Sims Plus! Downtown Phone Replacer. Have you deleted your phone downtown? Sims can not get back home without it. This will create a new one if there aren't any on a Downtown Lot. Enter the lot in Downtown Build Mode, place the phones where you want them ( they will be near the corners of the lot ) and save the lot. � by SimsPlus
