansion packs, including Deluxe. Those in .far files will have to be extracted first, but I've always used BodyWarp for renaming .skn files and writing their .cmx files.
